They treat him with patience, professionalism, and kindness, which means the world to me. He's showing some signs of early-onset dementia, and as anyone who's been through that knows, it's not always easy -- he sometimes forgets appointments or prescriptions (like his brain scan from six months ago), but the staff never make him feel bad about it. They handle it with empathy and good humor. That's something you can't put a price on. The doctors are knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely care about their patients. The front desk team keeps things running smoothly, and every visit feels like he's in good hands. In a world where medical care can feel cold or rushed, this office actually takes the time to listen. Doctors who take their time and genuinely care about outcomes. Chino Hills Family Medical Group is a place where quality care meets humanity. They've been great with my dad, and that kind of professionalism mixed with patience is something rare. Highly recommend -- especially if you're looking for a team that's not just competent, but compassionate.

Last year, I had made an appointment for a specific vaccine. A few days before rhe appointment, their system asked me to confirm the appointment, and the next day they said they do not give that shot. The exact same thing happened today. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for an important vaccine. Again, their system asked me to check-in, and today, 45 minutes before my appointment, they called me to tell me they were out of that vaccine, that they had used the last one. I've been.going there for years. I was satisfied, but now, it is obvious, there are having problems, and it's time for me to go somewhere else where they are more organized, better staffed, and where the main doctor is visible.

It makes me sick to my stomach that somebody would post a picture that I'm sure she didn't know you were taking of the most sweetest front employee saying she was trashy! You should be ashamed of yourself. She is one of the reasons that I continue to go after a spinal cord injury to this group. She is a definite asset to this company and her physicians. She has been nothing but considerable sweet and nice to me with all of my needs. Be kind people!

Despite having an appointment, I waited about 15 minutes to be called back and another 20 minutes before seeing the medical assistant for a simple medication refill. While I was waiting, another patient became frustrated because they had checked in through the mobile app. The front desk staff, who were very kind, didn't appear to be aware that online mobile check-in was an option. Addressing this process could help improve efficiency and reduce confusion for patients. I was also concerned about patient privacy. The walls seem very thin, and conversations from nearby exam rooms were easy to hear ( very loud), which may be an issue for patients who value confidentiality. Overall, I had a good experience, and with improvements to wait times, the check-in process, and privacy, this office would be even better.

I asked if they're phones are down? The lady at the counter with (with a smirk on her face said that they go to lunch at 12 and I told her ive calling since 9 th8s morning. She'd said that they are short staffed. M8nd you I saw 3 ladies up front like usual. She said she will send a message to the practioner on duty. And told me its been awhile since they had seen me that they need to see me so I made an appointment on Thursday just need a few pills to get me by. Said they would let me know. No call Monday called them today Tuesday with much higher blood pressure and they said they pass it through seeing I have an appointment in two days. Called cvs and nothing has been placed. They were able to schedule me in quickly, and the staff are all very friendly. My visit with Dr Majithia was excellent. After…read morea decade-plus slog through the labyrinth of Kaiser, where I was just another chart in a sea of bureaucracy, stumbling into his practice felt like discovering a tiny, unassuming bistro that somehow serves the best damn meal you've ever had. Dr. Majithia is young, sure, but don't let that fool you. The man's got the sharp, methodical mind of a seasoned diagnostician. The kind who actually listens, connects dots, and doesn't just throw pills at the wall to see what sticks. In a handful of visits, he pinpointed what Kaiser's assembly line had missed for years. No fanfare, no ego. Just quiet, relentless competence. His office? Cozy. Not the chrome-and-glass corporate monotony of the big chains, but a place where you're greeted by the two women who run the front desk like a well-oiled, welcoming machine. They remember your name, crack a joke to ease the wait, and actually cares whether you're comfortable. It's the kind of small-team efficiency that makes you realize most medical offices are run like DMVs by comparison. Yeah, the wait's a tad longer these days, but only because they're overhauling the system to actually keep track of you properly. And honestly? With those two handling the front lines, even the downtime feels less like purgatory and more like killing time at a friend's kitchen table. What seals the deal? Dr. Majithia treats you like a person. Not a symptom, not a co-pay, but a human being. Asks about your life, your job, your stress, the stuff that actually matters to your health. And his team? Same vibe. In a world where medicine feels increasingly like a vending machine, this whole crew is a handcrafted, slow-cooked antidote. If you're tired of being a number, walk in. Wait the extra ten minutes. Let them actually do their jobs. You'll leave wondering why in the world you didn't bail on corporate healthcare sooner. Final verdict: Michelin-star care in a fast-food world, with a front-of-house staff that actually puts the Care back in healthcare. (P.S. Verified his creds--board-certified in family med, trained at legit hospitals. No smoke, no mirrors. Just a damn good doctor and a team that backs him up.)
