We walked into Lisa's Boutique as we were walking around the Ferry Landing in Coronado. They looked like they had interesting shoes and clothing. The one thing that puts me on guard is when the sales person follows me around. She did this the entire time that we were in the store looking. First of all, it doesn't look anything like the pictures. The merchandise is pile high and the racks make it difficult to walk around. The shoes were cute and I liked the clothing, but I will never go in there to shop again. It makes me feel like a criminal to walk around the store and have someone following us everywhere we went. This is not the customer service that I want or expect. There are lots of stores in San Diego County that give me the respect and space that I deserve. Making me feel uncomfortable is not the way to get my business. read more

I went into Lisa's Boutique with my husband and son, and I've never felt more uncomfortable in a store. The lady working was right behind me the entire time, and every time I touched something she rushed over to check it. It felt like I was being followed and judged instead of treated like a valued customer. I couldn't even enjoy looking around because of how awkward and uncomfortable it was. Gotta say Lisa who has 2 stores here was super helpful and we were glad to do business with her. We just happened to stroll back by after lunch and a nice lady named Darlene and another named Racquel helped us with even more selections - they offered considered advice and helped find solutions for my wife. Can't recall getting such personalized service in this area before! Nice! I believe you can make your lady - happy especially if she likes light and bright footwear, dresses, scarves and the like - by bringing her here! read more

This little shop is so cute. Current fashions for all to purchase. Unique items not found in regular mall shops: tops, bottoms and accessories. Bags, shoes, sunglasses great atmosphere for Californians and out of town guest. Just a ferry away (15 minute ride) from downtown San Diego. read more

How does one give negative Stars? Because that's what this place deserves.. I bought a very nice pair of shorts there on the clearance rack, they were overpriced to begin with and barely a deal at that, but I took them anyway. I was regretting my purchase during the transaction as a cashier was extremely rude and that's what I'll call her, is a cashier as she was not a sales clerk, she was aloof, bored and rude. Obviously tired of tourists, however I'm a local, regardless, her attitude should be a bit more servicing of all patrons, or she should exit retail. I was there fishing and stumbled upon that place would never return, it's overpriced she sells fake Gucci's for $89. Don't want to go there, but my BF is brown skin, and I am latina I felt her vibe when I first walked in. Super Caucasian, pre judgement racist, we saw it. Felt it too. They need sensitivity training, like Starbucks, and if they ever do get it they should put a sign on the door way it says they participated. read more

I noticed a sign outside the store that implied at a glance that products were made in America. I was disappointed after I arrived home and realized all the tags say "Made in Vietnam". Items were priced as if Made in America. The sign was misleading. I also thought it was odd that the sales receipt said www.coronadoleather.com , when it seems that is a different store online with made in America leather products. I honestly didn't see any leather products in the store so it was odd. Overall, the items were overpriced and even clearance was not even marked down much. Associates were nice enough to me, though they pretty much ignored me until I had picked out a couple items. Also note: receipt says they only do exchanges or in-store credit within 14 days, so be aware they don't even offer full returns. read more

I bought a pair of shoes, wore them once and they were defective. Brought them to the store and was told I would receive a call, never did until Lisa called to say the shoes were replaced. Never a discussion just an assumption. This store goes after tourists, selling sub standard products for inflated prices. Disgusting business practice read more

@ whoever was in the store today at 6:15 So I walked into the boutique because the sunglasses caught my attention....well SECONDS later this lady comes up to me and rudely says "CAN I HELP YOU?!" Hello??? I'm just looking no need to be rude. She gave me the ugliest look..It was as if because I am a young girl or even yet because I am Latina....she felt as if I had no business in there. I was back out within seconds. I've never felt so disrespected in my life. DO NOT SHOP HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT. when I walked out she immediately closed the door behind me. I turn around as I'm walking away and she is standing there staring at me??? Acting like she been closed when there were other individuals who had just walked in before me and she didn't treat them the same way. & if you were closed you should have had your doors closed by then & if you weren't closed then you could simply be a decent human being and do things the polite way. read more
