My husband is a Disabled Veteran and we have been battling an as yet undiagnosed illness that has left us in bad shape. Facing a 6 month hospitalization we reached out to the Fallen and Wounded Soldiers Fund of MI for badly needed truck repairs. The shop treated us wonderfully, handling communication with FWSF and thoroughly inspecting the truck. It was a much bigger job than we had expected, but the guys tackled it with professionalism and a high standard for service. They never once made us feel bad that we needed help, or that the truck had gotten so neglected. The service we received was above and beyond any experience I've had with a mechanic. We were even told to bring it back in 500 miles so they could change the oil and double check any work that may be adjusting. Being that I am facing being separated while my husband is in the hospital and dealing with the truck on my own, this made both of us feel so much better. Our truck drives beautifully now and I have safe transportation to be able to visit my husband during a scary time. From start to finish with our experience in the shop we knew that we had found a gem. When we left, we were saying the same thing as the previous customer. We won't be going anywhere else. The obvious high bar for customer care and attention to detail from this shop can't be beat.

i can't say enough go things about this repair shop. i had a breakdown and started calling around…read moreto see if anyone can touch my truck and fix it. this was late in the day. one place told me they couldn't touch my truck until Monday. even though i explained to them it was a emergency because i'm just visiting town for the weekend on business. i then called liskey's to see if they could help me out. they said they could and i was happy. i got my truck in their parking lot. as i was about to start writing down my info for the drop box because it was supposed to be closed when i got there. then i saw a child running around and thought someone was still there. i asked if they can do the paperwork for me and they said yes. they took all my information. they were very nice especially since they were supposed to be closed. then i called the next day when it might be finished. they told me early afternoon. they gave me a call early afternoon to tell me i'm all done. when i picked up my truck they even gave her a bath. i can easily recommend this repair shop because they are very polite, willing to go above and beyond what they were supposed to do, and the rates were very reasonable to me.

Thought my wife's car was looking at possibly replacing the master cylinder for her brakes. The guys found the problem was that the brake line just needed to be bled. As soon as they found the problem they let us know, so communication was spot on. Instead of paying several hundred to a thousand dollars for an unnecessary replacement they only charged the labor for the bleed, saving us some serious cash and making us lifetime customers. The shop is clean and inviting and the guys make you comfortable about the exam and diagnosis from start to finish. By far the best auto shop that I have ever worked with. Providing stellar Customer Service seems to be their mantra! Recently, I noticed on of my tires leaking approx. 5lbs of air every two weeks. I took the car into Budget Tire Center and within 20 minutes the car was back on the road. A staff member explained to me that they had discovered a small piece of metal in the tire. They remedied the situation and the tire was good as new. Since I had bought the tires there --- NO CHARGE!!

The next morning I stopped into Fleet Services, shared my story and asked if they could help me. They go the truck fixed before noon on a Friday. I was on the road and drove 20 straight hours back to Colorado without an issue. I am SO GRATEFUL for the kind and excellent service. I can't truly express my gratitude. Been going here for years until today. I brought them a jeep and an aftermarket steering kit to…read moreinstall and do an alignment. They installed it and said it now pulls left and right when you accelerate which never happened before. I immediately could tell the alignment is clearly off as you can see in the photo (steering wheel is straight) they told me they did align it and get get the sheet. they also said something else might be wrong and to bring it back if I want them to figure it out. So I drove it down the road and found it drives worse than ever, swaying like crazy and jolting my wheel with every bump, I immediately brought it back upset, and said "it drives 5 times worse than before" NOT BLAMING ANYONE JUST STATING THE FACT and the rude old lady of a manager decided I was insulting her and her business for bringing it back and telling her it doesn't drive right WHICH SHE TOLD ME TO DO, and she had the audacity to get aggressive with me, standing up getting out of her chair pointing her finger at me. I tell her not to get aggressive with me and she has the audacity to say I'm being aggressive as she now gets in my face yelling at me finger in my face. All I wanted was to bring it back and have it figured out what was wrong now. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible business. I've worked in customer service for 10 years, being cussed at and chewed out and even when that happened I've never treated a customer that way. I wasn't being rude to you until you decided to treat me like that. Awful and you should be ashamed.

I asked them to do a diagnose on camshaft sensors and VVT solenoids. They gave me a report about coolant level, tire condition and told me camshaft phasers are improperly installed while a vehicle can run and idle smoothly. The funny thing is they said they got me a discounted quote for $7000 as if I was looking a car from a dealer just to do work on timing chain. I suggested them to look for other easy prey, not me. They charge insane amount of money for what they call a diagnosis to get a report on break fluid level and tire conditions. My advice to customers looking to go there or being referred for them just avoid them at all costs.

I needed a new mid-pipe on my exhaust, it had rusted through, and the dealership said it would be $1900 to fix, so they recommended I take it to muffler Man instead, they said they did this all the time. I dropped my car off, and within a day it was fixed, welded instead of replaced, for $140. Ryan, at the front desk, was super nice and friendly, and honest, and I just got great vibes from the whole place. It's a week later, the car drives and sounds great. Can't recommend them highly enough!!
