We are sold on this wonderful family owned Thai restaurant. We visited for our fourth time today introducing it to some friends. We tried a new dish called Khoa Soi and my wife and I decided this is our new favorite dish. A Must Try! My son stayed with his favorite Green Curry. Our friends liked their food too. My husband and I shared a spring rolls, pad thai, and pho. All food were good, and the service was great --but immediately stepping inside of the establishment it smelled of cigarettes. We just decided to just dine in anyways, because we hadn't eaten all day, but I worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen and wonder if I'll be back. read more

This is family owned and i would most definitely recommend this place. Now when i walked in, it did smell like smoke, but my food, pad Thai chicken and red curry, was beyond good. It's affordable and nice people in there. Service is really good. read more

The ambiance is unique and definitely small and outdated but don't let that stop you from eating authentic Thai cuisine. The tofu red curry was delicious and just spicy enough to enjoy and not blow up your palate. The veggie egg roll was okay but the cream cheese filled wontons were a hit with everyone at the table. We decided to try Lisu's after a recommendation from a friend. Do not let the outside fool you. It's in a strip mall behind a credit union. Once you enter you'll find that it's clean and cozy. The service was wonderful. We had a mix of Chinese and Thai dishes. Everything was great. Our server was very patient with us whilst using the automatic payment system. The place I intended to eat at today was unexpectedly closed so I found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out because it was nearby. It's pretty new but I was pleased with the food and my server was nice. It's a nice little hole-in-the-wall place. My two complaints that kept it from being a five star review: 1) I came in at 1:50, took some time to look at the menu and when I tried to order the lunch special I was told because it was 2 minutes after two when she came to take my order that I couldn't order the lunch special because it was over. I think that was a little ridiculous when I was there before it ended but whatever. 2) toward the end of my meal they turned on the tv and started piping praise and worship music from an online church service through the speakers. Here's the thing, I grew up in church and like praise and worship music but if I wanted to listen to it, while I'm eating my meal at a Thai restaurant wouldn't be the time. That's not to say there was anything wrong with the music itself, just didn't think it was an appropriate setting. would totally come back though next time I'm in town. read more

I've lived in Tulsa for 25 years. This is my favorite restaurant. The Massaman Curry is my go-to dish, but I love all of their curries. Their Sweet & Sour Chicken is the best I've had, which is good news for less adventurous eaters. The owners are so kind, the service is quick, and it's a great spot to take groups (due to their speed and the extra room). read more

For far too long, South Tulsa/Bixby have lacked a decent Thai restaurant with the nearest being a long drive north on Memorial to 71st. At rush hour, that was always a poor option. Not any more! We just tried carryout from the newly opened Lisu Thai Restaurant at 13330 South Memorial (on the west side of the street) and it didn't disappoint. Our first "test" meal was a single order of Summer Rolls and the customary Chicken Pad Thai and it was excellent. Our only gripe was even though we ordered a"Low 1" for spiciness, it was just a little too spicy but later visits will refine this, we're sure. The food was perfectly prepared, hot when we got it home and we'll give it a 9.5 on a scale of 10. With the tip, it cost us $17 and change and was worth every penny. We look forward to delving deeper into their menu. The young lady who served us was sweet and polite and we were very pleased with our dinner investment! Highly Recommend +++! read more

Khao Sai is rare to see on menu and the knocked it out of the park. Everything ordered was delicious and the owners are really friendly, and really take your experience to heart. They want to see if you like your food and are really touched if you came back because you liked something on the order. If you don't like amazing "hole in the wall" type places, don't try this. But you will be missing out! Some seriously great food. You get an abundance of variety in Thai with some Chinese choices. Huge variety in types of dishes for no matter what you are wanting to eat and the servings are generous. This is one of the rare Thai places to even have Thai sticky rice. The egg rolls are served with a delicious and unique sauce that was a delightful combination of spicy sweet. Our server was very attentive with quick drink refills. Orders available for take out if you prefer. We had a party of 6 and we each raved about our yummy dishes. You can request dishes as hot or mild as you would like. I love their pork belly dishes from here. It comes out crunchy and flavorful. My only complaint is the spice. I can order a level 5 spice and it would taste mild only. This has happened a few times and i have also asked for extra spicy with the same issue. The Lao papaya is not as good as their Thai papaya salad. The Pho is more of Thai style with a heavier beef flavor and darker. Keep in mind it is a different style than Vietnamese pho. The kaosoi noodles are good but the broth is thicker than my liking. The eggrolls reminds me more of Chinese Eggrolls. read more

This place is THE BEST THAI in town! Hands down and it's also super authentic. I've come here at least five times. The food is always hot and fresh. Ordered takeout from here with a few classmates. The service was very helpful and answered any questions that we had. They also took the time to pull out the orders from the take out bag to make sure that we were able to differentiate all of our food items. I ordered the Massaman curry and loved it! Egg drop soup was flavored to perfection with a delicious poached egg floating in the broth. The fresh egg rolls were almost too pretty to eat. Don't think I've ever tasted anything this fresh before. The peanut sauce served with the fresh spring rolls was sweet with just a hint of chili. My server was very attentive and pleasant. The decor of the restaurant is family friendly, clean and comfortable with pictures of Thailand on the wall. This was my first visit to this restaurant for a quick lunch, but it won't be my last. Stumbled upon this little gem tonight and could not have been more pleased. Started off with pork egg rolls (hand made) and chicken skewers with homemade peanut sauce on the side! Both were unbelievably delicious. If you have never had fresh homemade egg rolls this is a must stop! For dinner had the beef pho- the broth was flavorful but I added some chili seasoning to turn up the heat! The service was extremely attentive. Assuming husband and wife team as they both came out to ask how things were and talk about their attention to detail with the food . Can't wait to go back! read more
