You can tell it's a take-out gem because we saw 15 people come through to pick up orders to go in the 30-45 minutes we were there! My green curry was spicy and delicious. Yummy Asia has the best Hot snd Sour soup I've ever had. Their Lo mein is first rate. Their Sesame chicken is top notch So why 3 stars? One of my favorite Chinese takeout dishes is Kung Pao Chicken. On the East cost I consistently had excellent Kung Pao Chicken. The first two Chinese takeouts in Oklahoma were terrible. Given tYummy Asia excellence in other Chinese specialties I expected their Kung Pao Chicken would be excellent. Dead wrong. It was terrible. Gummy tasteless Chicken. Terrible vegetables. No flavor. First try at Yummy Asia. Order your lunch, dinner, or sushi... drink. Pay at the counter and have a seat or carry out. We really didn't know what to expect, but were impressed by the friendly and quaint place. It's got a bright vibe to the inside "Jade" glow. They do have some very good appetizer options along with the soups, and also a kids menu. It's very small inside. We were lucky to get a place to sit at a table. I have always wanted to try it out. I have been there at least 3 times and pretty much every time has been the same. The service was good and friendly - but the food was inedible. Today I tried General TSO chicken and the chicken was the toughest I've ever seen. Most of it just couldn't be chewed. It was like eating strings. This place is a really great find! High quality food and great value - a difficult combination to find these days. I made many trips to this unassuming little restaurant over a period of about a week. Every time I went was fantastic - always greeted with a smile, freshly prepared food, and clean tables. And portions are very large for the money. I really enjoyed the hot and sour soup- for me it was very nicely balanced. And the hibachi dishes are fantastic - my favorite dish is their hibachi beef, a big dish with a lot of tender and nicely cooked beef. If you dine in here, it's like a little shop in NYC but in the middle of south Tulsa. The family that runs this are really versatile. Service with dine and pick up is friendly and efficient. This is a budget friendly, family friendly place. Is it Michelin star? No. But they are very popular because they do really well with a wide variety of Asian cuisines. Chinese, Thai, and Sushi at the same place? There's something for everyone. Is this the best sushi in Tulsa? No. But for the money it's very consistent. Have been here a number of times and it has become one of our favorite places to eat. This appears to be a family owned restaurant and everyone is extremely friendly and works extremely hard. I wish I could give it 3 1/2 stars but since I can't, I rounded up. Do not be misled by the outside of this location. Once inside it's very clean and friendly. They have everything from your favorite General Tso's chicken to sushi, soups, and hibatchi. The food is cooked to order and really fresh and hot. We love their takeout. The kids love the sushi and I love the broccoli beef. Everything is pretty standard Asian fare, just done well.

Not really anything good to say so I'll make this brief. Fried Rice was over cooked and mushy, Penang Curry with Chicken was also over cooked. General Tso Chicken was more soupy than sticky like most I've ever had. Think I'll move on to another place next time. read more
