The installed the wrong mantel, which was damaged from the manufacturer (told me who cares), they damaged our $4500 bookcases/cabinets, installed a piece of arched molding that was damaged by the manufacturer, failed to finish to crown molding and kept the key to our house and refused to return it. There is a whole lot more that I could go in to. In total, I had to pay $2,000 for repairs for the damages they caused and they would not work out a settlement with us so they put a lien on our house. We paid the amount owed because we could not take another loan out on our home unless we paid the lien off. They have yet to remove the lien and we paid them in full over 2 months ago. This company is unethical, does subpar work and charges top dollar for subpar work. The job took them 3 months to complete. I highly encourage you to not hire this company that does not care about their work or their customers. I paid $13,000 for a fireplace redo and my bookcases have issues because to make them look halfway decent, they had to be repainted. So in total, this job cost me almost $18,000. Once, Alex, the service manager, even sent a video of how to reinstall something. A stick got lodged in the mower last year causing the self-propel to not work and they helped fix it on the spot with no charge. They insisted on starting it at the store to prove that all problems were fixed. Excellent, excellent service.

He came back two weeks later, after canceling us at least once, and he decided only one part needed to be replaced. Washing machine worked for one load and was again broken. After another week or two, Whirlpool sent out a different service repair company technician who fixed the washing machine within 15 minutes. We also purchased Epic Protect 5 year extended insurance when we bought the washing machine. According to the insurance, we are entitled to $50 for laundromat services. We have called and emailed epic protect multiple times and have not received any response. We also sent an email twice to our sales rep at home appliance regarding the insurance and asking for assistance, and have received no response from him. We have been happy with home appliance in the past, but obviously things are different now.
