Comparatively, the hot honey, roasted red peppers, and red onions on the spicy calabrese pizza offered a balance in texture from the crunch of the onions - and just a hint of kick from the hot honey. Delicious. There's a walkway behind the dining area that includes photographs from some of the tours and shows that Rock Lititz has helped with the stage design for, which is also fun to see.
