You are a captive audience at this place if you are flying I guess. Here is my suggestion and humble opinion, there is no world in which this is italian food, a pre-breaded food service chicken patty and some canned sauce atop poorly drained spaghetti does not chicken parm make. (and if you look at pics here of the chicken parm dish in others reviews you'll see the patties are uniform in look which means they are pressed food service patties) Change the name to something like "Ironstone" (just rearrange the letters on the sign) drop all the alleged italian food and you are golden. Burgers look great, sandwiches look good, my wives salmon was ok, just please you have no business selling italian food. read more

My chicken, sausage and shrimp dish was below average in that the shrimp was really fishy and the sauce was too...tomato-y. Make sense? Bright red and not enough flavor for my liking. This place was packed & busy on a Saturday evening. The service was decent, no complaints. The food was good, but it used to be better. Many years ago when this business was in Lancaster, everything tasted homemade. It doesn't anymore. The sauce didn't have a lot of flavor on the Eggplant Parmesan not the Chicken Parmesan. I thought the eggplant stack was fried well and it tasted fine. My husband thought the chicken patties tasted frozen and not fresh about it. Not bad, but could be better I'd say. I also miss their Caprese salad from the good old days...was delicious. The prices are seriously impossible to beat. I got two pasta entrees and a beer for under $20, which is wild. What a disappointment for the second time. The first time we ate here was in 2021. Service was sparse and the "Italian" dish I ordered, the sauce had no flavor. We chalked it up to covid. We went again last night as a large party. 1.The TV's kept shutting off, staff didn't know how to turn the TV's on. We were told "oh this TV hasn't worked in a long time" 2. When the food arrived one person had to send his food back because it wasn't hot. My dish was warm at best. I ate what I could. The chicken parm that multiple people in my party ordered looked like a frozen cutlet not cooked in-house that was heated up and had the texture of a hockey puck it was so tough. 3. Food employees observed kitchen area not wearing proper hair restraints, such as beard covers; previous violation, December 2024. Observed an opened 1-gallon container of blue cheese dressing on dry goods shelving. Dressing was removed and discarded. Observed several items in wait staff salad prep area stored open with no covering, such as romaine lettuce, tomatoes and red onions; previous violation, December 2024. Observed the ice machine, a food contact surface, was observed to have mold-like residue and was not clean to sight and touch. I went Saturday morning 11/8/25. I asked for a cup of coffee. It was awful. The service was awful I was not given a menu I was not given a napkin. I was sitting at the bar ignored. I asked one of the hosts who were walking for help and she just pointed and said " she'll help you". I had to leave my seat to go to person behind the bar and ask for an Americano, one of their specials, it was the same black coffee in a different mug. Again, no napkin no creamer, nothing. There was a layer of sliced sausage but if there was any ricotta I could see or taste it. Very disappointing. We had a reservation on New Year's Eve Day. I had the lasagna. I don't know if there was meat in every bite, but there were some large pieces throughout. The cheese in the lasagna was delicious, so it was an excels T dish. I also had Caesar salad & the Fruit Cake dessert, which had chocolate & rasberry mousse. I have always been a fan of Fiorentinos, until yesterday's visit. We were a party of 7 with a reservation which was confirmed by the first couple who arrived. When four of us arrived we decided we would be seated and the others would find us. We were told your table is back there, and pointed in the direction. The table had not been cleaned from the last party, and the chair where I was going to sit had a dried sticky substance that looked like ice cream. The chairs and floor were a mess. The waitress came and put menus on the table and walked away, telling us she would would be back to get our drink order. My friend got wipes out of her pocketbook so that we could clean the table ourselves. Since we were a party of seven there were two tables pushed together and one was wobbling so we had to put a shim under the leg so it would be steady. , We noticed there were only six sets of silverware on the table. First impressions were not good for this Father's Day celebration, But I've always enjoyed the food at Fiorentino's so we sat down and after the rest of the party got there ordered our drinks. My husband listened to the waitress trying to tell us what was on tap, and then she said she had to go get a list. He ordered a draft beer. The glass had the right brewery's label, but it was the wrong beer. I asked for iced tea with lemon. I got iced tea, no lemon. I'm not sure how the rest of the table fared with drinks. The food was very disappointing. The last time I'd been to Fiorentino's the bread and olive oil were superb, and a real highlight of the meal. This time, they were only acceptable. The salads were prepared nicely. The food was not so great. I ordered eggplant Parmesan in the first bite I took was gritty. The eggplant was sliced very unevenly, the skin was tough and the breading was falling off. The sauce on the pasta has changed. It was salty and not the flavorful sauce I expected from this restaurant. The parmesan cheese was also not great. No additional cheese was offered for pasta. Another special little something that they used to stop by the table with while checking on your satisfaction. Our 3 adult kids were paying for this meal, so 4 parents kept our complaints quiet, but it was sorely disappointing. I really feel that on Father's Day Fiorentinos should have had better staffing, and maybe some specials for the men in our lives. I hope in the future you consider some of the other issues. The service really left a lot to be desired. It took a half hour to even get asked for our drink order then the waiter asked for our dinner order at the same time. We all ordered salads and our entrees and then waited fifteen minutes. The waiter brought us our entrees but not our salads. We asked for grated Parmesan which we never received. I ordered lasagna and it wasn't hot because the cheese wasn't melted in the middle. When we told the young waiter that salads should come before the entrees he just said that that's how the kitchen brings them out. This place used to be a first choice for great tasting food and good service. I was here yesterday, early evening, with two friends. It must have been "teen server" day. Our teen waitress was very inexperienced. Bread and oil used to be served, no extra charge, but I had to ask for it last evening. Our order wasn't correct when we received it, my food was just "warm", and we were charged for items we didn't order. (Our check was corrected when we told the person in charge.). HOWEVER, we paid at the register and when leaving the "manager" came running out after us because he thought one of the checks wasn't paid. How insulting!!!, YES it was paid. With all the employees being teens and talking among themselves the establishment was disorganized! Don't know if or when I will return here with other restaurants being with travel distance. read more

We came here while visiting friends in Lititz. They recommended it for decent food in a kid-friendly environment. Our 3 year old enjoyed watching the planes. The bread was very good and the complimentary dipping sauce was different in a good way. They added herbs and cheese to an olive oil, which was pretty tasty for the bread. We ordered the eggplant fries and pretzel nuggets as starters. My son loved the eggplant fries. They had a coating that was pretty sweet, almost like a funnel cake batter. The pretzel nuggets were piping hot and nice & buttery/salty. I ordered the shrimp & scallop Monterey pasta dish. The shrimp were tiny baby shrimp, but the scallops were large sea scallops. The clam sauce was good, pasta was cooked nicely. The asparagus was a little mushy and the olives looked like they had come out of a can. Overall, the flavor was ok, but the chicken portofino dish was much better. The combination of shrimp, chicken and spicy sausage was really yummy in the portofino dinner. Service was good and he did a nice job of making sure all 4 adults had cocktails as soon as we needed them. The draft beer list was very nice. There was another couple that was there even longer and they were never served. My sister and I dined here per her recommendation today for lunch. I've heard mixed reviews but wanted to give it a go. It's located in the airport and it's easy to get to as well as having plenty of parking. We were greeted by the friendly hosts who said we could sit anywhere we'd like or wait until a booth had opened up. We were on a bit of a time restraint so we opted for a low table. Our server did stop by after a few minutes to let us know she would be right with us. She was very friendly and grabbed our drink order. I opted for the raspberry tea which was good and not overpowering. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Salad. My sister ordered some type of other salad. Now, here's where the problem began. The food took about 40 minutes to get. Yes the booths were filled, but some had already eaten, one guest at the bar and one other able. Never once did the server come over and apologize for the delay or let us know the kitchen was on delay. When I got the salad, there just wasn't much to it. Yes there was chicken, but the other toppings were very sparse. It wasn't a bad spot and I would give it another go. I do recommend that servers be a bit more attentive. I would also like to see some sort of management in the front of house, especially during "busier" hours. Prices weren't bad. read more

What a great find. We had debated whether to eat at the "airport restaurant" or grab a car and head out to some local sandwich shop. The idea of upscale Italian restaurant honestly held us off; but in the end, time dictated that we stay at the airport and eat and thankfully we did. The menu is big and has enough variety to suit most any taste. I thought the pasta and traditional dishes were a little more upscale than I liked for a quick lunch but the Honey Chicken sandwich hit the spot perfectly. The fries were frozen reheats, I would preferred freshly made or some nice shoe strings. Also on the Italian selections, I was looking for a simple pasta dish with a marina sauce and meatballs. No where to be found. Don't over the simplicity (and popularity) of some dishes. The gents I was flying with opted for a hamburger and was quite pleased with his selection. Staff was great for the most part. The host that greeted us at the door, was much less engaging than out waitress and to be honest seemed bothered by the sudden (unexpected?) lunch crowd. Restaurant itself was clean but offers little in the way of atmosphere or ambiance. This could easily be a four star rating in the future with a few tweeks to the menu and some enthusiasm on the part of the personnel but its was perfect for what it was, the airport restaurant. Used to love this place so much but change with management and too many staff quitting has really changed the place. Today, they were busy. Actually, extra busy because the air show was rained out and many people came inside. Hez took care of us. My husband and I wanted a table for 2, and we met 2 friends when we walked in...who had 4 people with them. Their 6 pulled up tables next to us. 2 separate checks. Automatic 20% tip added. Granted, we appreciate servers and how hard they work and rarely tip below 20%. We frequently tip 50% and several times, a full 100%. Because we know there is a lot going on that's out of the waiters control. Our waiter did hustle, but also appeared not ready to wait on 8 people. He said it was his second day waiting tables. A few of us waited more than necessary because he kept forgetting drink refills. He'd come back with some and then say, "okay, is everyone okay now? Anything else?" And rest of us would hold up our empty glasses, and he'd say "oh, right.,,be right back." He was very friendly, he definitely tried his best but not quite ready to juggle that many people. When we asked for ketchup - the second we felt the bottle we could tell it was almost empty. Got 2 squirts out of it. He should have been able to tell. I would still give Hez 4 out of 5 stars just because he tried so hard. Fries were almost cold when my plate arrived, and the burger was just "okay." Manager: she was rude, rude, full of herself, had attitude...and she was rude. Smart managers schedule more than 3 servers on a Saturday when the air show is in town. Sure, people call off - but she was not prepared. Just because she was frazzled and overwhelmed is no reason to bark at customers. She definitely doesn't care about repeat business. I remember a former manager, Christine, she was the best in the business. She was always friendly to customers and very polite and professional. I believe this woman's name was Amanda. She is not made for customer service. She can't handle when it gets busy. Just beyond rude. This experience is why we don't go as frequently as we once did. This restaurant would get a 4-star review even in in a major city but here it is at the tiny Lancaster Airport. For a small town family spot, it is really quite nice. Even for an airport restaurant, prices are very reasonable. Service was excellent, atmosphere welcoming, daily specials were appealing. I ordered the salmon with lemon zest from the ala carte menu, which includes smaller portions and no soup or salad for $12.99. I added a side of risotto for $2. The veggies for the day were broccoli, zucchini and carrots, all cooked to perfection crisp-tender. The salmon was a generous piece of fish, perfectly prepared with a nice lemon sauce. The risotto was a very flavorful pilaf with only vegetable broth and small bits of veggies, completely gluten-free and probably dairy-free as well. My son ordered the Angus burger which was a thick 8 oz Patty with added bacon, cheese and an upgrade to fries instead of chips. It was still barely over $13. We had a very pleasant evening meal, and including my two cocktails it was only $40 with tax. I wish I had found this place sooner, this is my sixth visit to the area and first time dining here. Had dinner there on 4/22/23 at 4:15 pm. Food was good, service was good, drinks were good. Prices were good, because it was pasta night. The down side is that there was pizza on the floor and trash in the booths by the windows. In general the entire place needs a thorough cleaning. I felt better with Covid restrictions, at least everything was wiped down. A restaurant inspection is needed and the dining area would be a failure I have no idea what the kitchen and bar would be like. read more

That ain't Mario Batali in the kitchen. It's Italian food for people who've never experienced the real thing. The marinara sauce is a little watery and raw, as if it had not been simmered the way grandma use to simmer stuff. By raw I mean the herbs and spice flavors have not had a chance to blend into a pasta sauce ... that takes time. It tastes like tomato sauce from a jar with a little oregano and maybe some basil thrown in with the hope of kicking it up a little. This is a "2 star - 3 star" review. The food is not terrible but price is a function of value. The $5.00 menu on Wednesdays is a good value - so 3 stars; five bucks for an entree is about right rating an "A-OK". Was there last night and was extremely disappointed. I'd stopped by before to grab a pizza on the way home from the gym. It looked decent. So I wanted to try it out. Last night, and I know this isn't the restaurant fault entirely but the live music was laughably bad. Excruciating to the point all 4 tables around me were taking about how bad it was. Bread was great. Salad was terrible and something was wrong with it like it hadn't been washed. Very very peculiar flavor like a slug was in it though I didn't see anything wrong with it, it smelled and tasted..... Strongly and not in a good way. I remember thinking if I get sick.. It was likely the salad. Dish was good chicken limoncello but not as good as the last time. The drink wasn't good either Mudslide was heavily watered down and barely tasted like anything. But where it was truly awful was the experience. The waitress, Nicole was what was in the receipt... She never actually introduced herself.....could not be less interested. Said as few words to us as humanly possible. At first I thought it was just because it was loud. But then when she dropped off the salad she didn't say anything at all. I had said I was going to keep the drink menu to order something and I couldn't order it because she never actually stopped by or asked about it ever again. Never checked to see if our food was right (someone else has served us dinner). Never asked us if we needed anything. Never actually served us. When another person came to take some of our plates away she stopped by and started talking to him, not us as of she was annoyed someone else was actually waiting on us and doing the job she was refusing to do. I practically yelled as she was walking away "excuse me!" Just so I could order a beer. She stopped by once more at the end when we were done to ask curtly if we needed anything else. I said two boxes and the check. Three times she stopped by after that, one to deliver the check and again to pick it up and drop off the receipt she didn't say anything at all. Not a thanks for coming, not a please come back. No goodbye. Nothing. Just dropped it off and stormed away. And she was treating the other tables about as badly (I didn't see how she was treating the party last night but she walked out if that room with the same curt dispassion so I'm going to bet about the same). I left her the worst tip I've ever left anyone in my life. I personally tipped the Buss boy and bar because they actually did their jobs. Got myself a bag for the box because I would have died of old age before I could actually get Nicole or whatever her name was to actually do anything. It's a damn shame. It looked so nice the first time I stopped in. I'm never going back here. There are better Italian restaurants in the area. Carrabba's is actually pretty nice. Drinks are better. Food is sightly better. Service is infinitely better. Prices are the same. And your ears won't bleed as you're leaving. read more

Yes, Fiorentinos is quite convenient place for those of us who fly, we just park the plane outside the door and walk in, but it's also a great place to drive to and eat!! We had salads and sandwiches for lunch, I couldn't try any of the beers, but everything on the table was top notch. I especially liked the battered french fries! Damn that was good.... My buffalo chicken ciabatta was just the perfect size for me, and well made. read more

I don't know why this place is a 3 star when the food and service is a 5 star! First off this place is hard to find in the dark but when we did, it was like finding a hidden gem. Immediately my friend and I were greeted and seated. They seemed friendly right from the beginning and welcomed us with a menu and our drink order. Usually Mondays are slow and don't have the best service in restaurants but this place was one point. I told the waitress I wanted to try something new and different, she recommended the Crab and Shrimp with Penne pasta in a garlic cream sauce. My friend ordered a shrimp and scallop ravioli in a red wine sauce. Both dishes came with bread and salad. I had the house salad with the raspberry vinaigrette dressing and I must say it was amazing. Every part of my order was something new and some I have never eaten. We didn't have to wait long for our food and when it arrived it was hot and looked amazing. My dish was full of crab perfectly shredded throughout the dish unfortunately they forgot the shrimp but the dish was still great. I informed the waitress and she apologized and tried her best to make it. Personally I didn't mind and I appreciated the gesture. Our waitress did a great job of making sure I was feed and happy with my meal. I also had to try my friends dish of scallops and shrimp ravioli in a red sauce. I must say that dish was so good I wish I would have picked it. The sauce alone is out of this world and it just made the dish. I have to say my experience was better than I expected on a Monday night. The service was top notch, the food was amazing, and even though the location was hard to find it made it a great place to have a nice quite dinner. Flew to Lancaster with a friend and needed a place to chat. Ordered bruschetta and fried calamari, and of course some Yuengling beer. There is not much to say about beer since it's a pretty standard fare. I thought the calamari is very good and tasty. It's nicely seasoned, and I like the fact that they use corn meal which added some textures to the calamari. The bruschetta is a bit disappointing and hence 1-star less. The bread was quite cold when we got the bruschetta. Since the cheese is melted, I assume the bread was in the oven at some point. The fact that the bread is cold when it got to our table, something is a miss. Taste wise is okay especially if you order it with the add-on balsamic vinegar glaze. COVID-19 era wise, I thought the place has done an excellent job in modifying their business to meet the new normal. All staffs wore face masks. Some even wore BYD mask which is more expensive than cheapie mask brands. Not that BYD brand is more superior (which I have no idea), but at this very right moment, BYD masks cost about 15$ per box vs $4 cheap surgical masks on eBay. Outdoor seating is a big plus for this place. The patio is right by the "airplanes parking area", and you can see planes taking off, landing, and taxiing very clearly. You can definitely feel the wind. FYI, the patio opens from 4pm till close. read more
