We first visited this place a year ago and we loved it!!! We took home many bottles for ourselves and our friends. We purposely are driving home to Atlanta this way so we could come to this distillery. I wish I could find our pictures from last year, but YELP doesn't let you search your pictures easily. Our first round of drinks was the summer old fashioned and the Stoll and Mule. I am an old fashioned fan and this was a great twist on a classic. It is rye, homemade birch beer reduction, walnut bitters, and flamed lemon. They were both very tasty and balanced. The second round of drinks were the tempting fate and basil (rye) bone. I liked them both but thing the basil (rye) bone was the better of the two. It is rye, watermelon lemonade, and jalapeño oil.

Impromptu stop on Mother's Day to the tasting room. We enjoyed some craft cocktails while we sat at the bar. My brother bought a bottle of whiskey to take home. They had a nice little tent set up outside for sitting and drinking. The bartender even made us a carrot cake cocktail just to taste and share. They also have beer. It's very cool to see the old bottles from Michter's distillery. It's a nice looking place & worth a stop. In May 2022 they are doing bridge work so the street is closed at one end but you can get there from the other side and park in their lot.

The beau and I stopped here to check out the spirits. With the storied history of rye whiskey in this part of Pennsylvania, we had high expectations. Stoll & Wolfe did not disappoint. All of the spirits were high quality and very good. The service was excellent.

Great unique cocktails in an out of the way setting. Small but busy place. Outdoor patio seating in the parking lot might be nice on a warmer day.

I didn't know the town we were staying in had a distillery. We found this hidden gem and it was very nice. It was a small town distillery, small, but quaint and nice. We had a couple of drinks. I had a new fashioned. The new fashioned was great. It used the Rye Whiskey that was aged in a rum barrel. Good stuff. I had sampled the Rye and Bourbon and they were good solid whiskeys. The brewer and woman waiting on us were very nice. Very talkative, told me a little of the history of the distillery and their products. They made recommendations on places to go. I did take them up on the Mad Chef Craft Brewery and it was a good recommendation. This place has a rich history of one of the well known master distillers in the area ( Dick Stoll) great background and history. I'm happy I found this hidden gem and took a Rye Whiskey to go home with me back to Pittsburgh. I recommend checking this place out.

This is a super cute distillery. It's really quaint and warm. I wish I would have had more time to try several of the drinks as there were some creative drinks that you don't find anywhere. They do of course have your typical drinks like manhattans and old fashioneds, but they also also have creative spins on whiskey sours. I had a New York sour which had a merlot mix in it. The service was a little slow as Tobias was the only person working, however it was a rainey Thursday night so I wouldn't expect much staff. The bartender was nice, attentive and gave a great drink recommendation.

Spent a few days in Lancaster and after trying to look for a Distillery to check out we landed here. I'm so happy we came to Stoll and Wolfe! It was a Thursday afternoon and my boyfriend and I were the only ones because it was still early in the day. The bartender was so hospitable and friendly. He recommended spots for us to check out and he made us a cool cocktail to try called the ghosted and it was delicious! We ended up buying the bottle of the ghost pepper vodka he used to make it. We also ordered a mule, a whiskey flight and the soft pretzel. Totally recommend this spot for anyone either visiting or from the Lancaster area.

An aspiring distillery with a strong lineage. Building on the "true" Michter's heritage, Stoll & Wolfe is building a solid base. The tasting room is very comfortable. The cocktail offerings are creative. The staff is helpful and attentive. Their bourbon and rye offerings will be better in a few years, but there is no feast to delay your visit.

If I lived in town this would become my regular spot. The bartender is so friendly and welcoming!

Was in Lititz this past weekend and looking for things to do. Before we even arrived we saw this distillery. Luckily it was open on Sunday because almost everything in Lititz is closed on Sundays. The place is pretty but has ample parking and an outside seating area. We went in and were one of 3 parties. The bartender was super nice and very knowledgeable about the products they served. They make several whiskeys/bourbons as well as a few vodkas. I opted to try the old fashioned and it was crafted perfectly. Good size pour and garnished well. The whiskey was very smooth and had great flavors. My friend ordered a flight and enjoyed the 3 that she tried. They have bottles for purchase as well as food you can order. If you're in the area I think it is a definite stop! They're super professional and the atmosphere is great. I really enjoyed the short time I spent here and would definitely visit again in the future.

Do you serve whiskey sours with egg whites?

We can make Whiskey Sours with egg whites or without. Happy to augment to your preference.

Are cigars permitted on the patio; is cigar smoking allowed?

Unfortunately the outside seating area is non-smoking as to not disturb other patrons. However, if you reserve for a private event that wouldn't be a problem.

The bartenders were really nice. The bottle "cellar" area is full of different styles. I perused the area and if your looking for international beers this is a good place to look. The shelves were stocked with a very wide selection of mostly Belgian, Italian brews with American Micro and German coming in just behind. I've had Spanish brews before, but they actually had in stock six to 10 different Spanish Brews and some Brazilian beer. (Makes sense since a Brazilian Steakhouse is connected to the building) The prices were fair and they even had some exclusive Iron Abbey collab beers with local breweries. It's out of the way for me bottle shop wise, but if I do stop by the area I'll of course check out their stock. I found a couple of nice hard to find Imperial Stout's that now have a nice home. A nice addition to the building.

I started with a 1794 Old Fashioned, which was good enough that I had a second one with dinner. My wife had a Pinot Noir. I had originally planned on ordering the 14 oz. bone-in ribeye, but after seeing that prime rib was offered as a Friday and Saturday special, I decided to try the Molly Pitcher English-cut prime rib prepared 1794 style with the extra grilling. Unfortunately, about five minutes after ordering, I was told they had sold out. I went back to my original choice of the ribeye, ordered medium rare, with Yukon Smash and the seasonal vegetable, which that evening was corn on the cob. The ribeye was tender and flavorful and cooked the way I wanted it. My wife had the chicken pot pie and enjoyed it, although she thought it could have used a little more butter. Desserts are presented verbally rather than on a printed menu. I had the bourbon apple blondie while my wife chose the skillet cookie, which was topped with ice cream and chocolate drizzle. Both were very good. The restaurant is located inside the Comfort Inn and literally occupies the same space where the hotel's breakfast is served each morning. From our table I could even see the small refrigerator used for the breakfast yogurts, so the setting doesn't provide quite the same atmosphere as a standalone restaurant. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and I would consider returning when we're back for Corvettes at Carlisle next year. I'd probably make an earlier reservation next time so I could finally try the prime rib.

The Cannon Room is a small cocktail bar tucked away in the back of The Pendry and is easily one of my favorite places to grab a drink in Fells Point. Only open after 5pm, it makes for a perfect predinner stop, especially if you are a bourbon fan. Their bourbon selection is seriously impressive, with everything from approachable pours to rare bottles that climb well into the triple digits. They also offer curated bourbon flights that change depending on availability, which is a great way to try something new. The decor deserves just as much attention as the drinks. The room is filled with warm wood accents and subtle Baltimore nautical theming that gives the space a really immersive feel. The centerpiece is the historic cannon that was dredged up from the harbor during construction of the hotel and is now displayed beneath the floor as you enter the bar. Service has always been 10/10. The bartenders clearly take pride in the craft of making cocktails and have the bourbon knowledge to back up the impressive bottle collection.
