I got Botox to reduce wrinkles and look younger, but instead I feel like I look 20 years older. This is a very important time in my life, and I have become depressed about going out in public or even looking in the mirror. It does not look like my face anymore. I reached out to the clinic seeking help and support, but no one seemed willing to take my concerns seriously. Eventually, I was connected with a customer service representative named Amanda. She kept telling me that my before and after photos looked the same and that she could not see any difference. She repeatedly dismissed what I was explaining and acted as if nothing had changed. I finally stopped talking to her because she was the person handling complaints, yet she did not seem interested in listening to what I was experiencing. Everyone at the clinic could see something was wrong, but she continued insisting that everything looked the same. I do not usually leave negative reviews, but this time I feel the company needs to be held accountable. I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and know exactly what my face looks like. This treatment went terribly wrong, and I am shocked by the outcome. What is even more disappointing is the way my concerns were denied instead of being addressed. They asked me to reach out again, but at this point I no longer trust that anything will be done. I already spent considerable time trying to get help and support, only to be dismissed. On one occasion, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes because the person handling my case forgot that I was on the line. I eventually had to hang up myself. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I am not willing to waste any more of my time reaching out again only to receive the same lack of support. It seems that the company responds quickly when a public review is posted, but my experience in person was very different. Rather than trying to understand or resolve the problem, I felt that my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I was continually told that I looked the same and that nothing was wrong, even though the changes to my face were obvious to me and had a significant impact on my confidence and daily life. If you are considering treatment here, be very careful about who performs your injections. I would strongly recommend choosing an injector with extensive experience and a proven track record rather than someone new. I trusted the clinic, and the outcome has been one of the worst experiences I have had in nearly 10 years as a client. What made the experience even worse was the customer service.
