I reached out to the clinic seeking help and support, but no one seemed willing to take my concerns seriously. Eventually, I was connected with a customer service representative named Amanda. She kept telling me that my before and after photos looked the same and that she could not see any difference. She repeatedly dismissed what I was explaining and acted as if nothing had changed. I finally stopped talking to her because she was the person handling complaints, yet she did not seem interested in listening to what I was experiencing. Everyone at the clinic could see something was wrong, but she continued insisting that everything looked the same. I do not usually leave negative reviews, but this time I feel the company needs to be held accountable. I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and know exactly what my face looks like. This treatment went terribly wrong, and I am shocked by the outcome. What is even more disappointing is the way my concerns were denied instead of being addressed. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I am not willing to waste any more of my time reaching out again only to receive the same lack of support. It seems that the company responds quickly when a public review is posted, but my experience in person was very different. Rather than trying to understand or resolve the problem, I felt that my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I was continually told that I looked the same and that nothing was wrong, even though the changes to my face were obvious to me and had a significant impact on my confidence and daily life. If you are considering treatment here, be very careful about who performs your injections. I would strongly recommend choosing an injector with extensive experience and a proven track record rather than someone new. I trusted the clinic, and the outcome has been one of the worst experiences I have had in nearly 10 years as a client. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Also sometimes when I'm done with my appointment, I go to the front desk to schedule my next one and there's no one there, and I have to wait another 5 minutes for the front desk person to come back. Honestly, if I wasn't locked into a contract on their services, I would have taken my business elsewhere a long time ago but I've tried speaking to their customer service and they will not give me a refund on the thousands I've paid so just trying to get my moneys worth. Eventually I completed about 80% of some of my treatment areas and decided to stop going altogether because overall service was terrible.
