Wow time flies by! I guess from what Yelp has shown it's been about two years!! Well I still have some under arm hair that we are still working on zapping away completely. I feel we are pretty close to the finish line of being, so it is sad but also a little exciting because I won't miss the zapping pain of the machine (lol). I would say if you are moderately hairy you can expect the same time frame or sooner. I just made appointments when I could squeeze it into my schedule or budget during that month. I do agree with everyone that you do see results very quickly from her machine and techniques. If you have any hair you want to remove I recommend Caroline. Update on other part of the body - I have decided to not remove my entire lower half area with Caroline. Not because she isn't great but because I knew I wouldn't be able to handle her specific machine for that particular area. There are different electrolysis machines (yes still pain with them) but the person I found I was able to sit through the process and do our 2 hour sessions with her machine. If you are sensitive and doing an area that you know is going to hurt I encourage everyone to always do your own research and TALK to the person before you do anything. Parking is right on El Camino Real, which is not for the faint of heart. There's a public bathroom across the courtyard from her office space. I would call ahead to ask about any accessibility questions you may have. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to make time to write a review for Caroline! She is a fantastic person, and is very good at what she does. I went to her two times, and my chin and upper lip hair growth has decreased by about 80%. The hairs that come in look wispy and don't bother me at all. The procedure is more painful than the other electrolysis places I've been to (laser and electrolysis, I've been to a total of 4 different places, which did not help me AT ALL!), but the results are fantastic. I have been going for electrolysis for quite some time but it wasn't until I started going to Caroline that I saw great results. I have a very low threshold for pain and would usually be counting down the minutes until my session would be over. However, Caroline works in a manner that makes the session painless. She has a quick and gentle touch. My face is also a sensitive area and in the past was left with red bumps and some scabbing.
