She greeted me warmly and even recognized me from visits years ago at the Mountain view location.. That level of attention made me feel valued as a long term client. Her professionalism, knowledge, and customer service stand out. She explained the new treatments clearly, including Potenza and Rejuran Pro, and answered all of my questions with confidence and care. Because of her, I purchased a new treatment package and look forward to getting started. I now live in San Mateo, and that location is less than ten minutes from my home. Even so, I am willing to drive to Mountain View for the level of service Janeen provides. LaserAway Mountain View is fortunate to have her on the team. A company that misleads clients about pricing, traps them in financing with no flexibility, and then delivers treatments that cause physical harm is completely unacceptable.
