This is the artichoke hearts and chicken for $19.90

We got take out from Little Angela's. First thing the price they charge was higher than written on the menu. I ordered the Greek Salad $8 on the menu but the receipt showed $8.95. I asked why and I am still processing the response. We ordered among others items the Artichoke Hearts and Roasted Red Pepper $10.95 and added chicken $8.95.

Our server is excellent. Tiffany. The food we had was exceptional. She works mostly evenings. But we got lucky she works the Sunday lunch. I can't begin to tell you how much I loved my meal. Everything was delicious. Started with escargot. They came in a dish of the sauce. Absolutely wonderful. Then, On to the entrees. Spouse had the pizza. I got the mushrooms ravioli. Every bite was delicious. The ravioli were Home made. And wonderful. Stuffed with mushrooms and more mushrooms in the delectable sauce. The sauce was perfectly flavored. And we ended with dessert. Also wonderful. I don't think you could go wrong with anything. I highly recommend this place.

Pizza

Absolutely one of the best Italian family restaurants in Glen Allen. The salads ste fresh and tasty along with appetizer money bags. A fan favorite is the shrimp and crab alfredo pasta. The pizza is fresh and tasty with fresh topping.

The restaurant is very unassuming and charming inside. The staff were helpful and attentive. The menu is very traditional Italian. Everything we ate was tasty. The salad was very fresh and the house dressing was delicious. I was really surprised at what a large take out business they had. A steady stream of people came in for pizzas and dinners. This definitely made us want to come back and try the pizza!

Food has gone downhill since new owners took over, except for pizzas. Closing soon for renovation & rebranding.

This place is a nice little gem in the Staples Mill area. I highly recommend their pizza and limoncello.

I had the braised beef short ribs, which were melt-in-your -mouth. Paired with garlic mashed potatoes, roasted root veg, and some of the best collard greens I've ever had. He had the fried chicken with hot honey, garlic mashed potatoes, and more collard greens. That fried chicken was so crispy and delicious. Had the peach cobbler bread pudding for dessert, and it was an EXPERIENCE. The only thing that would have made the meal better was some of the slab bacon, but we'll know to come for breakfast or lunch for that next time!

Farm and Oak has been on my list and I finally made it!…read more My husband and I wanted to have lunch out and picked Farm and Oak because we haven't visited this restaurant. They have a very limited menu at lunch so you have a few appetizers to choose from, a few salads and sandwiches and burgers, so straight up American food. It does skew southern with crab cake sandwich, pimento cheese and fried chicken. For an appetizer we decided to try the wings. They were good and came with ranch drizzled over the wings. For entrees my husband got their farm & oak burger with Cole slaw and I got their wedge salad with fried chicken. Both were good. The salad was nice and cold and crisp, which was appreciated on such a hot day. It did have too much dressing so next time I might ask for less dressing or have it on the side. I enjoyed the food, service was good and it is a pretty restaurant. I'll probably come back for supper some time to try some of their more in-depth meals.

One of the best spots in downtown Richmond (Scott's addition area) for a small group to enjoy a great meal in a cozy setting! Only street parking is available, but it wasn't too difficult to find a spot. The atmosphere: Very rustic vibe with some farmhouse-style decor. They have table, high-top, bar, and patio seating available. The food: I opted for the Chicken and Waffles with a side of cheese grits. I chose to make it hot for more spice. It's served with one whole waffle, two large pieces of fried chicken, and syrup on the side. The chicken was not seasoned as much as I hoped and wasn't as spicy as I expected, which was a bummer. The cheese grits were alright as well, but not as flavorful as I hoped. My partner ordered the Double Barrel Bowl, and he really enjoyed it. It was packed with pulled pork and was plentiful and filling. The service: Great and kind service from Mave (I believe that is her name but I'm not entirely sure). She informed us about the daily specials and was attentive throughout our visit.
