We booked this vacation for a group of 6 adults! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is plenty spacious with all of the kitchen necessities you will need. There is even a half bathroom near the kitchen and living area. Upstairs has a washer and dryer and even detergent. All of the bathrooms were new, nice and have hair dryers. The beds were comfortable. They provide parking for 2 cars which is nice. It was a short walk from our villa to the pool area. There is a covered section with tables and a cute little pool. Right behind the pool is the dock and a grill area. We will certainly be back! read more

Fantastic place - beautiful, spacious, well appointed and perfect location! Loved our vacation at Little Basin Villas!!!! Our only complaint would be that the ice machine on the property did not function well at all. You could only get a few buckets of ice first thing in the morning or you were out of luck. This was definitely inconvenient when we were trying to get the boat ready for a day of fishing. All in all, I would 100% recommend Little Basin Villas. We would love to visit again! read more

LBV was EXTREMELY clean - I am very picky and let me tell you, when we arrived I took a baby wipe and wiped a section of the floor and it came up absolutely clean... when has that ever happened except in your own home?! We were so pleasantly surprised with how modern and neat everything in villa 6 was - my littles dropped a toy under the sofa and even then there wasn't a speck of dust!! We had a few small issues that were dealt with immediately and we so appreciate how responsive the team was! My only noticeable complaint would be that the pool (while absolutely beautiful) had quite a bit of debris at the bottom every time we used it. Having a pool person come a couple times a week versus once would probably solve that issue. Other than that I can't say enough good things about LBV! The location in proximity to restaurant, clear bottom kayaking, and other activities is awesome! Highly recommend!!! read more

Been staying here for years. Absolutely the best. Feels brand new every time you visit. Pillows and bed are the most comfy you'll sleep on. Dishes are fully equipped to have a feast at home. This is definitely the best kept secret in Islamorada! Seriously just a quaint little villa tucked away behind a shop. My wife and I and our friends stayed here for a long weekend and enjoyed every single second! The rooms were spectacular and beyond clean! The decor is super sleek with an awesome Florida feel! Little Basin Villas is a great place to spend your vacation when in the Keys. The property is a great location and is so clean and immaculate. The staff makes check in and check out so user friendly. I LOVE Little basin Villas. Just completed my second stay here. Great location in heart of Islamorada. Walk to Loreli, walk to Morada Bay, walk to Outdoor World, and just about everything else. The units are spotless, beautifully decorated, pool is awesome and they have listed free dockage (I have a 33 foot bait that fits perfectly). Each unit has it's own bathroom, so no sharing. Great kitchen, washer & dryer, and great living room space too. Can't wait to go back. read more

Only feedback is that it didn't have a coffee machine (only Keurig), check out is too early (10am), the fridge doesnt get very cold, not enough trash bags. A great place for larger parties to stay, but equally as perfect if you are traveling with just one or two other people (as we often do) as you can have your privacy in your own room. The pool/mooring area by the bay/canal is equally as lovely. The sunsets from there are jaw-dropping. These villas are a hidden gem. They were brand new and well appointed. The beds were crazy comfortable! Their location is walking distance to several restaurants and the Florida Keys Brewing Co. plus it's on the bayside where you can watch the sunset from the pool and tiki hut. The photos are exactly how the villas all look. we had rented 3 for a group trip and they were all the same which is nice because some individually owned places have a lot of variation which can be hit or miss. read more

What a find! My family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holidays and we all loved it. The villas are so spacious, each has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you'd need, even a juicer and blender. Refrigerator was full size with ice in the door. Every room had its own Smart TV. Wireless connection was strong and fast. The decor is just beautiful, very beachy chic, with white sofas, counters, bar stools and walls. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Islamorada, within easy walking distance to shops (Village Square, World Wide Sportsman, and more), all the best restaurants (Chef Michael's, Morada Bay, Ma's Fish Camp, Green Turtle, Islamorada Fish Company), and you can explore the entire Morada Way Arts District. Wow. Walk to the Florida Keys Brewing Company, too! The pool was gorgeous with the nicest pool bathrooms I've ever seen. There's a tiki hut for all to use with picnic tables underneath and a nice propane bbq grill. It's on the bayside, and you can even keep a small boat. Or have kayaks delivered to their floating dock. I don't think I would ever stay anywhere else, everything you could possibly want is right here. I can't rave enough about this place. I'm uploading lots of pics so you can see for yourself. LOVE Little Basin Villas! So beautiful and well put together! The villas are huge with beautiful decor. The kitchens are fully stocked with pots and pans and plates and every other utensil you would need! There are 3 huge bedrooms and each one has its own full bathroom with an extra half bath downstairs. The beds are super comfortable and they have thought of every detail, even details I never would have thought of, like surround sound speakers downstairs, all you have to do is just plug in your phone and you have music playing throughout the downstairs. I couldn't think of a better vacation spot! The pool is gorgeous with a large shallow end covered by a tiki hut, perfect for sitting in the pool with a cold drink or for kids to play! There is a park right across the parking lot and every restaurant you could want to go to within walking distance. The whole place is flawless inside and out! From the warm beach decor, washer & dryer and right down to the fresh from ground coffee maker. These are just a few things that have made this our only destination when visiting the Keys from here on out! The property manager, Emily, was always there to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The pool with tiki Hut was a nice place to relax after a long day of fun in the sun and floating down the lazy river that runs directly behind the property. Every night we grilled the catch of the day on the property provided bbq that sits right off the second tiki bar! It was truly amazing and couldn't think of a better place to have spent our vacation. What an amazing place! After being shown a series of filthy rooms at another Islamorada resort, we started calling around looking for other accommodations. The first place we called was fully booked, but they did not hesitate to recommend Little Basin Villas. Emily took our call at 5:45 on a Friday night and worked diligently to get a unit ready for us by the time we had finished our dinner. I am not easily impressed, but when I walked into the unit, I was blown away. This place is pristine perfection! We stayed in Key Lime Unit #1, which is closest to the road/entrance, but the villas are snugly tucked back by the bay, so you feel like you are in your own little slice of paradise. The villa itself had 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a spacious kitchen with bar stools at the counter, cooking utensils, a washer and dryer, a large flat-screen TV in the living room, and smaller flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with several different pillows, multiple layers of sheets/covers, and extra blankets in the closet -- which was great, since I'm always freezing and my husband is always hot! Seriously, there was not a speck of dust in this place! There is a fantastic swimming pool on the premises, with several platforms on the shallow end (great for our toddler), a tiki hut, and chaise lounges. There are additional lounge chairs by the bay -- there is no real beachfront here, but there is a floating dock with a stepladder for easy access to the very shallow bay. My daughter loved sitting on the bay watching the fish, sea turtles, and even a nurse shark! Our stay was so wonderful, my husband even called his family while we were there to describe it and try to convince them to spend their next vacation at Little Basin Villas. I cannot wait to return! read more
