Seriously HATE this establishment. I don't know why I decided to go back for a second time. I ordered flowers for my mother and the flowers were horrendous. Second time, the person charged me a different price for the same exact flower (more expensive!!), and it showed up at her door looking wilted, dry and ugly. I hate to leave negative feedback, but I just had to. I'm a firm believer in the saying, "1st time shame on them, 2nd time shame on you". I will never come back, and there are plenty of flower shops in the area that I have familiarized myself with that do such amazing work for the same if not cheaper price. I had a different florist for my wedding day and when my bouquet arrived I was so disappointed. It was all roses but all were almost dead. I live in Irvine. I have known Little Bee, Hilda for a very long time. It takes me 4 hours round trip to get to their store.. always worth my trip and how great they are. Little bee is super talented in making g flower arrangements. She never disappointed me. Sadly, this time around, I was extremely disappointed in the flower arrangements, favors and the baptism box she created for me. I didn't get what I asked and paid for. It was truly a heartbreaking day for me personally. Only 6 tables needed centerpieces and one box for candles and towels. I paid dearly for 7 pieces and got a complete heartbreaking arrangements. They were nothing like the pictures they showed me. I asked for Orchids, none were there...I asked for cascading arrangements, none were there...I wanted colorful flowers, they were all white...not even red flowers. She used the tallest plastic vase,, I asked her to put some flowers inside so it won't look empty,, like she has done in the past. I was told it won't look good. Well, it did look bad. The baptism box was nothing like the picture I saw. The flowers on the box,, nothing like I asked for in the picture they showed me. I had to ask her to put something around the box to cover all the scratches when I went there to pick it up. I had asked for orchids, it was all white old roses. It was just a small old plastic box with 2 candles, small Bible, and one towel. Hardly any decoration on the box. Not worth the $450.00 I paid for. The favors did not have date or name on the ribbon. When I asked, she said that I didn't ask for it. She said that these days no one asks for name to be printed on the ribbon. She said they do it only for weddings. How are the guests suppose to know whose baptism this favor belongs to? Ani or Hilda should know better. It's a baptism, there should be a ribbon with name on the favors, shouldn't it???. This was the 3rd baptism Little Bee did for me. Never had any issues with the favors. This time I paid for toys only. I guess,, it's my fault for not emphasizing on the ribbon.. however, this is what Little Bee does. Shouldnt they have asked me.. I didn't know any better.. Hilda should have asked me. I just didn't think anything of it nor did I say I don't nameless ribbon. I trusted them completely. And was a complete embarrasement. My sister in law did not give favors to most of the guests. I do not even know how to explain how I felt and feel right now. My own brother and all the guests , who were high profile individuals, didn't even once acknowledge the arrangements which made is worse. I assume they were all thrown out. I don't know whether I will go back to Little Bee, but for those of you who will use Little Bee , make sure you get exactly what you see in the picture. I am very sad this happened to me. I wasn't going to write a review nor was I going to call them, but I feel so wronged and so embarrassed that I had to write it down. Best of luck to everyone else.
