Pad See-Ew with tofu no egg
Tamara E.

After driving by this restaurant and seeing lines outside the door, me and hubby decided to stop by them for dinner. Upon entering the restaurant, I was surprised that the restaurant was quiet other than employees asking customers what they wanted to order. Looking around the restaurant, I noticed there was several tables and a variety of canned and fountain drinks available for purchase. Although there was a long line inside the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the employees served customers. As we waited to order, we saw employees continually swap out empty tray with full trays of hot food. When it was my time to order, I asked the employee if they had tofu available and we happy to learn that they were are to make my order of tofu pad see ew without egg as well as vegetable chow mien without egg. My food was quickly prepared, was hot, and delicious. My tofu pad see ew was well made and had a great balance of noddles and vegetables. The vegetable chow mien without egg was also hot, full of vegetables and was tasty. After visiting this restaurant, I can definitely see why it is popular among people in town and definitely plan to eat here again when I want hot, fast, and delicious food at a low price.

The food was excellent. I had the Pad Thai with beef, chicken and shrimp. My husband had the 2 item combo with orange chicken and beef with broccoli. Service was excellent and the place was very nice.

Food is great and fresh. They pack the food in, so they are generous with the portions. Prices are quite reasonable. Service is friendly and fast. There is seating inside with quaint Chinese decor.

Little Beijing is quite the tasty mom-and-pop Chinese takeout shop! The portions were a great size and the classic flavors were all there. Service was quick and there was not a long wait even though there were quite a few people there. In addition to the standard chow mein and fried rice, they also had a rice noodle option and vegetable options. Which was a nice change of pace from the standard format. This place is definitely a local diamond in the rough so if you're in the area, it should be on your list.

I've been several times and every visit has been fabulous. I think the most important thing to know…read moreis this is an expert run restaurant. This is not fast food, fast casual, or some slapdash affair. Everything I've had was made with care, precision, and finesse. I'm over joyed to trade any concessions of speed for the flavors, textures, and balances I've enjoyed again and again. The staff has always been divinely friendly and I love seeing a family owned spot where they make site top take care of themselves and take time off. But the food and drinks are beyond compare. I understand why so many items sell out each day; this is a place that rewards early eaters. But every time I've gone, almost without exception each dish and drink was obscenely delicious.

GWe went with a crowd of 10, so basically had the chance to order most of the menu, and not one thing was mediocre. Our favorites were the house special wings (& I'm not a wings person!), chicken katsu, curry noodles, and salmon Sinigang. But the green beans were also delightful. Kat, who I believe is the owner and chef, was so kind and friendly! Their only drawbacks were that they have no liquor license and you can't bring your own (despite the liquor store across the street), and that they close at 8pm on Saturday night. But I'm giving it 5 stars and will definitely go again!

For a Saturday at 4:30pm, we were seated and waited on immediately. The menu was expansive and I was surprised with the amount of vegetarian options for a Chinese restaurant. Our server was helpful in suggesting various fish options and knew their wait times. Some notable dishes were the sizzling beef with black pepper, beef scallion rolls, honey walnut chicken, mapo tofu, and fried chicken. The dishes that could be improved for flavor were the vegetarian steamed dumplings, steamed whole fish, and beef chow fun. We probably ordered around 8-10 plates (all dishes came with rice) and many arrived at the same time. The prices were very reasonable for the portions and it was just enough for everyone. Since we had a birthday celebrant, they were able to put our personal cake in the fridge. Our server provided a complimentary matcha cheesecake and candle towards the end of our meal. His robot server sidekick also sang happy birthday! I did feel like they were understaffed because the lobby hostess had to find the server for me several times when I asked for our cake and the check. Overall, it's a great place for large groups and celebrations.
