I am much stronger and can move and hold positions that I thought were impossible for me when first starting yoga with Gina. Gina reminds you what each move is intended to help you with, ie core, sciatica, shoulder, hips, back etc. Gina is very knowledgeable and I like that she continues her education to stay strong in her teachings. She actually listens to you when you're explaining what you'd like and she has a way of amplifying your natural beauty without making you look and feel like you're not yourself.
