The teachers truly love my children as if they were their own grandchildren or children, which means so much to me. The director is a grandmother herself, and you can really see how her high standards reflect what everyday care should look like. I also appreciate that the food is fresh every day and catered in. Additionally, notifications about illnesses are sent out in a timely manner, which I really value as a parent.

My son comes home with new bite marks, diaper rash and soiled diapers that's been sitting so long the feces is dried onto his butt. The teachers are inattentive. LOW QUALITY childcare. New leadership came in around June if last year and completely drove this place into the ground further. The owner cares only about making money, not about making sure your kids are cared for using the tuition you pay. I understand there are many schools with wait lists and as a parent we are limited with options - I'd recommend you advocate for your child and don't let the leadership here bully you into silence if you must attend here. Also, they have a coming soon sign out front that is tacky and I'm not sure how the HOA hasn't had them take it down. Such an eye sore and obviously they've been open for years now.

Our experience that I have to share with other moms:…read more We enrolled our child in a Montessori school. The tour and discovery day were amazing -- kind staff, great atmosphere, and a beautiful curriculum. Our child felt welcome and had a great time, so we enrolled her and even paid for camera access. Once the real days started, everything changed. From day one, no one greeted her. The teacher looked unhappy, took her without saying a word, and told me to leave. My child cried all day and no one comforted her. The response was: "Teachers have many kids and can't give attention to everyone." The following days were the same. No real curriculum, kids wandering around, teachers on their phones, my child crying with no support. "Quiet time" was supposed to be 12-2, but kids were forced to lie in the dark from 11:30am to 2:30pm. When I questioned it, they said the teacher was "in the restroom" - for 3 hours?! My child started having meltdowns and didn't want to go at all. On the cameras I saw kids crying on the floor, being ignored, fighting with no adult help, and teachers being rude or disengaged. The manager admitted she knows the staff is bad and can't find better ones. Teachers said they don't have time for a curriculum, and the manager said "it's Montessori, there is no real curriculum" -- even though one was proudly shown during the tour. One day we picked her up and they were all watching TV. Another time babies were left crying with no one responding -- I ended up calming one baby because I couldn't ignore the crying. One evening at home, my child started hitting her own hand. When I asked why, she said: "The lady does it." We don't have a babysitter and it's only me and my husband, so I have no idea who she was referring to. We took our child out after a couple of weeks. I'm sharing this so other parents aren't fooled by tours and fake smiles. Trust your gut -- your child's emotional safety matters more than any school la

It was when I got home I noticed her left eye was extremely swollen and red. I thought it was pink eye so I sent a message to the school that night which no one responded or called me. I wanted to let everyone know so that others may not get infected. My husband called the next morning to inform them since no one reached out from the school. I took my child to the doctor on 06/20/2023 to get checked out and the doctor confirm that it may not be pink eye but to keep watch; her eye was very swollen and it looked like she may have gotten hit in the face. My husband then spoke with someone again at the school to look at the cameras and that we can have access to the cameras and that someone would call me. No one ever call me so I physically had to go to the school and re-explain wheat happened to the front desk which she said she saw the message but failed to reply. So you all allow sick kids to come to school??? I spoke with someone sitting at the front desk and we went back to the classroom to speak with Miari and she then said well 2 kids in the classroom had pink eye!! I was not aware and nor was the school director! This is an extreme violation of OSHA so I immediately removed my child from the school due to the lack of care and communication. The teachers don't even have access to Kids Reports, which sucks! At Primrose, which we are going back to now, allow open communication between the parents and teachers. I literally have to call the school and ask every day to send pictures of my child to ensure she is ok. Primrose always keeps me updated and send loving messages about my baby girl and ensures that she is loved and being treated well. I would not recommend this school for the academics or structure but they are the cheapest I've seen and that probably why they have so many downfalls bc its a "cheap" school. I'm worried everyday about my child even eating. They are so short staffed they weren't even able to feed my baby solids bc they were "too busy". No parent wants to come and pick their child up from school and hear things like. she was fussing all day or she didn't sleep, better yet does she throw up all the time??? Invest in your employee' s knowledge and communication styles. I will never come back nor recommended this school to anyone. I had no choice but to report this school to OSHA since no communication went out about children being contagious. They don't even wear masks or uniforms to shield any allergens her from the children that maybe carried from outside at this school. 4 weeks wasted. Please go to Primrose.
