No ac, smells inside and is dirty. The only saving grace is the wonderful staff. Please fix the ac and clean the place!

I had a late night craving for bubble tea and all the locations around me had already closed. I had found Little Boba and saw it was open late. Little Boba is located in Bergenfield on Washington Ave. we had arrived and it was a simple store set up with some tables and chairs. There was a machine in the front for placing orders. They had a variety of boba, snacks like churros and chicken, corn cups, ice cream and so much more. We just ordered boba that night. We got the honeydew boba milk tea, honeydew slush and a matcha drink and also a churro with ice cream. We waited in store as they prepared our order and it was made fairly quickly. Everything was made fresh and I loved the honeydew boba! I will definitely be back again for when I have that late night boba craving! read more

Great little boba spot. Also have a lot of really good food. It's under a different name KBBQ cup Bob so I'll leave a review for that on the other page. My daughter gets boba here and she loves every flavor. Although she only gets mango and cotton candy . The People are really nice and the drink comes out within 5 minutes. read more

This is the third time we received delivery order thru uber Eats that they completely forgot to include straws! How do you enjoy sipping slush with boba without straws? My friend picked up our late night order here on a Friday night - it was one of the only non typical fast food that was open. Though the reviews are few on Yelp and not the most positive, we decided to give it a try anyway. Little Boba holds a variety of treats to satisfy your cravings - they have their drinks with the option of various ice cream toppings and other desserts. And food by KBBQ Cupbob and The Chick N Chick. We ordered ahead and decided on two drinks - a grapefruit tea with lychee popping boba, green apple with strawberry popping boba, and then a chicken sandwich. I can see where most of the feedback comes from customer service. The business called us four times before picking up our order. The first time they asked if we wanted the chicken wings or the sandwich which was fine, I appreciate a business clarifying with the customer ahead of time. The second time they called, it was to tell us they didn't have anymore boba, which we ended up substituting with the lychee popping boba. Third time, it was to tell us our order was ready. And the fourth time, not long after third, was to tell us our order was ready yet again. This felt excessive and gave us the impression that they didn't have things in order. Our food and drinks were good though. My grapefruit tasted pretty fresh - it didn't seem like powder or syrups were used. In fact, there seemed to be a bit of pulp in there. The great thing is, you can choose your level of sweetness, ice and topping add-ons - a lot of places in the area don't give these options esp for fruity drinks, but it's common in other parts of the world. I will say though that their medium cups are on the smaller side and feels pricey for that reason. The sandwich was a pleasant surprise - it was packaged nicely and came with fries. I'm not a fan of pickles and hesitated when I noticed they were in there, but I gave it a try and ended up leaving them in - they worked well in there! The fries were nice and dense and are probably even better freshly served. I came here a few days later for a drink and got to see the actual biz. The exterior is hard to miss with the vibrant colored posters and large grand opening banner. The inside is small with bar-like window seating. The walls are painted with an Alice in Wonderland theme. There are two registers - the immediate one is for drinks and the further one for food. I don't live in the state anymore, but I visit often. While the biz has been around for over a year now, I look forward to its growth and improved customer service. It's an awesome addition to the town and I think they'll do well with a bit more work. We tried hanging out after sunset and it was a bit humid that eve and their drinks was a great refresher. I got the watermelon but somehow tasted more like melon but it was still nice. It's a nice bubble tea place option around town. read more

All these bad reviews talk about waiting for a long time for their drinks. Maybe staff has changed since then or something because I've been here twice and I didn't have to wait long at all for 4-5 drinks. The drinks taste amazing and I love that they have so many options. Plus, ordering on the screens makes it really easy to ensure that your order is correct, especially when there are a lot of options to choose from. The sesame milk tea is AMAZING. Just visited the first time and was pleasantly surprised! My friend and I were craving some late-night boba and saw this on yelp--thank goodness we didn't trust the previous reviews. We got a Earl Grey Milk tea and a Taro tea (we we wish you guys had Oolong tea) and usually we are super picky about our teas but our drinks definitely passed the test. We live too far out of the way to be a reoccurring customer but if we are ever in the area we will back! Giving four stars because the sizing cups are a bit small for the price in my opinion and because the parking situation is a bit confusing. read more

Takes a very long time to make regular boba drinks. Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks and nobody else was in the store. Watching employees text while no drink is being made was frustrating. Drink tasted decent, might have been biased cause of frustration. read more
