    Honeydew and black milk tea

It's nice to have a spot open until 11pm! The bobas were slush which is great for a warm day, but a shame they don't have more options on how to have your tea prepared. Delicious but filling, I wonder if they let you adjust the sugar? Leaned a bit on the sweeter side, but still good

We went in around 7pm on Tuesday. This place has two separate parts, one where you order with some seating and another place with more tables. It was clean and there was air conditioning which was a bonus. There were a few in line but we got helped quickly. Ordered the lychee boba drink and a brown sugar milk tea. They were made quickly and the boba delicious and soft. The lychee flavor was great and the brown sugar milk tea...just the right balance of tea and milk. If you looking for a great boba in the area....this is the place.

Service was good but drinks not so much. Ordered a green milk tea which in this store means matcha. I didn't want matcha so the barista offered to make me another drink, which was very kind of her. I asked for a regular milk tea, and was disappointed to see a visible layer of small tea leaves at the bottom of my drink. Either I got the bottom of the barrel, or they didn't strain their tea properly. Tea tasted ok overall so I didn't seek a return, but unlikely to come back.

Honestly I don't know why this place has low ratings bc my experience has always been so homey and kind. I love their brown sugar milk tea and I tried the honeydew milk tea and it but the spot so much. I did get one that is blended but you can ask over ice if that's not your cup of tea (pun intended ) I came ten minutes before closing and the man serving us was so thoughtful and kind. There was still 5 people in the shop but he served us with such kindness like it wasn't almost closing time. He actually even got the sizing wrong for my boyfriends drink so he remade it and he's the one who pointed it out! PRO TIP: if you're having those late night cravings and come close to closing, call ahead! He'll have the order ready for you when you come in :)

Review soley for the green milk tea with milk foam and bubbles. Very sweet and they didn't even ask about sugar level if that exists here I'm not sure. Wouldn't call it green tea but matcha instead. However, the bubbles were nice and chewy which was enjoyable.

I was never a big fan of bubble tea until I stopped into Boba Land. The staff was really friendly and even asked me what I'm into to recommend me some bubble tea flavors. I was actually impressed on how good the teas were. I'd definitely recommend!!

I am not sure if this place should get more than 1 star even though their drink was pleasant. Came in thinking they close at 12am (according to Yelp), but realistically they close at 10pm. With a line of people already ahead of me, when I got my turn I was immediately told they were out of bubbles. Okay, it is what it is. While looking at what I would order instead someone came in after me and this owner took his order before me. Okay, I'm not going to start a fight over this. Insult to injury...the Asian person that came in after me got his drink with bubbles. At this point I had to say something. When I did I was told that was the last bit of bubbles they had. Again, I kept my cool. I just wanted something to drink here. As I looked at the time, it was a little after 10pm. I can make many assumptions here, but this type of business practice is inexcusable. Either they were trying to kick me out so they can close, or some type of bias is going on here...

Fast service, street parking. I ordered the mango special boba bubble tea with frozen yogurt on top! Good variety of flavors and also macaroons and small bakery selection

A nice place for coffee and bubble tea. I got the Oreo bubble tea and dalgona bubble and it was fabulous. They have some bakery selection in case you want to pair with your drink. Service is excellent, it has nice tables and chairs to enjoy your drink.

Went here late night after Korean bbq. I appreciate that it was open late but the bubble tea overall was just okay. I ordered the Java chip boba. I was hoping for more coffee flavor and more Java chip pieces in it. Also it was slushy which I didn't expect because normally at bubble tea places it's not a slush unless it explicitly says so on the menu. In terms of ambiance they had two different rooms for seating so plenty of space but it looked kinda like an old take out pizza spot.

I was very disappointed with this place. A lot of things went wrong with our visit. My partner and I visited here on a Sunday afternoon. The store was busy upon walking in. My partner and I looked at the menu while waiting. When it was our turn, I asked the difference between Taro I and Taro II. Taro II has a vanilla flavor added to it. I decided to opt for Taro I milk tea since I'm minimizing my sugar intake. My partner ordered a citrus drink. We both got a large. I was happy to find out the boba comes with my drink because other bubble tea places charge extra. My partner and I sat down to wait for our drink. We waited for quite a while. My drink came out first. I was immediately thrown off by the amount I received. The cup was not filled to the top. My partner asked them if this was the typical filling. The staff gave a reason about the space there to allow stirring. Doesn't make sense. Everything should already be stirred then poured into the cup. I was not happy for a $7 drink. It wasn't until we were in the car that I realized I was given a taro slush drink instead of milk tea. I just wasn't happy overall with my experience. My partner liked his citrus drink. He received a full amount in his cup.

Yummy. This place is a coffee/boba shop with many options of frozen drinks, and different type of popping bubbles. They have almost every flavor you can imagine. The place lives up to its name: Boba land. The staff is so nice here. I accidentally broken my cup last time I was there, and the gentleman behind the counter fixed it for me. They also sell macaroons. Theyre good, but like anywhere else, the macaroons can be expensive. There is plenty of seating, they also own the space next door and put seating there.

Hmm, needed a quick boba fix and I cannot say that this establishment was fulfilling. Ordered the Thai bubble tea. I wanted it on ice but they made it frozen (slushy). It was okay and Boba Land was super stingy on the boba. Negative. The taste of the bubble tea was mediocre. Also, tried their birthday macaroon that was tasty. The place was a bit of a hole in the wall type of atmosphere.

I would say Service is pretty nonexistent as you order on the counter and you see yourself with no waitressing. The cashier lady was also pretty rude and not accomodating to my request (make my drinks less sweet) so they lose a store for that. Atmosphere is cute and vibes are great, definitely has modern and traditional Korean vibes. However, I would not say that this is like a traditional tea house? Having been to A LOT of tea houses in Korea, their menu and concept is definitely far from what a traditional teahouse is like. For instance, a traditional teahouse would have assorted rice, cakes and traditional, Korean desserts, however, I feel like this place used modern French pastries, and put a Korean twist on them, which I would say is not very Korean in reality. Baked goods were OK. It tasted stale. Losing a star for that as well.

On the second try, I ordered a potato Turkish bagel and asked for smoked salmon with it (which I saw they used in one of their sandwiches). What I got was a Turkish potato bagel (for which the potato part is invisible) and a whole other smoked salmon sandwich. No wonder my bill came out to $29?! The cashier understood I wanted a smoked salmon sandwich AND a bagel. So, lesson learned: a Turkish bagel is served and eaten differently than a traditional bagel, which would've come with the smoked salmon in the inside like a sandwich. Also ordered a biscotti latte. We ordered takeout for dinner: Toowoomba Shrimp Pasta with Tonkatsu and the Spicy Original Tteokbokki (rice cakes) with Fried Kim-ma-ri (fried seaweed rolls). The shrimp pasta had good flavor but the portion was way too tiny. After only three or four bites, it was gone. There were about 4 pieces of shrimp in the entire dish and they could've added more pasta, given that it's not an expensive ingredient. The tonkatsu was also underwhelming. It was a small piece served in a large container that made the portion size look even more skimpy. I was also disappointed in the tteokbokki. It was mostly sauce with no egg and only a few pieces of fish cake, again served in a container that was far too large for the amount of food provided. The kim-ma-ri pieces were fine but also very small. Overall, the meal was underwhelming. For a total cost of nearly $50, the quantities were just way too small.
