Tried this food truck for the very first time at the University of Dayton's 1D1D event. Grateful the university was giving out food truck vouchers because the orange chicken was not worth the $8 they were asking. The chicken was pretty bland with some watery sauce tossed on top. It might be that this was not what I was expecting but it was a big miss for me. I also got one of their house special milk teas and it was tasty and brought this review up to two stars for me. I would be down to try something else from this food truck, since second chances are everything, but it would not be my first choice. read more

I love to support Little Boijon! I try to make as many events as possible. Their service is impeccable, and their kindness never fails. I personally love getting the hibachi chicken with their homemade yum yum sauce. Alongside with my meal, I get an egg roll and their At The Beach bubble tea; sometimes I will substitute the pineapple jellies with mango popping bubbles or cherry popping bubbles. Their new food truck trailer is very nice and looks super clean from the outside. For anyone looking to try a food truck I highly recommend Little Boijon Asian Cuisine! read more

I was looking forward to trying a new food truck and several people in line commented about how much they love it. Maybe it was an off night, or maybe my taste is 180 degrees different, but it was, without a doubt, more than disappointing (except for the service, which was pretty good). I asked for what was recommended and went with the chicken fried rice. It was white rice with cubes of overcooked chicken with peas and carrots and a little bit of egg. There was no discernible onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil or seasoning. I really wanted to like it, but paying $9 for a little bit of no flavor was truly disappointing. read more

My experiences with the Little Boijon have been nothing short of AMAZING. Everything tastes like it was freshly and authentically made. The food is always hot and made in a timely manner. The prices aren't outrageous compared to most food trucks and the food is definitely worth it. Their space looks super clean and well maintained. The service is fast and they are always friendly. Overall, I would not return to this food truck and can't justify recommending it to others unless all they wanted was Boba Tea. My wife and I tried this food truck this past weekend and were both sorely disappointed. The Bourbon Chicken large portion was really really small, and it was super bland and not at all something I'd get again. They need to majorly overhaul that recipe and get it to taste more like the bourbon chicken restaurant by UD, and then also increase their portion size on it to match the price they were charging (I believe they charged $13 for the large). The Chicken Lo Mein was equally unimpressive and tasted sort of watery and was missing flavor. The only thing my wife and I thought was even remotely good was the Boba Tea. Service was fairly quick which was a plus, though nobody else was waiting so I cannot really speak to how they'd do if there were multiple orders. I'm sure they would do fine given most of their menu is prepared ahead of time so it just needs to be gathered and served. They gave small packets of plasticware and a napkin, but did not offer or provide extra napkins at the truck. My wife spilled some of her lo mein and I had to go to a different food truck to get napkins. read more

The Egg rolls had pink pork meat, were under cooked. The bourbon chicken was unbelievable, in a bad way. The rice was overcooked and had the appearance of being someones leftovers overall. It was strange. The worst for last, the bourbon chicken was what appeared to be steamed chicken covered in sweet and sour sauce. It wasn't even good sweet and sour sauce and most certainly wasn't anything a sane person could consider bourbon. Avoid this place like the plague. read more
