Clean fast and very good. Partitions are huge, couldn't finish half of it. Took the rest home and will finish it there. Would come back and encourage others to drop in and try it.

Came here for first time and would probably return. It's a small space and I think they cater most to takeout orders. You pick up a menu and order your food at the small counter. There are some daily specials written on a chalkboard also. You pay and they'll bring you the food. I had the chicken lo mein and it was good. Temperature hot and large portion. We also ordered the Kung Pao chicken and general Tso's chicken. When you're done you place the dishes and utensils in a plastic container by the door. Not amazing but solid food. There's parking behind the restaurant and also on the street.

This place is absolutely amazing. I love the warmth vibe and delicious scent as I walk inside. Great customer service and amazing view. So much food I was full for 2 days. It well worth it. I also enjoyed the Green Tea it was very good.

The staff were so pleasant and the cook who brought out our meals was the cutest lady ever! The food was great! The noodles were crispy around the rim and saucy in the middle, which was a fun mix of textures. I asked for the meals to be spicer, because I like having a little bit more flavor, and that made all the difference.

Ginger and Spice is an awesome little Bistro!! My partner and I tried it for our first time tonight and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It's tiny but super cute, very clean with tons of bright lights. It's typical bistro style where you order at the counter and then sit down and they bring your food to you. I had the Mongolian Flank Steak (pictured). It was really delicious! The flank steak was super tinder, flavorful and balanced with spice. My partner ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken and it was also so very good. Real house made sweet and sour sauce, not the normal overly sweet red glaze at typical Chinese food. We loved both dishes! We will definitely be back at Ginger and Spice and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for amazing Chinese cuisine in a fun bistro environment!!

This place was a nice hidden gem. My boyfriend found it on GoogleMaps and seemed impressed by what he saw. He ordered the ginger and spice chicken and I had the garlic shrimp with sea scallops. We shared an order of ginger and garlic wontons. The ginger and garlic wontons had a bit of a kick maybe from the black pepper, but tasted amazing! I had a couple of bites of my boyfriend's ginger and spice chicken and it was very good with a sweet, sticky sauce. But, my favorite was the garlic shrimp and sea scallops that I ordered. The scallops were very nice sized and I got three in my order along with several large shrimp. I haven't had cooked cabbage in a while and it was a nice addition to the entree. It was a little spicy, but perfect amount for what I was looking for. Loved every bit of it!

    Chicken Pad Thai

This is a hidden gem. I haven't visited in several years since the last time I traveled to Dayton, but it was just as good this time around. The pad Thai is very flavorful and a generous portion. Service is quick and friendly and the space is very clean. Can't wait to come back on my next trip!

A decent place near UDayton. There is parking in the back. The staff are very good and it seemed like a family owned business. I got the pineapple chicken which was decent. A tad bit spicy as well. The wonton soup was good but lacked flavor a bit. Overall a decent place to grab quick lunch.

This is the best Chinese/asain place I've ever had. Service was very good and courteous. Food came out decently fast. It was kept clean the whole time.

Stopped by here because my friend and I were craving Chinese food and it didn't disappoint. She ordered Pork Lo Mein and I ordered Shrimp Lo Mein. The quality of the noodles and shrimp were WAY better than your typical takeout and that's reflected in the price. The space itself is pretty small and cozy. They seem to do a lot of takeout orders because of how small the space is.

Stopped in for a friend date and I ordered the cream cheese wontons and vegetable dumplings. Everything is made fresh to order and the cream cheese wontons were a 10/10 so I highly recommend. The dumplings were good but definitely healthier than I expected so I ended up dipping them in a peanut sauce and they were delightful. I will be back for sure.

Chicken Pad Thai, Kung Pao Chicken and General Tso's all with extra meat!

We ordered take out twice recently because we're busy and it's close to where my son has practice these days. We went in to pick up and it is nice inside. I used the bathroom and it was clean, which I appreciate. Our last order was crab rangoon, siu mai, wonton soup, pepper steak with onions, shrimp with broccoli, general t's chicken and fresh garlic chicken. I'll start with the crab rangoon, it is a little sweeter than other places, but it also has more flavor since they actually use scallions in theirs. It was really good, although one of the kids didn't like the sweetness of it. The siu mai though? Everyone loved it and we will definitely order those again! The shrimp was perfectly cooked and plump, so good! The family fought over the leftover wonton soup, I ordered two quarts because there's never enough for our crew. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the fresh garlic chicken, it was a LOT of green peppers which isn't our favorite. Someone did go in and eat all the leftover chicken though...lol I noticed when ordering the last time that they also have Thai food, which I really want to try.

I wasn't as surprised this time by the location in a neighborhood, something that gives it a very welcome feel and suggests with the addition of a covered outdoor porch with picnic tables that this is a good neighborhood hang. I was late for lunch, almost two but there were some folks still finishing up. Good vibe, good music and casual atmosphere. I opted for the Takoyaki app which was tasty and not so burning hot that it scorched the roof of your mouth. Also the right amount of mayonnaise as opposed to often an excess. The Ramen Flight was fun in principle but I wouldn't do it again. I unwisely and perhaps naively assumed there would be mini versions of the full serving of Tonkotsu broth with Mayo, Thai curry and Szechuan with scallions. But it really is just the broth and ramen. Expected the Szechuan to have some heat and peppery lip buzz but did not. The Thai curry was super salty. Just missed some option of veggies and protein. Finally I would suggest not sitting near the front near the stairs to the kitchen. The spot has competing music soundtracks with two different play lists battling between your two ears.

The noodles are actually made in-house and have a lovely texture. I got the Classic Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup and was definitely not disappointed. The broth is light, but full of flavor at the same time. It is truly very comforting on a cold winter night. I think the beef slices on there are a bit tough, but it's not too big of an issue. The portion sizes are actually crazy. I got the regular size and could finish maybe just half to 2/3 of the noodles, along with a majority of the beef. I can't imagine how massive the large bowl would be... For health, I also ordered some stir-fried bok choy. This was stir fried well, but I'm not really sure what the flavor profile was supposed to be. Is it garlic? Is it spicy? I couldn't really place it. The prices are very fair for the quality of food they provide, and service throughout the night was decent. I will probably be back again, if I visit Dayton!
