The neon sign in the front window is the cutest, and just added to the overall vibe. Chuck was so hospitable, and brought me each pour from his post behind the bar inside. If you think something as simple as a cheese enchilada can't be gourmet and elevated, I suggest trying anything from Rick Bayless (Chicago or LA) and El Cholo (LA) with their aged cheddar. All that to say, Casa Rios didn't disappoint. My friend got the chili relleno with cream sauce, one word, FANTASTIC. I like that it had a bit of char to it and that it wasn't super eggy. It had a nice crisp to it. For desert (it being my bday week and all lol) was their coconut tres leches cake with strawberries. Another smash out of the park. I will definitely be back.
