Food is the same as any other Little Caesars, nothing to say there. Service at this one is awful. The actual employees behind the counter aren't awful, but the management makes it feel like they don't want to actually sell pizzas. The hours change sporadically. I've gone as early as 4:30 and they're closed with no explanation. Be careful if you try to use T-mobile deals or any other promotion with an online order, several times I've done that only for us to arrive to a closed restaurant. Getting a refund is a whole new fight. There are also a lot of items that you can only order in the app, but be careful for that too, because I've been told on many occasions that they're "not taking mobile orders," regardless of the time. I've been in Rexburg for almost 3 years now and visited this location several times. The menu items and quality are the same as any other Little Caesar's, but this one has caused me more headaches than every other one I've been to combined. read more

I worked here for over a year and a half and I learned a lot about the management. The management is horrible, mainly because the manager and assistant manager are related and get away with everything. They show favoritism and aren't good faces of the store. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone. You would think this place, paying so low would at least have a good environment to work in, sadly you're mistaken. The assistant manager expects everyone to be at her pace when first starting, and if you aren't, then you are automatically on her bad list. She would talk badly about you behind your back, isolate you, and make you feel like you will never be good enough for her. She's a horrible person. One day she might like you, and the next she won't and she will let you know that. Someone who worked here was on her bad list and the assistant manager would yell at her for making any mistake, she would schedule her less and put her on front where she knew she had social anxiety so she would quit. The only thing she is good at is just the work we have to do, not being an example, showing respect, or representing the store. She creates drama, and talks to the people she likes about it. If that is all it takes to be an assistant manager, I know over 40 people in high school that would fit that same drama filled role. If you're planning on working here, please don't make the same mistake I did. Some people just don't change, no matter how much you wait and hope. read more

Service here is horrible. The last three times I've gone it has gotten slower and slower. Normally I order hot and ready just so I don't have to wait as long, but even that sometimes takes 10 minutes. The last time I ordered a thin crust and was told 10 minutes and it took 45 minutes. read more

This place is pretty solid, especially in a college town like Rexburg. It's cheap, convenient, and the quality of the pizza is always very consistent. I've always stuck to the $5 cheap pizza option, but some friends of mine have let me know about the more expensive stuff and it's really good and I know exactly what the pizza will taste like once I get it, which is great. So, good menu. My only complaint is that when there is a rush you are faced with a super long wait time (much more than normal to-go places), but it's not the workers fault that the location is basically a little shack and I feel like they do the best with what they got. We went to Little Caesar's to get lunch today, and asked for fresh breadsticks. They often give out old breadsticks, and anyone who has had those know they aren't good. The breadsticks are only suppose to be in the warmer for 30 minutes, and they often give them out way past that. Anyway, we were denied the request to have them made fresh, so we walked away from getting them. Normally this isn't a problem, but the employee talked to the manager and he said no. They are turning away paying customers, because we don't want old food, which is terrible service. read more

Just about any other place knows more about pizza than here. Their only "good" pizzas are from their hot n ready selection, which is a hit and miss if you come when it isn't being swarmed by college students. Their pizzas are freshest during those times because all the old pizzas are sold. I don't like waiting in line for 30 minutes just to wait even longer if they don't have the pizza I want ready at that moment. But coming when no one else does has its negative effects too because you may get a barely warm pizza from it sitting for who knows how long. Their ability to make custom pizzas is a joke and is something I wouldn't recommend, not anymore. Today I ordered my favorite and I had almost never had problems in the past but today was the last time they get my money. They didn't understand my order, it wasn't that hard, and made my pizza in a different way and because my wife picked it up it was too late to do anything about it. I mean yeah the pizza is good for the price which is a positive but don't go between the hours of like 5-8 because without fail they're always short staffed and the line for a $5 pizza is just not worth it at that point, especially if the line stretches all the way to the back towards the bathrooms they have back there, which can sometimes take like 30-45 minutes. Tried ordering from the app online, because apparently that takes way less time because you can just get in and out....unless they're short staffed and slammed between the hours of 5-8, and when that's the case, ordering from the app just takes way longer than if you went inside and waited in line, waited an hour after ordering from the app. So if you're hungry between the hours of 5-8, there's probably better things you can be doing with your time, and better places to find to eat. read more
