I've been to this location a few times. I haven't had an issue with my orders. I've come once when they opened. Fresh pizza..had to wait 8 minutes for $5 lunch combo. Not a problem. Another time normal $5 carry out full pizza. Fresh again. Today close to 2pm for lunch combo and again. FRESH pizza cooked to order. I don't mind waiting as long as I know iy hasn't been sitting under a warmer. My only complaint is they do not have parmesan packets. read more

This is the worst location I've ever encountered. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are the closest to my house however, this is the third time with excessive wait times when they aren't busy! I called in a pizza at 5:30 and they told me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I get there at 6:12 and everyone has the nonchalant attitude when I'm complaining about having to wait for them to just start on the pizza when I called it in over 30 minutes ago. Worst Little Caesars Location! Their pepperoni pizza is ALWAYS soggy and when I asked them to cook it well done they wanted to charge me $6.62 just to put in in the oven and i called it in the 10 minutes prior to coming to the store. I went to this location the day before and they charged me the regular 5 dollar price. Then when I asked to speak to the manager it was just a high school teenager. On 11/28th, I went to the Austell, GA location about 8:30 p.m. and ordered a thin pepperoni pizza. As I was standing there waiting to take my order, an associate who was a young girl was cussing out loud and using the "F" word repeatedly and the other young associates were loud as well. A young guy came out and took my order and after I placed my order, I asked him who was the Manager and he said that he was the Manager, I told him that it was unprofessional that the girl was cussing using the "F" word and he said low yes and shook his head. I asked him who was the District Manager and he said that he didn't want to give out his name and I told him that's fine that I would find out and would be calling corporate. The associates began to get loud again and was laughing and the manager went back and told them to quiet down. Also, something dropped back there and they were all laughing and was very loud. It was a lot of young kids that were very unprofessional and immature. As I continued to wait then the same girl that was cussing started singing and then another girl and guy started singing. When the guy that was singing brought my pizza to me, I asked him what the Manager name was and he said Julian. This is one of the worst locations in the metro Atlanta area! Every time I come into this location there's a problem! There's usually a young, inexperienced, slightly rude associate taking orders, not to mention management that is incompetent! I used the drive thru, the lady sorta ignored I was there for a little bit. Finally when she took order, it was very quick and hot. So for the price I cannot complain. The first time I went inside and was immediately greeted by a man who said "Welcome to Caesar" and was rushing around to get stuff to customers. Glad it is here, a quick cheap dinner. Stopped by little ceasars at bankhead and veterans memorial and was given the best customer service from KARLI and COBEY. Both were eager to help me get my order in timely manner. As I was checking out I noticed them scan each purchased item. Curious I asked, they check the time the product was made to insure you are getting the freshest pizza available.
