This used to be a great Little Caesars but has went way down hill! I call in my orders now because they seem to have extremely old "hot and ready" pizza, like the bottom of the boxes are greasy. Even calling in I'll be told it'll be ready in 15-20 min or however long and it's never ready on time, more like 30-35 mins and this is not a one time thing! Do yourself a favor and drive to Choctaw, you'll get better pizza and service! read more

Where do I begin? Ordered on app and it was to be ready the normal 20 minutes away. We had a house full of kids for thanksgiving pre-party and we were so hungry after a long day. Little Caesar's is a staple in our house when we need something quick and local. It is not my favorite pizza, but the kids like it better than any other pizza. The service at this location is better than the other nearby location. As long as the kids like it, we will continue picking up dinner from here. Would give this place less than a star if i could, nobody greeted us at the door when we walked in and once we were finally greeted the kid behind the counter was not polite at all. The pizza(hot and ready pepperoni) is ALWAYS sub par but didn't mind for the price. When the employees are rude on top of it, that's not cool. Watch out when you go to this one. The weather has been bad and that's understandable. But he made sure to let us know that "we're not open and haven't been open and wasn't open yesterday". When I asked for my money back I was told they are not allowed to do refunds. I asked for an extra most bestest and they didnt have any. I asked for deep dish, and they didnt have any ready. I ended up getting a regular pepperoni and it looked like it was missing half the cheese of one side. From this I have learned to always take pictures of my orders to have something to show online. Abysmal customer service. Pulled up to the drive thru and was told to pull up to the window, I pulled up to the window and waited there for about 8 minutes. I really have had no issues with regards to this location until recently. I myself can not drive anymore, due to having MS and so that being said, I sent my personal care assistant down to the Little Caesars in Harrah. As I was waiting for her to return with the pizza, that seemed like forever, I received a phone call from her as she was waiting for the pizza herself in the parking lot of the restaurant. She proceeded to tell me that she had the drive thru window slammed in her face and was told to move her vehicle to the parking lot and wait for the pizza to be delivered to her vehicle. She was waiting on this pizza for close to an hour on my time, that she could have been doing other things for me, instead of waiting for a pizza. I called up to the restaurant and asked for the manager. The manager proceeded to tell me what took place. She said my PCA was cursing at the drive thru employee and proceeded to tell me that they have had issues with this gentleman before. I proceeded to tell her that, if they have issues with an employee and continue to have issues, then the only thing to do to correct it , is to Fire that employee. She did give me a credit towards a free pizza but, for me to have lost valuable time that day, because of her and the companies mismanagement of service to customers and to their staff. This is a good place to get affordable fast pizza. We stop by for a 'grab-n-go' or call ahead (20 mins) and have a detailed order ready for pickup when we arrive. Usually correct and curios service. The employees are nice and helpful. We prefer this location over others in a 20 mile area. read more

Horrific experience. Place an order over the phone, was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Tried to pick up 30 minute later, no one would come to speaker. Moved to the drive through window, no one would come to the window. Went into store in person and had to wait several minutes to be acknowledged when there was no line in out of store. I was told "my bad" when asked about wait. I then proceeded to wait for 15 more minute because they "forgot to make crazy bread". The so called "manager" would not help, would not ask her staff anything. I asked for a refund...however, a week and half a later, there has been NO refund on my card. BAD. You basically stole $17 from me. I hope you go out of business. This is after repeated times of trying to grab a "fast" pizza and this specific location never plans for this main feature of this franchise. So bad this is my first every yelp review. If I could leave less than one star I would! I had a remake because they already messed up my 3 light sauce pizza order! Well, went in to get my remake after calling it in they had said 15 to 20 min wait so I got my kids dressed and waited about 10 mins before I left my house and it takes about 8 mins or so to get there.. I walk in tell the girl I am here for the remake she tells me they're making it that they were busy so I waited well over 45 mins pass and still nothing finally I hear someone in the back say did y'all give that girl her light sauce remake and they figured out they had given my order away to someone else. they didn't have the courtesy to even tell me I just over heard them talking and then I waited another 20 mins for my pizzas to be made again then finally they give them to me and I get home and they're still not right! I ordered 2 light sauce pepperoni and 1 light sauce cheese and they gave me 2 light sauce cheese and one pepperoni after all that wait time I still didn't even get my pizza made right. read more
