I would like to say that I was not pleased with this place. I had gotten some of the cheese bread for a family member and I to share but as we opened the box and grabbed one of the pieces, we had realized that there was hair on the bottom side of a lot of the pieces, none of which being our color of hair. My wife ordered 2 pizzas from this location. She went and picked them both up came straight home and placed them on our kitchen table. I pulled a few pieces out and put them on plates for our kids, when I pulled out a pice for me I saw 2 cockroaches run out from under the pizza. It was disgusting, we threw the pizza away. My wife called them up to tell them and request a refund and they refused and said they would only refund her for the one pizza that had bugs in it, it wasn't till I talked to the manager till they reluctantly refunded our money. The last 2 times I've ordered the same pizza, a large supreme with NO SAUSAGE, I've gotten sausage on my pizza..... Both for carry-out. The first one I inspected... They made another one (another 20 minutes) and offered me the improper one for free... Ok, that's better... However, less than a month later, I order a Large, Deep Dish Supreme with "ABSOLUTELY NO SAUSAGE". They were out of "deep dish" dough, so i ordered it anyway with thin crust.... My mistake, I didn't check it. I got home and opened it up.... low and behold, SAUSAGE. I specifically said "ABSOLUTELY NO SAUSAGE"............... TWICE. Come on! Once is acceptable, but TWICE??? IN A ROW??? However, Steve, the delivery guy is AWESOME!!! Also, I ordered the SAME pizza, at the same time, from Mazzio's..... Mazzio's was correct......... and $3 cheaper. read more

Nothing really bad to say as pizza is a household staple. My family and I order pizza frequently considering it's a pregnancy craving of mine. I don't know if it's a Pizza Hut thing in general, but they tend to skimp on the marinara a bit. The $3.00 delivery charge is ridiculous for nearby homes. I can understand distances but not folks who live closer. Not going to bundle up my kid to always pick up a pizza. Thankfully Papa John's delivers for the same amount to Choctaw. read more

Updated review: It seems like this location has gotten their act together. I've eaten there 4-5 times since my last review, and I've had exactly zero problems since. Nothing special, but if you want pizza, especially if you want Pizza Hut, you could do worse than this location. read more

Food is decent but the service and people who work at front seem like they have no idea what's going on and definitely aren't professional.

Awful customer service. Ordered pizza at 11:58 am for the company to eat lunch, ordered for delivery. Didn't receive pizza until 1:20 pm, which by then it was cold and hard. Didn't include marinara sauce or ranch for the wings or breadsticks. The delivery driver smelt like a ash tray and just came in and said here's your food. Called prior to see where our pizza was at around 12:40, they gave one story of delivering 86 pizzas, and that ours was the next one out..40 mins later is when we received it. Called in to speak to a manager and they said they had to deliver 130 pizzas, hmmm someone can't get stories straight. Offered pizza for free on next order, maybe we will try and order it exactly when they open and maybe they will have it here before our lunch is up and not stone cold and nasty. Oh, and the delivery driver left his bag...where was his head??? Better off at Little Caesars and that's not much difference. read more

The service was just horrible at this location. We ordered our pizza and wings online. We got there to pick up our food 15 minutes after the website said it would be ready. We get there and they hand us our pizza and breadsticks but not our wings. Apparently they hadn't even started the wings. They made wings but ended up giving them to a gentleman who came in saying they failed to deliver wings to his house. So there we were just waiting and waiting and waiting. 45 minutes later, they have our wings ready. Our pizza and breadsticks were of course cold. There was an older man in front of us waiting for his pizza and breadsticks as well. One of the employees apologized to him for the wait and said, "We've given you an extra box of breadsticks on us for waiting." Well while the man was signing his receipt, a different employee came to the counter and took the breadsticks back!! I couldn't believe it! All in all, terrible service. The employees were all over the place, running around and bumping into each other like chickens with their heads cut off. The manager was oblivious. It's too bad... We've always liked Pizza Hut and unfortunately, this location is the closest to our house. :( read more
