I don't know what has happened but this place has improved a lot! Buffet on Sunday was fresh and hot.

We have ordered from the location several time and had the worst pizza experience. Today we ordered the 6 meat pan. It only had 3 meat and the crust was still raw in the middle. I live in McLoud and find it disappointing that it's this bad. There is a bad odor in the store and never has customers. We eat at other locations and love it this one is a terrible. read more

Mazzio's in Mcloud is over priced and in my opinion doesn't provide quality food! I'd suggest Eagle one in Harrah!

I'm doing this in real time. Not off to a great start, ordered through DoorDash for pickup, DoorDash says it's ready but she said 8-10 more minutes and it is now 7:52pm. More to come. The McCloud OK location is the worst of all. All that was working when we came for the buffet was highschool kids that could care less that anyone was there, and they were actually rude when we asked if they were going to put any food out on the buffet. We had to wait for them to put one thing at a time out, it was ridiculous. We will never come back, don't waste your time at this one. read more

Wouldn't mind paying $40 dollars for two pizzas and a ranch if it tested good. The bread tasted stale, and the customer service is shit. We have tried it out multiple times and are never satisfied. Always forget the extra stuff you pay for as well, have called management and all they say is sorry for that experience. Well why don't you refund your customers? Definitely should have listened to other reviews! It took about an hour and a half to get my large pepperoni and 2liter of soda. A girl from the restaurant called to let me know they dropped my pizza and had to re make it. No problem, shit happens, we weren't in any rush to eat. But once the pizza arrived it was cold and looked like it had been dropped...again, in the box at least. The last two times I've ordered here, it took them two hours to deliver after a one hour eta. The last time will be my last. When they finally delivered my order, they had forgotten an order of hotwings. I called to tell them and slowly explained which order was missing (TWICE). Roughly two more hours later, the guy shows back up and gives me the wrong order of wings. The order that was missing was what my girlfriend wanted and if she's not happy, I'm not happy. Two pieces of the stuffed crust had long, black hairs in them. I found them with my teeth, if that tells you why I finally decided to write this bad review. Horrible delivery time and total forgetfullness/lack of attentiveness when dealing with customers. I always tip way more than expected, but now, I'll have to find another pizza place to give my business to. My advice: Never order from here. If you want Mazio's, go to Chocktaw. (I'm not just a bitter customer after one bad experience. I've had multiple bad experiences here and the last one was the final straw.) Order at your own risk. read more

This is the email I tried to send to the corporate office. I also tried to send it to the health department. To whom it may concern, Today I had the unfortunate experience of entering Mazzios Pizza in McLoud, OK. While I waited for my pizza I stood near the salad bar and I glanced in and was horrified. The food in the salad bar looked like it had been sitting in there for a week. The lettuce and broccoli were turning brown. The carrots were soggy. The pepperoni and Ham were dull shades of gray and looked unappetizing. Everything in the salad bar looked old and tired. I decided to start looking around to see what else was around. Luckily they took so long making my pizza I made it around the whole restaurant with time to spare. Here is a list of things I found. Crumbs on floor around salad bar. Trash on shelf thing south of salad bar. Railings around tables in west seating section were sticky. Some tables in west section were sticky. There was a floor rug rolled up and stashed in one of the booths on a bench. Soda machine filthy. Soda on floor dried and sticky in front of soda machine. Carpet in east seating section needs cleaned. Tables in east section sticky. Chairs in east section dirty or have crumbs on them. Floor in front of serving counter and near doors need cleaned. One employee walked in from outside, grabbed a pizza and delivered it to a table. For the corporate office of Mazzio's and the manager of McLoud Mazzios. I was in there because they gave my daughter a wrong pizza so my wife called and I went back to get the correct pizza. I only started to look around after I saw the salad bar and was disgusted. The longer I had to wait the more I looked around. From the time my wife called to the time I got my pizza was over 45 minutes. I could have told an employee or a manager but they were way too busy with checking their phones a lot or trying to figure out where one of their co-workers disappeared to. It was all they could do to find out how much longer to make my pizza, which was grossly underestimated. I do not expect a response nor do I care if I get one. I will not go to your restaurant again. This has to be the worst customer service I've ever had, they were late on delivering my pizza, then we didn't get all of our order, when we called to let them know the manager got on the phone and said we didn't get charged for it... well we didn't get a receipt so how did I know we didn't get charged, she was extremely rude and unprofessional then she hung up on us. I believe her name was Fawn Winsea, beware when eating here. I would give it zero stars but I had to click on one. Most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I cannot believe this Mazzios stays open with an employee a MANAGER who treats customers like she did. read more

Save yourself some time and go to or have simple simons deliver. I live closer to Mazzio's but delivery will take no less then a hour and a half. It will be warm if your lucky and they will forget half your order or at least the extra sauces you paid for if you order from Mazzio's. No one cares there and it shows. The owner hires only high school kids even for managers because he is to cheap to pay a adult a adult wage to take pride in his business. I hope simple simons hits them in the pocket book simple simons has taken no more then 30 minutes from the time I call till they are at my door. Mazzio's is used to not having any competition but they better look out and make the necessary improvements because people are done and they have good competition now! Pizza here is always pretty nasty. Salad bar looks like they've had the same bag of lettuce for three months. Its always dirty and young people who don't care about anything except "when Bobby broke up with so and so" one of the first times I went, I saw a man in the back yelling at another lady about "having my money" and pushed her into the counter. Would like to know how the heck to get ahold of someone at corporate! This mazzios has gone to hell in a hand basket. The employees are not concerned at all about customer service. The place just gets dirtier and dirtier. Whoever the manager is they should be sent on down the road! Ham on the salad bar was bad. It tasted spoiled and smelled the same. Placed my order online. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and add bacon in the crust, an Italian Sampler with marinara and ranch, a side salad, and a 2 liter of Coke. I sent my son up to get it. He returned 10 minutes later saying they didn't have my salad, that I had to go up there and get it myself because they didn't know what I wanted on it. I ordered a side salad and requested bleu cheese. On the website, it states a side salad consists of lettuce with red cabbage & Carrots, Tomatoes, Pepperoncini, Red onions, Shredded cheddar cheese, cucumbers served with 2 cracker packets, a crouton packet and 1 dressing packet which is served on the side. That's a side salad. That's what I ordered. It asked me what dressing I wanted, I specified bleu cheese. So when I went up there, I told them I wanted a delivery side salad, not a salad bar. I had 2 employees tell me to not use the online ordering, that they hated it, and to just call them. I told them online it states what is in a side salad and that's what I wanted. So that didn't get my order off to a good start. One of the employees showed me the ticket and made the comment again how much they hated online ordering. OK. I don't work there, and I understood it perfectly. It stated "Side Salad, side bleu cheese". Pretty self explanatory if you ask me...that is if they bothered learning what was in a side salad. The next issue she said was the bacon in the crust. She said it looks like I wanted bacon on the pizza. Not to me. It said "Stuffed crust, pepperoni. Add bacon $1" She said it took them a while to figure that out, but they understood it now. I asked her "So, where's the bacon?" She assured me it was in the crust. I got home and no, it wasn't. It was on top. But hey, at least it was on the pizza somewhere, right? So when I was picking up the rest of my order, she said she had to go to the walk in cooler to get my Coke. It was warm. Apparently they do not have any cold Coke, or their walk in cooler isn't cold. And then the final straw was when I got home and there was no ranch dressing in with my Italian Sampler. I spent over $30 and there was something wrong with every single item in my order. Absolutely ridiculous. Each of those issues is just pure laziness on the stores part with not wanting to learn how to read an online ticket or learn what is in a delivery side salad. read more

I will never go back to this mazzio's! we have a big family and so we spend a lot of money when we go out to eat. so we get our pizza and it looks like slop. and we got a pasta and it was frozen in the middle, so we told the manger and she cooked us another one which didn't even come out until we were done eating. So we just said can we get some to go boxes and they brought us 2 boxes. One which had someone's old pizza in it. So my dad took it to them and said someone old pizza is in there. and then the cashier give us a new one and we didn't even complain about the pizza because they already made a couple mistakes. so my dad just told her ma'am this food wasn't worth $65 and shes like ok i will tell my manger he said okay. and as I was getting my toddler i heard the waiter tell the manger they said the food wasnt worth the money they spent. and the manger got real rude and was mad and said well i cant give them their money back on the pizza but i can on the pasta. and i said ma'am we don't want our money back we just wanted you to know that it was bad. for your future notes. and she give me a dirty look and we was getting ready to leave and my dad said this was some bullshit. and she like sur don't cuss me and my dad said ma'am I'm not cussing you i was just saying this is some bull shit and she said yall need to leave and I'm calling the cops. my dad said we are leaving. As we are leaving she said something in Spanish and my mom said what did you say? we're not Mexican we are native American and she said exactly. so we walked out then my dad had to go back in and get his phone he left on the table. and she counited to talk shit and my dad said ma'am i had to get my phone I'm leaving and she said she calling the police and my dad said call who you want I'm not doing anything wrong and she got on the phone with someone and said we have a problem over here you might have to come up here and I'm sure it wasn't the police. and as my dad was leaving she said fuck you Indians. and hurry up and lock the doors. and the employees there were rude one was sanding there like a body grad and the others were laughing like it was so funny so you know they were some kids. they all were unprofessional. i will never go there again. i wish i would have seen this reviews before. from the looks of it they probably wont be open much longer not unless they get that manger and employee's out of there. read more

I also experienced dirty tables! However, I thought the pizza was pretty good. I think that they just need to be cleaner. There was also food on the floor, but it was at a busy time, so I understand somewhat. We ordered the regular crust, and it was tasty, but a little overdone.
