In my recent experience at Little Caesars I ordered from crust pizza. The pizza was promised at a certain time and it was certainly ready at the time that was promised. When I ordered online I stated I was going to come inside and pick up the pizza they give you a code online and the pizza was already in a portal where it stays warm it was already prepaid so all I had to do was enter the code and go on my way. The place seem to be clean and in order. You can also go through their drive-thru if you wanted to do that instead you just your name and they will get it for you. The only problem I had was like I stated I ordered a pretzel crust pizza and when I got home I opened up the box and it really did not look like a pretzel crust pizza it had some salt around the edges but did not look nothing like what is advertised. I believe the price was around $6.99 which is a very good price these days for pizza. But the price is only as good as if you are getting what you ordered and the quality of the pizza is good to me it just seemed to be a regular pizza no pretzel tasting at all except for salt. They also have other things if you wanted to order stuffed crust pizza and other toppings you can have as well on your Pizza. They also have some meal deals that you order crazy bread which are their breadsticks and a bottle of soda and a pizza and you save a little bit when you bundle that way they also have lunch specials as well depending on the time you get there which are usually 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. I believe I have been here before and ordered regular cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza and it wasn't bad so I would recommend this place but maybe not the pizza crust pizza. read more

Have ordered LCs a lot in the past and had pretty good pizza for the price point. My husband and I always joke it may not be the best but it's consistent. Unfortunately, this location has ruined that "consistency". This is the second time we've ordered pizza from here and it's been sub par. The extra most best pepperoni looks just like a classic pepperoni nothing special and tonight the crust was super doughy and not cooked. Very disappointing and most likely not going to be ordering from here anymore. read more

Would give 1 star if possible. Going to get a "Hot and Ready" pepperoni at 8:40 on Sunday night. Said they were out of pizza for the night since they were "fixin to close". Little Caesars, where certain items are "hot and ready" but everything else is a 15-20 min wait.. don't bother if you're in a rush. I've waited 40 mins for a pizza before only to be told that they ran put of 2 of the ingredients I had asked for, after I had paid and waited. Every time my family gets food from here it's a disappointment. We've eaten here more times than I'd like to admit despite that... Pizza is my husband's absolute favorite food so I put up with it but he's finally agreed with me that if we're to get pizza it can no longer be Little Caesar's. That's saying a lot since he has significantly low standards. (He'll leave pizza out for 24 hours sitting in an oven and eat it ) The people at this establishment have always been kind to us. The pizza, not so much. It has made me sick almost every time and I've always blamed my sickness on possible other ailments. The past few times it was definitely LC... it's affected multiple people in my family including my mother who ordered the same night but brought home her own order at her own house. I've noticed this is only when we eat their cheesy bread or pan pizzas. Every single time we order the cheese is lacking. This past time there were patches of bread everywhere and this was with their extra most bestest pizza. Bread sticks are always chokingly dry and lacking in the flavor they're supposed to have. It's a toss up on the speed of the orders... if you place a custom order you may as well get it from a Pizza Hut or something since there have been times it's taken just as long. With Lowe's Foods right in the same spot, a 7/11 on the corner and a Marco's we'll stick to frozen and "quick" pizzas from there. read more

I know this is a fairly new location and it is little Caesars so I'm not expecting 5 star pizza but when I come to order and I have to wait 3 min on breadsticks I expect them to be hot and perfect. I got home with my pizzas and breadsticks to find that the breadsticks are actually over cooked and hard but hot. I got 2 pizzas. One was fine the other one was still doughy! I took it back and got another one. It looked to be fine but when I got home to eat it, again it's all doughy!! Now I'm irritated and honestly disgusted with this location. If this was not my kids favorite pizza, I would never return. Have used this location several times since their recent opening and it has always been one star service. I phone ahead my order, because "hot and ready" is never stocked during their assigned hours. When I arrive, they typically have given my pizza to the customer ahead of me. Today when I arrived, the front end was loaded with flies. I told him to not bother opening the boxes to show me the pizzas. One time I was even told "it might be quicker to get my pizza from another pizza joint"--by an employee who was working there! Management and staff need a turnover here!!! Ordered my pizza using online app. Stated it would be ready at 5 pm. When I went to pick it up in the drive thru, I was told it would be a few minutes and that I could wait at the window. Ten minutes passed and I was then asked to move up with no explanation. I moved up and waited. 15 minutes passed and still nothing. After 25 minutes after my original time, I finally had to go inside and saw that they were just now putting my order in a box. The cashier brought me my food and explained that they had to remake my order. Why I was not told this before is beyond me. I know this is a relatively new location, but I have come twice to the drive thru during the "4-8pm hot and ready" time, yet each time I picked up the pizza I had to wait for more than five minutes for the pizzas to be ready. Both times they tried to give me the wrong pizza, and I had to correct them, hand it back, and ask for them to give me my correct order. I have loved having this near our home. But today was terrible. Not prepared for a New Years Eve rush. Paid at the drive-thru and was told 5 mins. Waited 5 mins to be told I needed to go inside or get back in line. I had already paid and there were tons waiting inside and cars lined up behind me. Why would I need to move spots so the you can tell the people behind me the same. I only order two basic pizzas. My husband goes back up and walks inside. Witnesses people that order 1 pizza go in and out while others wait and wait and wait. Get your act together. I would not have minded going inside if I was confident I would get a pizza before 2020 started. Great place to go if you want a quick, decent and affordable meal option! Every time I go my food is nice and hot and ready for pickup! The only thing to remember (which was recently clarified for me by one of the kind staff members) is that only certain items are hot and ready items... and some stores vary from others... so make sure that you ask about the wait before you order if you're expecting something super fast!
