Again, my wife has requested Little Caesars pizza. Ive ordered online a few times since my last review and Im still not convinced. There is something going on with the texture of the pizza but I go ahead and struggle thru it. This time when I arrived at the store the pizzas had just came out of the oven. Perfect timing. The young lady behind the counter was quick to help me because the pizzas weren't in the portal thing yet. She was very busy but I could tell she had been doing this for awhile and I was impressed by the service,, not so much for the pizza. I tried to warm the pizza up in the toaster oven the next morning but it couldn't be revived by then. Hopefully my wife wont have another craving any time soon. read more

The pizza was exactly what I was hoping for, Well done, extra cheese and extra sauce. Fresh out of the oven. No complaints about the pizza. My complaint is with the Crazy bread side order that I had. 1 bite into the bread and immediately I knew that the bread has been sitting out (Cooked earlier) awhile. It was inedible, It was hard and very chewy. Becasue I had to get an earful from significant other, I had to only give 3 stars. This used to be a fantastic location . And I really believe they are trying to still be exactly that. But honestly for the last six months they've been on the struggle bus in there. Our food literally hasn't been on time the entire time . We just wait around staring at them which is really awkward. Everyone's always hard at work but it's disorganized or something. The gentlemen who I assume is the owner always seems to really care. So does an older woman. But somehow it's still always nothing but chaos even if it's not busy. No worth the time at all! This is third and last time coming to this location. 1st time had to wait for one pizzato be put through the oven twice because they forgot the extra cheese. The 2nd, the pizza was burnt. The 3rd, I waited 30 mins for a hot and ready 3 meat pizza. By the time I got my pizza, a once empty hot n ready oven had 5 hot n ready's placed there and just sitting and a woman that ordered 5 pizzas 15 mins after me was getting her order at the same time as me. This review is strictly based off of the service. I walked in at 5:40, and there were about 10 people waiting for their orders. I place my order for 1 pizza (which was ready) and 1 crazy bread. The girls behind the counter, just take orders, patrons would have to ask if their order was ready. There was no sense of urgency. As of 6:00pm there was 22 patrons waiting on food. I finally cornered one of the girls behind the counter when I saw there was crazy bread available. This was at 6:05. Crazy bread is always overcooked and dry. Pepperoni cheesy bread was waaaaay too oily. So much oil was on it, was running off the bread and soaked the bottom of the box. I wouldn't ever go back to this one EVER!!! 2 chances was enough for me. read more

The two stars are given based on service not on food or product. 5 o'clock on a Friday night and there's no hot and ready pizzas with 6 people waiting for pizza. As a business that advertises hot and ready as opposed to ordering and waiting like other pizza places shouldn't they have hot and ready pizza ready on a Friday night? This happened to me to prior to this when they first opened and I thought maybe they were still getting there stuff together but having a 25-minute wait for a hot and ready defeats the purpose. I could have gone home ordered a specialty pizza and waited 25 minutes there and had it delivered to me. There is also no system in place to keep track of who ordered what and in which order. I love little Caesars. The pizza has a unique taste (which is great) due to the blend of cheeses they use. The employees are kind. I highly recommend the Detroit style deep deep dish. (Knowing that it's still a pretty new location, it's usually pretty packed and everyone is still leaning how to properly run the store) they can be pretty slow. But if you order a pizza (not a hot n ready) you should expect it to take just as long as a pizza from anywhere else would take to cook. So order ahead if you don't want a hot n ready, or you have a large order (even if it's all hot n ready pizzas). read more

This evening we decided to order pizza. Your commercials always say there will be no wait and the pizza is hot and ready. I am curious what is considered ready. When we arrived there was a pine waiting. Some called ahead and they had pizza waiting for them to arrive. The rest of us foolishly believed the ads. The rack was empty. I didn't mind waiting a short while but I did expect to actually get pizza that was cooked the whole way through. We ordered a plain cheese and a peperoni. Nothing special. I placed my order and paid. The person who took my money did not give me a receipt. I got the pizza home and we sat down to watch a movie while enjoying the pizza. Well, that was the plan. The cheese pizza was ok for the most part. There were a few places where the dough hadn't cooked the whole way. It wasn't terrible so we decided to keep it and settle in. As we bit into the pepperoni pizza the dough was only 75 % cooked. There still a good portion of raw dough. It was later than we usually eat. I didn't want to drive back to the store so we ate what we could and put the rest away. If we get hungry I will put it in the oven and finish cooking it here. That way I will know it is cooked. This isn't the first time we had to wait for pizza. At least those were cooked. Why didn't you consider it is a weekend and there are many families who do movie night with the family. Schedule your staff accordingly or teach them how to distinguish a cooked pizza from dough with only the outer shell cooked. I think I will think twice if I look in and see a line again. It probably means the pizza won't be cooked the whole way through. If I see the line again I will probably just have Pizza Hut or Dominoes deliver. It might cost me a bit more but I won't have to recoil it before eating it. read more

After waiting approximately 30 mins later (mind you this was 8 o'clock at night with 1 person in front of me) I finally received my order. The hot and ready pizzas don't seem to be ready, there's always still a long wait. My favorite pizza of all time is their Deep Deep Dish. And I can handle the fact that they are busy and that this pizza isn't considered their 'hot n ready', so I started calling ahead to avoid waiting in the store so long. This worked until two days ago, no one would answer the phone after multiple calls. So I went in, and waited. They are definitely under staffed and not doing things the most efficient way, but I keep going back :( read more

Apparently "Hot and Ready" means sit and wait for 30 minutes. Walked in and no pizzas were in the racks and ready. There were four other people waiting on their orders as well. And speaking of ordering, apparently the ordering process is for the lady at the counter to scream back what pizzas she needs. She kept yelling "NOW I NEED 9 CHEESES AND 7 PEPPERONIS". The ONLY reason this is getting 1 star is because it is required. My husband and I have gone multiple times and every experience has been awful. In hopes that the time before it just so happen to be a "bad time" for us to walk in, or we must have walked in just after a "rush". Well it's becoming a regular trend that it just so happens to be a bad time when we go in. There are supposed to be "Hot and Ready" pizzas... ready. There never are. On multiple occasions we have gone in to see shelves empty and quietly sat and waited for them to make our orders... to have people walk in AFTER US and they are given what I would only assume to be our pizzas because we were the only ones in there that have ordered to other people. The staff is not friendly, they're very dismissing and ignore the customers after the order is taken. They either need a new manager or a whole new team because something isn't working. Don't advertise something and not have it and don't hire a rude staff that finds it necessary to disappear and hide after taking orders. read more
