Was in the area tonight and wanted the pretzel crust pizza, it wouldn't let me place my order online so I called the store the girl was rude on the phone and refused to take my order. When I asked for a manager she hung up. So we drove to the store and this blonde girl with fake lashes and hickeys all over her neck is at the counter and I ask to speak with a manager, she walks around the corner and starts talking crap about me. This black man named Rob comes out and I tell me him she refused service, he said the pizza was online only and walked away. Called ahead Was told 20 minutes for 3 pepperoni pizzas. Arrived at 20 minutes. Was told no record of my order but can order. order. Re ordered pepperoni pizzas again from inside store. Waited in pkg lot called at time they said still no pizza is ready and they said they had no record of order then said give a five minutes. You can't beat the price here. For $5, I can grab a pizza for my kiddos and me when we're in a hurry. The app is user-friendly. I order, receive a confirmation email/text, then get another message when the pizza is ready. The message will have a code for the pizza portal. My kiddos walk in, put in the code, and grab the pizza. Easy peasy. When we've had any "problems" (which is rare), the staff is very fast and kind in fixing the issue. Using the app combined with the price makes this a good spot for our family. read more

This Little Caesars location has been our go to because of convenience and have been super efficient in having hot pizza fresh out of the oven on time just about every time, with their string of mistakes... Until this time... I ordered ahead to have it ready for pick up and not only was it not ready, they didn't have the order and couldn't find it in their system. I provided the necessary information and they continued to "not have it" - I reasoned with them and they magically had it, after the pizza was already 20 minutes late. This place is always late with your order. I even ordered on line through there pizza portal and still end up waiting for an extra 20-30 minutes on it. How can it always be delayed? Their main slogan is hot and ready, more like dried out and late. Shame on you Little Caesar's, I recommend waiting on pizza somewhere else. read more

i literally made a yelp account just to post a review for this little Caesar's. one year ago my husband and I got food poisoning from here. it's been a year so we decided to give it another go. got 2 hot n ready pizzas that looked like they had been made that morning but whatever. and once again we are both hunched over toilets and buckets. will never get little Caesar's again and hope they up the standards. read more

Came in right before close after ordering online the two young men were very nice as they got my food ready and even recommended that I use the "free2L2" code when ordering online to receive a free 2 liter drink. They also thanked me for ordering online and giving them time to make the food. All Little Caesars Pizza is the same but the customer service I was given was great. read more

Been going here for years. I like to think of myself as a patient person. I put my order in online at 4:50. Said it would be ready at 5:20. I ordered 2 pizzas and some breadsticks. Got there and stayed in the parking lot. Waited for the email to say it was ready. Checked the tracker and the time changed to 5:45. Never got an email so at 5:45 I walk in the store. Email popped up and I got my pizzas from the portal. No breadsticks or sauce. I looked and there was an order on the shelf in the back. Unfortunately, the man in front of me ordered breadsticks. And the worker gave mine to him. I didn't realize it until he was gone. I asked and the worker apologized. Said they would make some fresh for me. Ok. That's fine. They gave me my sauce in a bag. The lid had come off and it had exploded everywhere. The lady handed me the bag anyway. I refused it and asked for sauce with lids, and a clean bag. So I had placed my order an hour before, and finally got my breadsticks and headed home. Got home...my daughter noticed something was weird looking. Neither pizza had any sauce. At all!! I got to thinking and I have never seen any kind of manager there. Just a bunch of teens. They are nice enough but, no guidance at all. Not their fault. Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and Pi Squared are all as close as little Caesar's to me. Guess I'll start going to one of those. read more

So I normally go to the Little Caesars on Spartanburg Hwy. in Hendersonville during my lunch breaks from work and order one of the deep deep dish lunch combo's because I believe it to be a pretty great deal! I walked into this Little Caesars and waited a few minutes for someone to finally greet me and come to the front desk. Once I was greeted and asked what I would like, the young man said in a very condescending way "we don't have those and never have". I was taken back by his attitude towards me and also wondered why they didn't have the lunch combo like the other store. I said "okay" and walked out of the door. I will not be returning to this Little Caesars ever again because apparently the staff has no clue what they're talking about nor do they seem to care. read more

This little ceasers has been ok. A while ago I went in to get a couple hot and readys. I had to wait a few minutes and the manager was really nice and gave me free crazy bread! That was awesome! That kept me coming back to this location. This last time I went in to get a couple hot and readys, was after they reopened from their remodel. It was the WORST pizza I have ever seen or eaten. I choked down one slice. It was dry, old, and super chewy. It had the flavor of cardboard. It was nasty. I don't know if the person who made it was new or what. My wife called in for pizza,they said it would take 15 mins,I left ten minutes after witch meant my pizza would be done in 5 mins,I told them my name and payed for it,I had to wait another 20 mins,along with this young lady and her daughter that was there even before me,the service was horrible,the manager does not know how to run the place,no one seemed to know what they were doing,and after I finally got my pizza and got it home it was the wrong one,unless things get better i will NEVER order from there again read more

Same as any other location, although its very difficult to park in the tight area here. Seems to always be very crowded in this area. i-Hop pancakes is right next door and is very busy most of the time, causing the parking problems. read more

Let's face it, the pizza at Little Caesars is the same everywhere. But at this location there are 2 of the nicest young men working there!! I went in at 2pm on Wednesday, August 3, 2016. The guys were so friendly and helpful! So great to see model employees!! read more
