So sad to write this review, today I picked up some pizza for my granddaughters birthday party and it was unfortunately disgusting. She had found multiple hairs in multiple slices. The service was amazing since I made a mobile order and it was done in about 15 minutes for 2 pizzas. The ambiance was nice and looked clean. read more

The hot and ready are not what they are they gave me a very cold pizza and horrible pizza there almost a bit of cheese on the pizza.

If I could give them a zero I would. The girls that work at the front desk have zero customer service skills. When I picked up my order I asked for chili flakes and Parmesan packages. The girl told me they didn't have any. Difficult to believe since it's a pizza place. She was too busy chitchatting with her coworkers who were browsing social media and seemed like I was an inconvenience to them. They then screamed because they saw who knows what on their social media and scared my toddler. They also failed to give me my complete order. I went back, no acknowledgement from anyone. The service here sucks! In order to avoid the lines, I called to place an order of pizza and breadsticks by phone. The cashiers tells me it will be ready in 45 mins. So 45 mins later, im at the place. I can see a long line, no worries I placed my order by phone. When I go up to the cashier, she tells me the breadsticks are not ready, that it will be 10 more mins. I decided to stay. 30 mins pass by, nothing. 45 mins, nothing. So then I realized some customers that were behind me, getting pizza and breadsticks, it then hits me! I decided to confront them about it and tell me the breadsticks are not ready. Wow really! I tell them what ive seen and a few seconds later, my pizza and breadsticks arrive. Don't expect to get any hot and ready pizzas from this location ever. Even if you order ahead of time the food is not ready on time when you go to pick it up. We ordered and were told it would be 30 minutes for 2 pepperoni pizzas. Showed up and still waiting for 45 minutes. They know the location is busy and yet are never prepared for the large number of orders they are going to get. read more

I don't know what is it with Coachella and bad customer service. So my wife called in a deep dish pepperoni pizza. They said we have some done already , so she said ok can you save one for me?Sure they said. My wife gave her name I took off to get it. Well I get there it's packed! I waited in line finally got to the line and they said they didn't have any orders for my wife. They said they had ran out and couldn't even place any more orders. They said my wife probably called in to the wrong store. Don't waste your time with these dumb incompetent employees. Little Caesars Hires nothing but dumb kids. I understand little caesars pizza can get busy mostly on the weekends but I love their pizza and sometimes it sucks having to wait for pizzas but I completely understand when most people order 4 or 5 pizzas and end up taking them all and us having to wait which Is why most of the time I like to order by the app or by phone even tho sometimes i get there and it's still not ready I like to go to Cardenas and just look around for a bit and by the time I'm done my pizza is ready and people should be careful on fridays and sundays because it does get really really busy and people should always know not to carry 50 or 100 dollar bills with them to get 1 pizza read more

I had never had I had a problem with the service, until now. I placed an order and arrive to pick up, I waited in line for about 10 minutes, it was pretty busy. I handed Vivian a large bill and immedimmediately said they didn't have change, when a guy in front of me handed a large bill.. Wow. I had to go else were to break my bill.
