The best fast food burger in the desert! Far superior to In-An-Out and Shake Shack. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it does take awhile to get your burger but the quality and flavor are worth it. I had the Char burger with bacon and cheese. I don't write reviews very often. I had to give this employee props. He definitely went above and beyond. I ordered my food from the kiosk and sat down. There was two old men probably in their 80s to the right of me. Their order was ready because their vibrating thing went off. Jesse (one of the employees) heard it immediately ran up to them and said I will bring your food just relax and grabbed their vibrating things and brought them their food. I didn't say anything I just watched, and he immediately turned to me and asked me what your order number I would like to bring you your food and then ended up bringing me mine. Jesse the employee worked the whole time if he wasn't ringing somebody up, he was bringing their food if he wasn't bringing their food he was wiping stuff down. It was impressive. Came here used to love it. They stopped this great deal yesterday. We ordered two sandwiches for $23. When I asked for a ranch or bbq sauce they said that's extra. They used to ALWAYS give sauces. I walked into a FULL HOUSE, orders backed up, but ALL the employees were working very hard, and when we received our order, everything was very good and fresh and worth the wait! It was almost dinner time, A woman took our order wearing all black, and glasses, she was very polite, nice, and suggested some items on the menu for my wife and I to try and since we didn't order any drinks, she offered us courtesy cups to get water while we wait for our food, I thought that was very nice of her. I think she was a manager. They were very busy and were still able to maintain a clean dining room and positive attitudes, we will definitely be back!
