The food is always super good and the employees are really kind, but I feel bad for them because anytime I come there's only like one or two employees.. I recently ordered from this little Ceasar's and my wife picked it up on her way home from work. I asked for light sauce on both pizzas. I tried calling back to modify my order and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, so I'm not real impressed with the customer service provided. Anyway, when we got the pizzas home and opened the box the pizza had very little to no sauce on them at all. I don't really know what lite sauce means from that standpoint. Does it mean no sauce, or very little? Lastly the jalapeños cheese sauce needs to go back to the drawing board and lab to figure out a different recipe. It's quite nasty, probably the worst sauce I've ever eaten next to cheese whiz!. Bread sticks that were once craved didn't even taste like they use to. All in all it was an epic fail. Bottom line we need a pizza shack in college station like the one in Montgomery. read more

Man do I hate giving a bad review, but when the experience is honestly bad, well, have to keep it honest. Service here was nonexistent at best. I had placed a mobile order and arrived shortly before the scheduled pick-up time, I had planned on adding on a soda, but yeah. I questioned whether or not the place was even open at first, after walking in and standing in the lobby for a good 4 or 5 minutes I didn't see anyone, I was not greeted, or even acknowledged. I decided to go back to my jeep and wait for the pickup time. My wife and I walked in just as our pick-up time rolled over. A gentleman was carrying what looked like our order to the pizza portal machine. We asked him if it was for Rick and he said yea and stuffed it into the machine. The pizza tasting good for little cesars is the only reason I didn't give one star. TLDR The pizza was okay, the service was terrible, staff ignores the customers. Won't be returning to this location. read more

Rude customer service. As a dasher I noticed an item missing I opened the pizzas to make sure it wasnt placed somewhere I couldn't see it. I normally NEVER open the pizzas and I didn't touch any of them. But an item was missing and I wasn't about to deliver an order with an item missing. I found one of the pizzas literally folded in half!!! How hard is it to make a pizza?!?! How hard is it to ensure every item is there?!?! I went in and was nice at first just asking for the missing item and showed them the pizza asking for them to remake it and they came at me for looking in the boxes for the missing item and was insisting I was in the wrong. Again. I normally don't open the food however if an item is missing I want to make sure they receive everything. I ended up having to raise my voice and explain I cannot give a customer a folded pizza!! They took the pizza and refused to remake it for me and I called the customer and explained this and they appreciated me trying to make sure everything was there and of good quality. This establishment is run like a joke. Both the manager and the guy behind the counter were stupid in thinking it's ok to serve a folded pizza and missing items!! Good service. Really friendly and polite. They had made us a round pizza when we ordered a deep dish. The manager on duty offered to make us a new pizza, and let us keep the mistake for no extra charge. They produced the new pizza immediately, and I collected it about 15 min later. The last three times I have been there have been a total letdown and I have verbally let the staff know each time. This time around was no different. I pulled into the drive thru and it was temporarily closed. I then proceeded to drive around and walk in. The young lady saw me, and asked me to wait while she grabbed the phone when she could have asked one of the 3 other employees joking around in the kitchen to help me. A little wait later and one of the jokers finally came around to help me. Mind-you I am the only customer there. I ask for a pepperoni 5$ hot and ready. She proceeded to tell me that it would be a 15 min wait to make one. I proceeded to discuss my displeasure with the employee and the supposed manager who was now off of the phone. The excuses uses were as follows: 1. The drive thru is shut down because the register screen at the window is not working.(I guess they can't be bothered to walk to one of the other 2 registers in the store in order to keep the drive thru open.) 2. At 4pm they had been busy and sold out of pepperoni. 4pm is neither the lunch rush or the dinner rush. (The manager has no clue what they are doing and cannot plan ahead to keep inventory up during off-peak times, with 3 other employees present.) It's called a hot-and-ready for a reason!!! I will never again waste my time with this place and I suggest you don't either. read more

My fiancé wanted to eat here we ordered online and arrived there when it was supposed to be ready. When he went inside he waited almost 20 min staring at our pizzas until someone came to help the multiple customers. (Not to mention the lady who was already standing in there for almost 30 min) We then decided to give it another shot a week later and it said our food was ready only to get there and it wasn't for another 15 mins. Tonight we gave it one more shot since the other location is a lot further from our house. We decided to go up to the window sat for almost 10 min nobody cared to help so we went inside with the other 4 people waiting to be helped another 10 min and finally got our food... ohh but it was only half of our order. Once it was finally sorted and we got home I opened the pizza and IT WASNT CUT with all that time they had you think they could cut the damn thing. And to top it off it wasn't even cooked all the way with the smallest amount of sauce on it. So with all that time they wasted doing god knows what in the back they can't prepare food right nor care for their customers. read more

Horrible uncooked pizza! Ordered a sausage and Pepperoni pizza, when I got home and opened the box it was uncooked the middle disgusting. I tried to call for them to have my pizza ready they did now answer, I heard from many that they don't use their phones, and the drive through was closed when a customer asked why the person in the front said "that there were too many people coming in on Friday's to keep it open??" read more

They didn't give me my garlic sauces and nobody came to help so i reached around to grab them. an employee proceeds to get mad at me for it whenever it's they're fault for not giving me my sauces and not coming to help when i needed them. Not to mention they claimed that it was for sanitary reasons when the old white man that got mad at me was drenched in sweat. doesn't sound very sanitary to me. make sure they give you your sauces or you're going to have to get them for yourself and get scolded for it. read more

If I could give it one star I would. First of all, your product is an average everyday item, Pizza. It's not hard to do that well. So customer service should be a high priority, to keep people wanting to come into your store. I walked in today and stood at the counter for a few minutes, two employees walked by and didn't acknowledge me or even say we'll be with you in a minute. There was only two items in the ovens at the front counter, and the one item I wanted was pulled out and given to someone at the drive-thru. So that means not only have I been standing here for five minutes without anyone acknowledging me, I would have had to wait around for someone in the back to make up another pizza. The manager's excuse for not having anyone come up to the front counter was that she had not trained them yet. Then why keep sending your untrained person up to the front to fiddle with the cash register, the phone, to get something from underneath the counter, etc. If they are untrained they need to stay in the back. The employees all thought it was funny, and no one seemed to take their job seriously. Anemic, unmotivated management, without standards for customer service. Will never order from here again and neither will my teammates. We'll gladly pay a few more bucks to order from Marcos or Papa John down the street. read more
