Visited during the lunch rush, staff is ready to take your order and they really show initiative making sure tables are cleaned as soon as last patron leaves after finishing their meal. I ordered the #2 Wings and Tender Combo, a classic to make the stop worthwhile and the wings is where it's at, medium buffalo brings a kick of the right amount of spice dipped in their homemade ranch and the tenders are crisp and dipped in some sweet honey mustard I was in chicken heaven! The seasoned curly fries are well cooked crispy and goes well with ketchup or heck use the dips they give you with the combo! I was amazed at the experience i've had at this wings and more location today. "Ty" took my order, and I must say he was phenomenal. He paid attention to every detail and really made me feel like he was concerned about my order. Wait. There's more. "Ty" claim from behind the counter when there were no customers waiting to order. Came here for the first time with my family. We ordered the 25 wings meal with fries and a burger. The burger is large, but it was dry and flavorless. For wings, I got the garlic parmesan (yummy), lemon pepper (delicious), and the medium buffalo (ok). With Tipflation at an all time high I was glad to see I wasn't asked tip at the register for this fast food location. I got 10 wings (Chipotle honey mustard) combo which came with onion rings and a drink. It's a good portion and definitely filling for one hungry person or 1.5 regular people. Echoing some of the reviews on here, wings were a bit hit or miss. some of them were juicy and cooked well and a couple were dry and overcooked. There doesn't seem to be great QC with wing sizes and cooking methods since the smaller wings were all over and the largest wings were cooked well. The onions are nothing to cry home about. lightly breaded and filling. I am going to throw this place 4 stars. it's a pretty average wing spot. Prices are a little high $15.10 after tax but Service was fast and efficient. Would I come back... maybe. I preferred Laynes where you can get 3 tenders, toast and fries for $5.50. Solid meal, and solid service. This is a wings and Moore express, so their goal is to get your food out as quick as possible. The difference here is that there is no server, and you order at the counter. So it is more of a casual experience compared to the other wings and more. There is a drive-through as well, as well as a lobby for seating. There aren't too many tables for large parties, but you can move tables around to fit your needs. This place puts the Wings 'N More on Deacon to shame. I love being able to receive the same food I would get on Deacon within 10 minutes here. Yikes, I have been to this location several times with no issues at all service is always great always get the order right and fast. Today was different. Went through the drive in and wow never will I do that again. Drove up ordered quickly one car in front of us not a big deal. Ordered the boneless bites meal extra hot with a sweet tea and blue cheese dressing, I come home almost exclusively for the dressing. Got home opened the box only one dressing the menu says two then I tasted it. Not blue cheese it was ranch that was strike one. This location is my least favorite in town. The chicken strips are always either over cooked and impossible to bite or weirdly squishy. The other 3 locations in town don't have this problem so I'm not sure what the issue is. They also overcook their fries most of the time, and when they're not overcooked, they're way undercooked.
