But after this experience, I'll gladly pay whatever Aviators charges for their incredible service and quality. My son's face absolutely lit up when he saw the Aviators box instead of the other place. Second- the staff was friendly, but I learned today that if you order gluten free without calling first, they will slice your pizza with the same slicer they slice the gluten containing pizzas with... that's not a real gluten free pizza then. I get some places won't take the full precautions but it's just common sense and the least you can do- don't cut gf pizza with a gluten containing knife! Third, the pizza quality sucked! Night and day from the austin location... my gluten free pizza and my partners regular pizza tasted stale and we got there right when they came out. Tasted like a few days old/stale/cardboard flavor... not sure how you can accomplish that, but this aviator pizza has found a way to make fresh pizza taste days old. Both pizzas were missing quite a bit of cheese (one of my slices had none)... the meat pieces on mine looked like they had been reheated like ten times today... The quality of the pizza at this location was lower than if I ordered from little Cesar's for a third of the cost... please do something about the horrendous quality of pizza at this location. In response to my being taken aback I was hung up on. I called back and they offered a refund which I accepted. We too place business orders with this location, but will not be in the future with the way this was handled. Take your business to aviators, their pizza is fantastic and customer service is elite.

We got the Caesar salad (which looked really good), the lasagna and a pepperoni/mushroom calzone. Both our meals came out several minutes apart, and my calzone was a real disappointment. The marinara came out in a small plastic cup, and it was literally ice cold!! After I cut through the calzone I noticed they had completely forgotten the mushrooms even though I paid for them. To make matters worse, it's served on a sheet of paper so you wind up cutting it up with your calzone and eating some of it. The less than 1" high lasagna looked fairly unappetizing with 2 cold stale bread sticks. According to other yelpers they may make a good pizza, but our meals were so disappointing that we won't be back. So the lesson here is to skip the dine in and get the pizza to go.
