We ordered a pizza an hour before they close and we looked up if they were open or closed and it said they were open that they closed at 10 PM. They never brought us the pizza but they did take the money and I haven't received my money back. I think it's a very unprofessional of the workers if they are closed at nine or at 8 PM. They should say that on their website and on the map Google and Apple map. I just feel like it's very. Disrespectful. read more

I ordered two pizzas , one big New Yorker and a tavern style crispy ( cut in squares) The New York pizza was ok. The Tavern was chewy and in slices , and lukewarm and old. But the real upset was the missing two liter of dr. Pepper. My lesson learned never tip on the app ahead of delivery. So as a result I tipped 20% and paid 56.72 for substandard pizza and a missing item( the drink). Delivery guy said they would credit me " like 15$" . I haven't seen it yet or anyhow. Tried using the app to let them know to no avail. The messaging feature on their app is severely inadequate but that's probably by design on their end . read more

I ordered pizza at 9:40 and didn't know this specific location closed at 10:00pm (the one I thought I was ordering from closes at 11:00) the app told me it would be delievered around 10:10. No biggie. Around 10:30, when I had no updates, I called and someone answered and hung up. I called again and at that time I got the machine telling me they were closed. Went after a long photo outing at the Lone Star Round Up. We go to places like this for convenience and price. Food is ok, Yes its corporate box food, but good when your hungry. As for us, something we have been doing for years, is re-heating left overs on a low temp grill. As for service, it was fine. Everyone one was friendly. I was just at the Elgin, TX location to pick up an order. The manager was literally yelling at the employees in the back. Berating them, dropping f bombs. There were other customers the in the lobby with me and we could all hear it clearly. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. The poor cashier seemed so embarrassed. No one should treat employees this way. This manager should be reprimanded or fired. Interview the employees, apologize to them for having to work on such a toxic environment. They said they couldn't find my address but when they called me I gave them specific instructions and even put the coordinates in the delivery instructions. He rang the doorbell and my dogs went nuts. 2) I specifically chose the "Contactless Delivery" option because I was paying cash AND I even left the money on the door in an envelope that says "Thank You" on the outside. I have never been to a Pizza Hut that charges for EVERYTHING. Weird. Small, minimal seating. Will charge for ranch packets for your pizza or salad. The salad...thats a darn joke. A box stuffed to the gills with greens and maybe a carrot and another unsure veggie. Pizza seemed undercooked to all of us. Staff seems annoyed of you even being there. A little more expensive compared to other locations, for sure. If I ever do decide to return to this location, it will only because I have no choice. Count me out on this place in the future. I just placed an online order at The Elgin Pizza Hut and witnessed an employee whose name was Barbei disrespect and belittle a fellow employee named Destiny. We just went to pick up our order and was Greeted very respectfully by Destini. When she we went to fold boxes Barbei banged on the counter and yelled at Destiny to get to the cash register since there were customers. I explained to Barbei that we have been helped. While we ordered an extra side and waited Destiny in plain view was bullied by Barbei over and over and sent home. We witnessed all of this . Destini from the time we were there did nothing wrong. Tonight was HORRIBLE. Many customers were waiting FOREVER! I called in one large supreme pan at 6:35.. was told it'd be 30 minutes (unheard of), then about 10 minutes later I get a call that they are out of pan and it would be hand tossed. Fine, a little salty, but cheaper. I fart around for 30 minutes and go in to get my pizza. Not ready. Sit there for another 30 minutes, still not ready, even though a lady came in, ordered and received her two pizzas while I was still waiting. I was offered a discount but I had groceries in the truck and had to go. It'll be a long time before I crave pizza that bad again. I was not the only one with this issue tonight either. read more

Like the pizza; hate the service. We go back because where we live, our options are few. Fountain drinks are gone. Bottled soft drink choices are few. No salad bar.
