Little Caesar's is little Caesar's. I do prefer them over dominos and you can't beat the price. Customer service needs to be better.

I'm surprised that I don't read about this place more often! We've ordered delivery several times…read moreand the pizza is very good. I love that they have the option of regular or thin crust because I love thin crust! They have a variety of speciality pizzas and the latest one we tried was chicken parm. The flavor is excellent! Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a local pizza place.

I chose the latter. I am obviously in the minority here having eaten in... most reviewers had takeout and on all three visits I was the only person seated or who entered. It's a bit cold and drafty inside, but the tables were clean and they have a big screen TV to keep you company. The girls up front I encountered on my visits were cheerful, gave good suggestions from their menu and were helping in the kitchen. The menu has so many choices, but I stuck to the standards that the staff recommended. The cheesesteak was just above average and thankfully not a drippy greasy mess! It was on a fresh toasted roll, American cheese and chopped up meat. The cheese was melted into the roll nicely, but I would have preferred more cheese added to mix in with the meat. The meat was fresh, not a grease bomb, well portioned, packed in tight with good flavors. I added some hot cherry peppers for kick and was pleased. Crinkle cut fries were fine The wings come in 10's and they offer about a dozen flavors. The staff told me sweet Asian chili and mango habanero bbq are favs, but I went with Nashville Hot and would recommend it. The skins were crispy, mix of drumettes and flats were a good portion size, sauced appropriately, the meat was juicy as heck and fall off the bone. I'd repeat wings from here for sure and the sauce was delicious. Pizza wise, I was lucky enough to walk in when a slice pie came out. Big portion sizes, sweet sauce, lots of stringy cheese, sweet and sour dough that wasn't snappy, but not soft. I enjoyed the sauce, could have used less cheese and the crust was pretty good and left a nice lingering flavor on the palate. Would I repeat the pizza? Yes, but not the plain. I would try their gourmet offerings. The menu has all pizzas at either a Small 12" or Large 16". Two slices and a bottle of water were $7.50. Their menu has a lot more than a typical pizza shop including: breakfast, kid's menu, rice platters, catering menu, dessert & ice cream also funnel cake fries. The prices are about average. Good experiences here. I'd return to try other menu items. Thanks guys!

I have spoken to many people who have had varying experiences from many different Pat's locations, but the only one I have ever been to is the one in Holmes. We have been coming to Pat's for several years. While I have never been absolutely blown away by anything there, they have a consistent menu with an array and items, great deals for lunches, passable pizza and pastas, and everything that is ordered is done extremely fast, and if you have it delivered is delivered so fast, you hardly have time to get off the phone before it's at your house. I'm really not sure how they pull the speediness off, but it's definitely a plus when it's a very hectic night and you've decided you just don't have the energy it takes to out dinner together for the family. I have never dined in the location but have gone in several times for pick up and have seen generally the same faces behind the counter and everyone has always been extremely nice. Not once have I ever been given slow or rude service, and have also never had a long wait even if my order is not completely ready when I've arrived. However, almost every time I am in the restaurant there are many people here and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves and plenty of others picking up orders. Not usually a creature of habit, I have found that we have ordered from Pat's enough, especially for lunch, that I choose the same few items almost every single time, having had enough time to sift through the menu and find what I really like. On this particular occasion, I went with the Italian hoagie, splitting onion rings as an extra little treat. Pat's is a great, consistent spot that I will keep going to in a pinch, and if you're in the area, you should too. They offer a rewards program that every once in a while results in a nice amount off your order. You're not going to find anything here that you will rave about, but you can be sure that you're never going to be unhappy, and that consistency and fast ability to please makes them a winner in my book and has saved my family time and time again from a disaster evening of not having planned for dinner.

I can honestly say, I have never experienced anything like what I've experienced today!!…read more This is my 2nd time ordering from this store. First time ordering some months ago, there was no issue, so naturally, we thought to try something different. I ordered a steak stromboli and pizza. As I started to eat the stromboli, I noticed it was very dry. After getting 1/3 of the way thru, I noticed there was no sauce. I contacted the restaurant and confirmed sauce was supposed to be in the stromboli. The person who answered the phone, puts me on hold and says to me I will speak to the cook. She then comes back to the phone, apologizes and asks if I want to either have another one made and picked up or delivered. I expressed how late it was, and it wasn't necessary, but we would just have it remade a different day. She said sure, I will credit your phone number for $2. I asked why only $2? The person then says it's the price of what the sauce would be. She also said their policy is the food needs to be returned, no matter the condition, in order to receive full credit or an exchange. I was absolutely shocked with disbelief! I told her you messed up my food, and I'm responsible for giving half eaten food back in order to make the situation right???? She confirmed yes! In this situation, policy didn't matter. Making sure a customer was made whole, is what mattered. I don't know many stores that want food, that was touched over back. It's unsanitary. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing anything else.

Our drinks were empty for most of the meal, and we had to ask another server just to find her. One of our drinks was made wrong, and when we finally got her attention, she seemed annoyed she needed to come to our table and actually walked away while we were still talking, which felt really dismissive. What makes it more frustrating is that there's an automatic 18% gratuity even for small tables. I ended up having to tipping $22 total, and for only seeing her a handful of times, it definitely didn't feel deserved. To top it off, when I mentioned to the head bartender (who was acting as the manager) that I wouldn't be coming back, he pulled $40 cash out of his own wallet and offered it to me to "give them another chance." It honestly made me feel so uncomfortable and was not an appropriate way to handle the situation. The food was fine, but the service and overall experience were not. For the prices and the built-in tip, I expected much better. I will not be returning.

I ordered the soft serve margarita but they were out of cherry so I settled for one flavor only to hear the server offering cherry flavor to the next table when they arrived maybe 35 minutes after we arrived. We placed our food order at 2:40pm. I received my margarita at 3:09pm. We received our food at 3:16pm. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was really good. The thick steak like fries were fine. We asked for the bill and it took about 20 minutes and she has to be reminded when we saw her walk by to bring the check.

I almost thought it was closed, but nope! There wasn't a big crowd, but it was a Monday at 7pm. A bunch of regulars enjoying the space. It was fairly loud with music. Super friendly folks working here. Our server was very sweet and made some recommendations as well as advised the specials for the night. Small hiccup with the beer I was served, but it was wet, so I drank the beer I was given. Ordered up the baked clam special. BBQ sauce and cheese was an odd combination, but actually quite good. I had the mussels and spaghetti for dinner. I asked for the Diavolo sauce, but not sure I received it. The sauce was not spicy at all, but some added red pepper flakes did the trick. The mussels were fantastic and a ton of them too. Spaghetti was cooked well and swimming in sauce. Small loaf of warmed bread for dipping. My wife had a chicken cutlet sandwich and she found it a bit bland if I'm being honest. She dipped her bread in my sauce to give it a bit more flavor. They put on the home run derby which was appreciated. All in all, a fun stop. Not quite sure I'd return unless I needed a place to hang before that next run to PHL. They were very nice and appreciative of the business and we enjoyed our time dining here.
