The service and manager were trash, rude, and disrespectful (I think she was the manager ) at the Little Caesars, I would drive 100 miles out of my way before returning to that place. Worst pizza place on this planet. Whoever owns this franchise should give up on the restaurant business. There are roaches crawling on the counters they never fill a door dash correctly. I wish they would get better help in here, everyone looks high and they are so slow making the pizza. When u call the number it says it's quicker to order through the app and when u order through the app they don't even look at the orders coming through it. So you're out of luck if you don't want to wait or if you want something not on the hot n ready menu. This location used to be great and went so far downhill so fast it's ridiculous. Horrible customer service the cashier is always rude never have anything ready I even ordered the food to try the app and see if that would have the pizza ready the app is either slow on there time or broken I got there and the pizza still wasn't ready after telling me it was ready horrible service horrible app everything is slow. Pizzas tasted a day old. Was dried out and wasn't even cut properly. Was also cold. Italian cheese bread tasted good.

Horrible, they took a long time to get out two pizzas and a cheese bread, one of the pizzas was not cut old, and dry, it's hard and not fresh, you can easily tell, this experience was horrible. Ordered via the app and it took over an hour for my order to be ready. This location is ill equipped to handle the volume of customers apparently. Very dissatisfied with this experience. I found out later that they didn't start making my order until we went in to pick it up, that's when they started to bake our pizzas. I would not recommend this location to anyone nor will I use this location again. read more

Last Thursday, we bought pizza and cheese bread from Little Caesars in Gonzales, LA. As Brooke was sharing the bread with our 11-month old son, she noticed a black spot on the bottom of a piece. She asked me what it was. When I tore the bread open, there appeared to be MOLD on the bread! Luckily, she noticed it before giving the bread to our son. I immediately called and left a message for the company's customer service. I brought the bread back to the store where the worker at the counter was completely rude and blew me off. I had to ask for the manager. The manager eventually gave me a refund but never once apologized for anything. I went home and filed a complaint through the company's website. I was contacted the next morning through email asking for the pictures. I promptly replied with the pictures and thanked her for replying to my complaint. I still have not received a reply. Later that evening, I received a phone call from customer service regarding my voicemail from the night before. The representative asked for my email address so I could send her the pictures as well. She said the owner or someone from his team would be reaching out to me. Neither of these customer services reps apologized for anything. I have waited a full week before posting anything about my experience, so Little Caesars would have a chance to address the issue. As each day went by without an apology for the severe risk they put my 11-month old child in, the madder I became. What kind of company doesn't care about potentially harming an 11-month old? My wife had to research what the signs and symptoms would be for an infant ingesting mold so that she could continue monitoring him. We still have not been contacted by anyone from the company since they asked for pictures. read more

Ordered a hot n ready pepperoni and an order of crazy bread through door dash. I got what I ordered but after eating about 4 pieces of pizza I noticed that there was dark green mold inside the crust. Door dash gave an $8 credit but that doesn't fix the fact that the store is selling this to customers. Guess I'll see if I get sick tomorrow over it. Definitely would NOT recommend. This pizza place is ridiculous and can't get anything right and you can't EVER get in touch with them on the phone

This place used to be great, but the past few months it has seriously gone downhill. I can look past the terrible parking and occasional slowness for good pizza, but it isn't worth it anymore. Every time we get a pizza it's cold and extremely over cooked. This even happens when we order. The last time we went (and final time) we got home and realized the pizza was terribly cold and burnt (much more than usual) and called to tell management. We were told to come get a new one. My husband brought back a pizza just as bad as the first. I'm not sure why it's gotten bad there now, but we won't be going back to see if it ever gets any better. read more

I ordered over the phone an IBC with pepperoni... when i got there And the cashier (whom i won't name) became angry when i asked why it was $11. She continued to argue with me and then realized she thought i ordered a pizza also and then blamed me for it. So while I'm paying she walks back and orders my IBC and i said oh wow is it not ready? That's why i called it in...she said NO !! And i asked how long would it take cause we had somewhere to be and that's WHY i called it in. She then stated 8 minutes and rudely said "DO U WANT IT OR NOT" i was so shocked and then asked for the manager who overheard part of the conversation. Then he acted like it wasn't a big deal which honestly made me mad. I've worked in just about every type of business and have NEVER treated anyone that way.... while i waited she looked at me and said why are u still here and told me to shut up!!!
