I wanted to share of a recent thoughtful experience that took place on December 09, 2025 at your Grand Terrace, California location #8112 and was assisted by a Mr. Jason P. I just picked up my three year-old daughter who wanted pizza so we went to go pick up a Classic Pepperoni together. After I purchased it, Jason handed my daughter a small bag of Little Caesars cookies! I was extremely shocked and surprised that Little Caesars even carried cookies to begin with, but even more grateful and privileged that my daughter got to enjoy them even more. It's a small gesture but it's the smallest things in life that truly make a difference and I want to thank Little Caesars Pizza of Grand Terrace for having such great customer service and for Mr. Jason P for making my daughter's day. If i could give 0 stars i would i had the worst experience with this lady she stated she was manager but her customer service was unacceptable i had placed an order at 630 pm came go pick up at 706 pm when my pizza said it was ready and it wasnt in the case i asked her to check on it for me she asked for the number i gave it to her and she said oh i guess some one stole it and that i would have to wait an additional 20 min on top of my 30 min wait and there was nothing she could to about it that the pizza portals just push open so hey if you want free pizza go push the portal open and steal one! read more

Hate this little Caesars this has happened twice where my online order was suppose to be ready at a certain time. I came in they said it wasn't ready that it would be ready soon.i waited 15-20 minutes I asked again and the guy said it's not ready they never dropped it. He said it'd be another 15 minutes. Food, not good. Pizza was so thick on one side it was like a deep dish, then on the other side it was so thin it wouldn't hold up. They didn't even cut it correctly. Service was terrible. Come on Little Ceaser! You can do better than this! The diameter of a circle goes through the center of the pizza circle not 2 or 3 inches to the side that would be a chord geometrically speaking. The cheese pizza my kids love so much is not even capable of distributing each slice equally. One kid get 1/4 of a slice while another one gets 1/16 and then the crust looks like someone stomped on it before putting in a box. Why do you do this to us. We want to buy your pizza, but it's obvious you don't care about presentation equal slices. Is my $7 not enough for you to care. We just want a pizza we can split into 8 equal slices not a mosaic pizza of who knows what! Maybe Geometry teachers are failing our youth and we have to start back at what is a diameter. I have never experienced such a horrible attempt at customer service. If I could leave 0 stars, I would .Miguel G. Took our order and charged me, told me it would be 10-12 mins. 15 minutes later we asked about our order he didn't remember taking it Miguel asked us what we ordered 3 different times meanwhile multiple people that came in after us got their food. I asked him where my order was again , he asked AGAIN what I ordered. I told him and he brought the food over and of course it was incorrect. Miguel offered NO apology or even tried to fix the order. I asked to speak to a manager. He said he was a manager, and I let him know he needed to do better and possibly retrain because this is unacceptable. Miguel chose to tell me to "get the f@$* out of the store" said I don't have a job and continue to use profanity until he was finally able to print my receipt which was a lesser amount than I was charged . I told Miguel G. I needed the correct receipt with the correct amount because he printed out a receipt 2 separate times with the wrong time and amount and he then proceeded to open the register and pull out a dollar and slam it down on the counter and told me to get the f@$* out again . All of this it's completely unacceptable. If you do not know how to listen, apologize, except responsibility , and correct the problem as a manager without cursing at paying customers , you should not be in that position. The fact that we ordered at 9:24 and didn't leave until 10 o'clock and was offered no apology no accommodations no refund especially after being talked to so disrespectfully by Miguel is very unacceptable. read more

This location and little ceasars corporate has been unresponsive to multiple calls and emails from me. I went to pick up a pizza that i ordered online and PAID for and when i arrived to pick up my pizza i was told they were out and no longer giving pizzas and that myself and the others who were picking up pizzas would be automatically refunded. This did not happen, so i disputed thru my bank and after months of investigation my bank has now denied my dispute because little ceasars told them i paid and that means i received my order. Ok, I see why this place has 1.5 stars. I should have checked yelp before stopping to get a pizza. I ordered 2X sausage and 2X mushrooms. Whomever made my pizza must have thought it was the depression and toppings were deducted from his paycheck. I'd be amazed if there was even one full serving. The sauce was somehow uneven on the pizza. It was also cut into a combination of different shapes of varying sizes. It was so messed up, that i almost thought you'd have to actually try to screw that up. This experience is exactly why no one wants to pay fastfood workers $15/hr. A 3min in the microwave totinos pizza ($1.25) would have been better. That's not an insult... It's seriously the truth. If my review saves one family from having their dinner be a disappointment, then the time ive spent on this review (which is easily more time than spent making my pizza) is worth it. read more
