Honestly, I debated whether to write this review, but after what my grandma experienced, I feel it needs to be said. On Sunday, May 31st, my grandma went to pick up an order from this location. She had to go in twice. The first time, there was very loud and inappropriate rap music playing. A group of employees in the back were loudly singing along, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. There were only two employees in the front who actually seemed to be working, and they even appeared annoyed. One of them apologized to my grandma for the music, which clearly was not under her control. When my grandma returned for her order, the situation didn't improve. One employee with glasses completely ignored her and seemed uninterested in doing his job, spending most of his time hiding in the back. Another employee was loudly and enthusiastically singing explicit lyrics that were completely inappropriate for a workplace setting. While he toned it down once he noticed her waiting, the behavior was already unacceptable. This is a business, not a frat house. There's a time and place for certain music and behavior, and this was neither. It was unprofessional, inappropriate, and disappointing that my grandma had to experience that. I also feel bad for the employees who were actually trying to work and had to deal with that environment. Management seriously needs to reassess what's going on at this location. Basic professionalism and respect for customers should be a priority. read more

Can't go wrong with the prices and quality of food. It's cheap but still flavorful and easy to grab. We like the parm bites and regular cheese and pepperoni pizza! This was such a disappointing pizza experience. I ordered extra sauce and in return I got an incredibly dry pizza. If this is extra I don't want to know what's regular like. I've been ordering from this Domino's store for about 30 years or so, and the food quality has been sub par. This is the second time the pizza dough was raw on a 3 topping pie. Extra pepperoni, extra cheese, mushrooms & black olives. On our second pie for the kids with no extra anything had pepperoni & sausage on it but just a tiny swipe of sauce. It was dry. There usually isn't any issue with the pizza here but the customer service is messy. I order online for most of my pizza pick ups and seem to always have an issue. The pizza tracker always says my order is ready when it isn't. They've left me waiting multiple times. There was one time they told me my order had "fallen" and they had to remake it and would take it out to my car... I waited 30 minutes before coming back inside for one employee to say "oh, I thought you took that out already" I understand they are busy, especially on weekends, but take the time to prioritize your customers. read more

At the 'kick-back', I was the one tasked with ordering food. So, a typical go-to is Dominos. After I recommended it, it was agreed upon. So bam! Call up the restaurant and ordered pizza and wings. When hanging up she literally just hung up on me. No bye or thank you or have a good day just the slamming the phone to hang up! She sounds miserable. Was our go-to for quality priced pizza. I fill like once they moved to the bigger location, it was too much for them to handle. This is the 5th time the Tracker said the order was ready for pick-up and when I arrived to the store they didn't even have one of the pizzas prepped!! JUDITH IS THE WORST MANAGER EVER!!! Judith outright discriminated me and called me disgusting for a request I had on a pizza. All I wanted was Alfredo sauce mixed with the red sauce. She told me I was a disgusting and terrible person for my request. I proceeded to ask for Alfredo sauce on the side and she even denied me of that! I told her that she was being rude to me and I asked her why, she proceeded to tell me that it's because I was being rude to her first... WHAT?!? Just because I had a request on one of my pizzas? She truly made me upset. They're a new location that opened up recently and they've already got a really rude person working there. Judith seriously needs to be fired. Not sure what's up with this Dominos in particular but for over a year they've had a problem with their ordering. They don't deliver near them and you can't order online. I thought it was a temporary issue when I first tried it about a year ago but then I tried again about a month later and had the same issue. Well, then there was today: I tried to order online and it said they're not taking orders but to call. I called and this guy picked up and didn't even greet me he just said "we're only taking online orders". I said well, the online orders isn't working that's why I'm calling. He said "well then I guess we're not taking any orders right now". I asked for how long? He said "I have no idea", well naturally I asked who would know if not you? and he said "I guess we're not going to take orders or something idk maybe til we finish our orders". I asked can I talk to your manager? He said "well I guess but you'll be waiting on the phone for a really long while". I happened to ask his name and he said it's Melvin.
