Good pizza, sometimes you get unlucky and the pizza isn't that great but most of the time it's pretty solid.

I came in the store and ordered a stuffed pizza and 30 minutes later the lady said that they made pizza without stuffed crust and did I want it. I said no, I would like what I paid for. They fixed another pizza with the stuff crust the second time. Altogether, I waited in their lobby for AN Hour to get the pizza that I ordered and paid for. The Grayson, GA. store is horrible..no sodas in the cooler to our purchase and there was one lady taking orders and cooking. The other coworkers were not visible. read more

First of all, this is above and beyond the standard and the first time this has happened and should be the example for other businesses. I try not to leave reviews for chain restaurants, but this is an exception. The only way I would ever order from this location is if I called and confirmed how long orders would take. I want to be clear that this is 100% on the owner and not the employees. They only had 3 people working and were just constantly pushing out as many pizzas as they could. The owner either needs to lend a hand or get their hiring practices together because this location is perpetually understaffed. We went there last week and waited over an hour for a cheese pizza and order of crazy bread. Many other people came in that had ordered online and had to wait even longer. If you order online do not trust the time estimate. You will be severely disappointed. read more

Wow, people really are hating on this Little Caesars aren't they? My local shop closed for covid and never reopened. People need to be more grateful for what they have. Drove to this location to get a new calzony. It was incredibly indulgent and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly. Restaurant volume is elevated from pre-pandemic times but restaurant staff is lower than pre-pandemic times. People need to chill and develop some empathy. Little Caesars isn't great, but should it be great? The cheapest pizza on the market isn't the best, but it's pretty darn good. read more

On Monday 4/27, I ordered a half pepperoni and half veggies pizza for pick up. I was very lucky it was ready when I arrived. To my surprise when I arrived home & open the pizza was awful! The pepperoni half was good but the veggie side was a disaster! They didn't cook the veggies into the pizza they toss mushrooms, raw peppers and onions on top of the pizza. I was so upset but I live to far away to go back. I had to dump the whole veggie side of the pizza. I called to complain and spoke to a Sara. She said the person making the pizza was new. Placed an online order today using their app. Received a text message about 40 min later saying pizza was being picked up and would be on the way. Tracked pizza and it appeared to be on its way. After another 20 minutes, I rechecked and order appeared to be en route. Another 10 minutes and I get a text saying order was cancelled. No reason was given but i could call the store. I called the store and phone rang over 20 times with no answer. I did get an email saying my money was refunded but the entire experience was horrible. read more

This has to be the slowest, most unorganized location I have ever visited. I placed my order via their app and it said my pizza should be ready by 5:58pm. It is now 6:23 & I am still waiting. I don't usually have a bad experience at this place but I'm not sure what's going on with them now. Just yesterday I ordered a cheesy bread and an order of crazy bread. Both were hot, but unfortunately I did not look at my order before I left the store. When I got home, I was surprised to see that there was barely any cheese on the "cheesy bread" and it looked like it was dried out. In addition the crazy bread looked like it was sectioned by a kindergartner, meaning there were no defined lines between each piece, but was in a sort of mass. The crazy bread was overcooked and crunchy. I'm no expert, but in all the years I have been a patron at Lil Caesars, I have never had crunchy/ crumbly crazy bread!!! The multiple times that I tried to call the store to see when my order can be remade the correct way, no one ever answers the phone. That's just pathetic! Management at this location really needs to step it up and get their crew and food quality back in line, or they will start losing loyal customers. read more

Placed an order online, waited out time and came to the store. Went in, the kid working the front looked surprised I came in but didn't say anything. I typed in my code on the pickup station and it kept not working and so I asked if he had an order for us. He asked if we put it in online and I said yes. He then said all online orders had been refunded. No explanation, no working to fix the solution, nothing. There was some pizza sitting in the box as well as some on the counter but apparently ours was non-existent. It's now too late to place an order anywhere else as most everything closes around the same time. read more

We grab pizza from this location a couple times a month. Usually the pizza is good, but on occasion the cheese pizza is overcooked. What is really frustrating is they have different items advertised that they are "Hot and Ready" between 4 and 8pm. This evening I arrived at 7:15 and the only thing ready was cheese or pepperoni. I would have liked the deep dish pepperoni and the VERY awesome cinnamon bites which are both advertised that they are hot and ready. They were not. I keep calling the number everybody has listed for Little Caesars in Grayson, 770-822-0555 and I keep getting a automated voice saying can't be completed as dialed. The Lawrenceville location gave me the same number and same thing happened. Won't be going to that location if they don't get there number fixed. I know it is not my phone service because I can call other people. read more

This location is terrible no matter when you come in there is never pizza hot and ready and the cashiers are extremely rude, just ordered a pizza and the cashier acted like I was bothering her because I ordered a deep dish pizza still the best pizza you can get for 5 dollars but I recommend driving to a different store. read more

I called and order my pizza and was told 10 to 15 minutes I got to the store 25 minutes later there were 11 people standing in the store one person helping. And he was not helping very well he was borderline disrespectful toward management in front of customers. He was layong literally on cpunter while complaining about 60 pizza order messing them up.4 people were given the wrong Pizza. A man came to get his pizza in the portal . it had been put in wrong portal and picked up by someone else who was back for the correct pizza. 4 people were minimum were in the back.2 girls who were spotlessly clean ,so not making pizzas but also not coming up to help the counter .one of them who just kept looking upfront and stepping out of view. When a customer wanted a refund the kid on counter yelled back to manager with a room full of customers. When a voice i wguess was the manger said she literally coul not leave tje back .The young man yelled for Justin who came up front never made eye contact with customer or saod he was sorry about mix up. Actually no managemwnt camw out to talk to the customers about the issues. My pizza was just going into oven. 10 min later when it came out the kid from front left the counter asked me how i wanted it cut . cut it and boxed it. Remember 4 people in back 2 that were visibly doing nothing. He handed me my pizza and walked away again with customers at counter yelling for someone to get him something from his bag.i walked to my car when realized he hadnt taken my money. I went back in and everyone said oh no another issue( the customers) not employees. He looked at me and said you didnt pay did you. I reached in my pocket to hand him 2 5s. He saw the 100 bill and rudely said. " I know you arent going to pay with something i cant take" STILL NEVER SAW A MANAGER. WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN YEARS.
