The staff member was very nice and politely let me know that the menu I viewed was outdated so the item I wanted was no longer available. I went ahead and placed an order for something else. I ordered from this location at least twice a week. Today we ordered 2 pizzas for my son's birthday party and ordered it well done for take out. This was made around 6:30 pm on 7/19/24 Friday. The pizzas were not cooked all the way. They didn't cook it well done or even cooked it normal. It was raw dough. We are baking it in the oven at home because it was undercooked. This was my favorite place to eat pizza from and now I am questioning their cooks. Was it that busy for them to not cook it all the way or was it a careless cook? Either way kids birthday ruined. What went wrong? Their pizza is usually really good. Today? Not so great. To the long haired guy who cooked our pizza thanks for tossing it together like my 3 year old kid. Pizza was soggy on bottom and we smelled a rancid smell from the pizza. We are thinking it was the alternative butter they brush on the crust or the pepperoni? OMG! I'm going to try to keep this as short as possible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. The manager makes excuses for employees & should not be in a leadership role. Not a leader. I came in for a remake, called in the order and the Young guy hung up in my face as I was still talking. When I get there, I address this issue and he says Jets doesn't close out their calls then says he asked if that was all. I said no you didn't because I was in mid sentence. Oh btw, they brought out the wrong pizza, it was missing pineapple. The same person told me that they are not going to remake it. Another guy comes and says they will and takes the pizza. What they didn't know is I made a mental note as to how that particular pizza looked because I knew they would try to be sneaky and guess what they did not disappoint. They first say it will be another 12min. I say ok. So the pizza comes out, it has the pineapple, but this is not a fresh pizza as promised. I feel the bottom and it definitely feels like a pizza that was sitting and they just heated the pineapple on top and I see the mark on the pizza that was kept in my memory. So I ask to speak to the manager, he comes out and I explain my frustration and tell him how they did not make a fresh pizza and he says yes it is because I made it myself. Oh you have someone in leadership doing this. Then I proceeded to talking to him about coaching the guy on the phone with better phone etiquette and he says everyone is entitled to a bad day. " entitled " I'm a millennial and even I know better. So, told him this is a professional business and the service is terrible. I told him how other reviewers say the same thing and he says no all of them in which I reply all the bad ones and he nods his head in agreement. I told him this was our favorite pizza place, but anymore and that I would be leaving this review. Btw my husband was waiting outside in the car and the pizza was cold to him too. Shame on you. If I can give a 0 star to this place, Jet's Pizza I would. I ordered a light pizza from Jet's Pizza through Door Dash. Who would have known their light pizza would actually bw raw dough pizza. I called the restraurant with my concern and all the manager could tell me was their light pizza only stay in the oven a shorter time than the others. That's how they do it. This is so freakin unacceptable. I would not even give this pizza to my dog. But thank goodness for air fryers. Jets is my usual go to. Love their pizza, but tonight it was really bad. We did a pick up on Sunday night 11/26/23. The sauce was different. It was bland and had no flavor. The line cook or prep cook did not follow the recipe because the sauce had no taste to it. Also the pizza was not cooked well. Overall a waste of money. I had better frozen market pizza. Will leave another review on the next one. Hopefully it's not a new prep or line cook that will continue to make their unflavored pizza again or maybe it was just laziness. Jet's is one of our favorite places to grab a pizza. Our family is always torn between thin and Detroit style so we usually end up with both. Most of the time the pizza is consistent. This is our favorite pizza in the area. We are from Chicago and really like the thin crust pizza. The sauce is flavorful, they use plenty of cheese and toppings. We have Jet's Pizza back home in Illinois and we love it. There is no Jet's near my home here in Atlanta, so I have only gotten it a few times over the years. Shopping has brought me to the Snellville area a couple times over the past year. I had never been to Snellville before so I scoped out the area on Google Maps before driving out there. And I saw Jet's on the map. My mom and I got so excited. I have picked up a pepperoni four corners pizza with turbo crust a couple times on my way home. How is it that a place that I loved, that I got ROTD for, and told everyone about went downhill so quickly? Are they getting cocky? Are they cracking down? Not sure, but their customer service really made a huge impact. My mom and I were attempting to get some pizza one day and we had a coupon. Previously we have used this coupon and had no problem. However this time, when going to pick up the pizza, they wouldn't let us use the coupon. And that's fine, but the way they handled the situation was really upsetting. The tone was very negative. We asked to see the manager and the staff member stated that the manager isn't there so she is the manager for the moment and she can't take the coupon. There was nothing written on this $5 coupon, no terms or conditions, but still the staff member rudely did not budge or even speak kindly to us. Left the pizza there. #ByeFelicia read more

Not sure how this pizza got 4 stars. Must be starving people who lost all sense of taste. I came here because of the rating, and wasted $5. Thankfully, it was only $5. I received the lunch special of 2 slices and a bottle of soda. I selected pepperoni instead of plain. Each square slice came with a pepperoni in each corner, so only 4 pieces of pepperoni per slice. The food was completely tasteless. You would think with cheese and pepperoni, there would be some amount of flavor, but no - none! As they don't have a fountain machine, and no iced tea, you get a bottle of soda. It's nice that you get an entire bottle, but of course, they had no Pepsi (they don't carry Coke).
