We ordered a Detroit pizza from this location by mistake. The pizza was 75% bread 1" thick, toppings were old. Just not a good pizza. We have had the same pizza from the other location several times and it was excellent every time. This location needs to be closed. read more

I worked up there for two weeks before immediately getting fired for no reason, I'll admit the for is good, but there were flies everywhere in the kitchen, I swear I saw one land in one a pizza and they still put it in the oven with the fly still on it. Ordered 4 pizzas and 2 crazy bread. Choose delivery, BIG mistake! Es supposed to arrive in 40 minutes. We got a notification that the driver was on the way and would arrive in 18 minutes, but 20 minutes late it still said 10 minutes away. The time came going up, so I called and she said that she had never gotten out address. I called the store. Daniel hung up on me. I called back and he was rude and said to call door dash. Hot and Ready????? Not!!! Stopped by to pick up 3 pizza's to carry over to hospital for some friends. Ordered 3 Hot and Ready Pepperoni's. The next day, I called the restaurant to see if they could refund or make a new one and they told me they couldn't do anything and to contact DoorDash. There is mold on the walls and floors. Kevin the manager treats the employees so rudely. I heard him flat out tell employees that they cannot have a life after work because he needed them all the time. The food is always cold. Every time I come here my order is wrong or it's cold. If you even look at the floors in the back you can see how messy the floors are and how destroyed the employees pants and shoes are due to the fast food place. I have called corporate many times and they answered say somebody's going to call back and they never do. Shows how much corporate cares. They had a pregnant employee using bleach on the walls to get rid of the mold. read more

Our last visit was very disappointing. Not only did the drive-up lady (the restaurant itself closes ridiculously early) seem incapable of understanding what we wanted, she acted very put out about it. When we got home (35 minutes away) and discovered the order was wrong and we'd been charged for items not on our pizza, the manager said they would not address it unless we made ANOTHER hour-plus round trip back there. They do not care about quality, or customer service, or even basic manners. DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. You will have wasted both. read more

Usually they are decent, but on my Saturday trip on April 18th, after waiting for 20 minutes, I was told that they would have to make my pizza fresh... and that it would be 45 minutes. I KNOW it does not take 45 minutes to put a pizza through a pizza oven, as I have worked at similar places in the past. They appeared to just be trying to shorten their line. Hopefully, this is just a minor customer service issue with the current batch of employees, and will QUICKLY be remedied. As is, I will not be going back for at least 6 months. Hopefully, then, they'll be back to normal with a new, or re-trained, staff. read more

On my way into the driveway people were leaving- that should've been a clue. But because I'd called my order in, I waited for what turned out 35minutes, just to hear they didn't have it. She made it clear I was being a problem. When she realized I wasn't going away she handed me a pizza and said somebody had put it in the wrong place.I left there wondering what I'd been given and of course it wasn't what I'd ordered. Eat here if you want half done pizza. I purchased a lunch combo from here today and I was told it would be about ten minutes before it get done and was asked to pull around to the front of the store to wait the ten minutes and they would bring it out to me. By the time I got around the front of the store, a lady was walking out with my pizza so I'm thinking that was fast and not anything near ten minutes! So I took the combo and left. As I was eating this pizza I noticed that there was way too much marinara sauce on it and by looking a little closer I noticed the bread dough was still raw!! So I took it back to the restaurant to return it, showed the manager and he had the audacity to ask me for the drink back before I could get a refund!! I told him I had already opened the drink to wash down this disgusting half done pizza! He still wanted it back so I said with pleasure here you go! The nerve of the people in this restaurant is ridiculous and uncalled for when they are the ones who selling their customers half done pizza! So I urge you if you get a pizza from this place please check your food before leaving because they don't know how to cook. read more

This place is hit-or-miss. You can't beat the prices, but sometimes quality is seriously lacking. As well as usually rude staff, many times they will sell your call-in pickup order before you arrive, completely defeating the purpose of calling in, and every time I go there, they do not give me the correct change, or overcharge me by a few cents to not have to deal with pennies. One day I was handed change, missing 4 cents and told they were out of pennies, since this was not the first time, I asked for all of my change (since they were out of pennies I politely asked for a nickel) and they happened to have it in pennies after I asked. Today I ordered and they told me an incorrect price so that they could round up to the nearest 5 cents, luckily paid with my card so was charged the right amount. The amount is trivial, but if they are doing this to every customer, that is a lot of change quickly adding up. read more
