Wings were ok. Fries were soggy and not done. Main reason for this review was a few other things 1.the 30 plus minutes we waited for our food with only one person in the store that had ready been served. 2. The floor through out the whole establishment (bathroom as well) was so greasy our shoes stuck to it every step as we walked . 3. There was not soap or hand towels in the bathrooms and we watched two employees go into the bathrooms, use them and come out and head straight to the kitchen to cook food. I visited this wingstop in 2017 while working as a travel consultant, and even now (6 years later) my passionate disdain for this particular restaurant leaves me feeling obliged to submit my experience for your pleasure and my own personal catharsis. Upon finding out that Rick Ross may or may not own this particular franchise, I placed an order 30-45 min prior to my actual arrival and received confirmation that it would be ready. Woe is me, when I arrived after a long dusty day on the road I discovered that my order hadn't even been written down! My ire only grew as I had to repeat the order to employees who clearly didn't focus on the details - my original requests, though long forgotten by history, weren't even available due to an inventory issue and a lack of available spices. The original 30-45 min time window stretched into an hour, then an hour and a half, as I waited for my new order to be completed. I committed myself to waiting for the order, convinced that I was either subject to an Ashton Kutcher-style prank or that Rick Ross himself would smile upon my poor, hungry soul. Upon finding out that, even after another 30-45 min wait my order would STILL take an additional half hour, my temper flared and I told the employee "don't worry about it." Leaving the empty restaurant, which at no point had any customers besides myself, I put Wingstop - and the musical styles of Rick Ross - in the rear view mirror forever. I go into my car to wait since the wait was 15 minutes. I go back into the shit ass restaurant & asked if my mobile order was ready politely & gave her my name. the cashier who previously told me to order online, asked the customers behind me if they had ordered with the name that i had just told her what my order was named. i told her that, that was my name & she goes "hm, i'm not asking you". she then asked the cook if my order was ready & he said not yet. what kind of dumb fuck question is it to ask another customer if they're order was of my my name? don't go to the wing-stop in jackson. hope this helps! read more

Please read to the end! This review is going to be impartial and fair. Most people make reviews when they've had a bad experience, but this review is written after multiple trips to this Wingstop location specifically. Depending on the time in which you go, there could be 2 or more staff working. At the time of writing this review there were only 2 people that I could see working the entire establishment. Regardless of the amount of people working, your order may take up 45 minutes to complete, and I've waited as long as an hour in a half for an order. Should a good number of staff be working, it is likely you'll find many of them hanging out in the dining area. To be fair, they might be on breaks. The problem is that half of the staff should not be on breaks if the wait time is well over an hour for a 10 piece wing combo. Should I pick up my to-go order, I've been handed the wrong bag on multiple occasions. The wings, both traditional and boneless, typically come out MOSTLY okay both in taste and appearance, with exceptions - at least compared to other locations. Wingstop's fries are typically a little undercooked yet crisp, and seasoned with a seasoning that is both sweet and salty. However, this Wingstop undercooks their fries to a soggy mess and ignores seasoning them altogether. This has often resulted in my household throwing a good amount of them away. This review wouldn't be complete without adding one final experience I had. I once ordered wings online a little after 7:30pm. By the time I got to the location, they had closed the store despite having their hours listed as 10pm. There was nowhere - online or in person - that indicated a change in hours. The employees were inside so I knocked. I actually had to do this multiple times before they came to the door. I let them know that I placed an order 20 minutes prior and they just let me know they had closed and I'd have to go through corporate to get a refund. I hope this review helps any would-be consumers. All of the above info was gathered from multiple visits and not based off just one bad instance. read more

Mentioned this to the person working the counter and was shrugged off. Pre paid when I ordered online and left a 15% tip. Never ordering food from here again. Terrible, the person taking my order was bothered that we were even there. We eat Wingstop often so our order was easy and quick yet she managed to make half of it bone in instead of boneless that we ordered. The front counter person that took our order walked out before giving us our food so it sat a shelf until someone noticed it some time later. The experience was awful and uncomfortable so we took the food to our hotel across the street rather than stay, it was cold, awful. This restaurant disappoints every time. I'm a delivery driver and I pick up from this restaurant almost every day. The employees are rude and unfriendly. The restaurant is filthy and the wait is always long. I was in, picking up, tonight and was told as soon as I walked in that they weren't taking orders. They could only handle the online orders, there were 3-4 employees sitting down doing nothing at the time. Then the lady sitting in the front started hollering at the 3 sitting in the dining room. They yelled back and forth for a few minutes. Then I heard people in the kitchen cussing. I heard that they are under new management so I hope things change soon. This is the worst excuse of customer service ive ever seen. Wing stop WAS the best wings i haD ever had but this location in jackson tn has the worst possible service i have ever seen i my life. Went into wingstop tonight , 7/29/22 . I arrived there at 845 pm , walked inside and waited. the manager told me they close at 9 pm and they were "suffering from staff issues". However there were more than 6 employees behind the counter working and ZERO customers eating or being served. I waited 15 minutes in the dining room of the location, until I finally asked the manager " are you still taking orders" which she replied "no ". It was 8:52 pm at that point .
