Make sure you don't try something new if your used to the same order. We ordered the thin crust pepperoni which we completely disliked called to se if could be replaced for what we always order and manager said, "there is nothing we can do about it."Worst customer service I've received in years. I would not have reviewed but this new cashier was on it! She was cordial and super efficient. Yes, my pizza was not hot and ready but I don't mind waiting 5 minutes when being taken care of by such an awesome cashier. She greets the customers right away and let's them know it will be just a minute before she can get to them because she is helping box pizzas. What! Yes Cheryl is super awesome! Ordered online and went there thinking my order was gonna be ready but had to wait 20 minutes for it.

This is the 2nd time that we order from Little Caesars using the mobile app. Again the employees failed to mark when the pizza was made by using the indicators labeled 1 through 12 on the side of the Box to let cunsumers know when the pizza was made and ensure "fresh" pizzas. I suggest management go Over the policy of ensuring that they mark when the pizza was made and followed the policy to keep items fresh. read more

Went to Kerman on Sunday May 4th to visit my sister in law & decided to pick up a pizza. It was about 5:45 & the line was out the door!! Had to wait about 20 minutes for 1 pizza. Hot N Ready was designed so the pizza is already there. Just pick up and go. Unless it's a special pizza. In the past year I have gone about 10 times during lunch for their lunch special (hot n ready) not a single time have I been there where they were ready. From 11am when it's starts so they should have them ready by then to anytime in between. Every time none has been cooked yet. Manager needs to pick it up. Tonight my daughter ordered the pizzas before we left the house so it would be ready. Got there the line was at the door, no problem...and then the wait! Yes I had to wait a very long time, by the time I left the line was out the door but the lady at the counter and her staff, AWESOME! She was calm, smiled at all the customers, and did not miss a beat when some pizzas were not done. When leaving she gave a courteous soda cup for the wait. I'm sorry that I did not get her name.
