So this is an updated review. I know this location has been taken over by new owners and I wanted to give this place a chance as I know it takes time to settle in. BUT, not only has the quality of the pizza changed but the prices as well. As I have noticed in the past few orders. Today I stopped by to order a XL Western BBQ Pizza for the family. Cost $32.00. Okay, but there was a sign outside that had the days special of a free cheese pizza with any XL pizza purchase. After I paid I sat down and turned around and saw the sign by the front window. I do recall getting the free cheese pizza in the past as we have come often. I know they have deals everyday now, but I honestly don't keep up with what every day has. Any way, when the cashier came out to hand me my pizza, I mentioned the sign. She just said "oh I forgot to bring the sign in this morning as I was busy". Okay...so today is Saturday. If the deal was for another day do you mean she left the sign out all night? She could have at least honored it. Had a XL pizza from this location not that long ago and it was very yummy. Ordered my two favorite toppings and it came with a very generous amount, just the way I like it. The cheese bread had a great flavor to it as well. Very satisfied and will be ordering more soon and having family over so they can all give it a try. Definitely worth a try. read more

We ordered a thick crust pizza, which we prefer. The sauce was a bit bland, but toppings were tasty. I placed the order online for pickup. My hubby went to pick it up about 20 minutes after stated pick up time and still had to wait another 5-10 minutes. read more

I grew up eating and working for Danny up in the hills in the mid eighties so I know what good pizza is. This is not it. I have given this location about 3 orders more than I should have. My cheese pizza had VERY LITTLE cheese and it was in the very center of the pie. A good 2 inches from the edge was only sauce. I have spent a fortune there over the years and it unfortunately is getting worse. Bummer that I am going to have to drive across town to the other store for a pizza that actually has cheese. I called in and ordered a large dinner salad with grilled chicken added. The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went to get it and was greeted by a nice masked worker. The order was ready. I paid for it and the nice masked worker wished me a good day and that was appreciated! The grilled chicken sandwich was very fresh dnd delicious! Wow! Grilled chicken cooked perfectly. It had croutons, carrots, tomatoes and mushrooms in it. Cucumbers and cheese too! Really tasty! Didn't even need dressing. Impressed! I called and they said the pizza was out for delivery. One hour and a couple more phone calls later, they still insisted it was on it's way. We physically went in to see what was going on and our pizza was sitting there several hours old and clearly not delivered. Today, we ordered again thinking they were just having growing pains. I have to say that I purchased a large pizza last weekend and it was quite non edible. The Crust throughout the bottom of the pizza was so hard to chew, but my friend thought it was doughy. Anyway, I didn't call the company about it. I just couldn't eat it and my friend was going to take it home and give it to his neighbor. I told him that I could not give it to my neighbor because it was not edible in my opinion. I will not buy another one from this company. It was so fresh, hot (so hard to come by these days) THE CRUST IS TO DIE FOR! I have been going to pizza factory for awhile at other locations without complaint but when I ordered a large pep it did not look or taste like a pizza factory pizza ...I guess the description would be sloppy, lazy and gross. Who ever made this pizza did not have pride in what they do and with food prices as high as they are if you don't deliver something of quality for the amount of money the customer spends save your self the trouble and just shut the doors and close .....I dont think Ill be coming back. read more

Ordered a medium special for lunch. Been watching this spot as it prepared to open. Excited to try. The special here is completely different than the pie of the same name at their other location. This location takeout only. The pizza was packed with toppings. I got it fresh from the oven and had only about a 2 mile drive to my house so this was a fresh, hot first time tasting. The only fresher trial would be eating it in the car. There were a lot of good things about this pie. Crust tasted fresh with a nice combination of crispy and fluffy. One very important part of a pizza test to me is the cheese. This one passes. The hot mozzarella is supposed to be stretchy and gooey. It was exceptional on this pie. Almost every other place in Fresno (even if they started out good) has descended into pizzas with that nasty, blobby, water-logged "cheese" that must save them money. This pie was perfect in the cheese department. Stay true to the real mozzarella please Pizza Factory... please. My only (tiny) complaint is it could have been cut better, but easy to fix that since I was eating it in my own kitchen. Based on this first try, I plan to order more food from this location. I would typically give them a 4 or 5 star because their pizza is normally great and they have good customer service. However, this time around I found a long and nasty hair in my pizza! Their employees don't even wear hairnets. To make matters worse when I went back to their establishment to return the pizza the owner said the hair wasn't from any of their employees. The worse thing you can do is tell your customers they are liars. He could have been empathetic and apologized, which would have ended the issue right there and I would not have posted this review. Instead, he seemed bothered by my complaint. Maybe he was upset because he was tired of people bringing back their pizzas for the same reason. Either way, the owner could have handled this situation more professionally. At least he refunded me my money. Needless to say, I would not recommend them. read more

I'm giving you a 3 because the pizza is actually really good. My problem is that my pizza is almost alway not ready when I go to pick up. I order online so it's easy to just walk in and grab it. My pizza has been anywhere from 5-20 minutes late! They always apologize and tell me the reason why it's behind. I always have an email telling me it will be ready by a certain time, but like I said it's been late so many times. I really hope they can fix this problem in the near future. This is by FAR my favorite pizza in North West Fresno. They have many customizable options to make your own Pie. I go thin crust, it's buttery and delicious but also has a great crunch. They're quick with delivery and the food has always been spot on. They have become my go-to pizza place within the last few months. I thought FOR SURE I would walk in and just grab my food and go since I was running 10 behind NOPE. Walked inside and checked in. The only issue is, that ordering it online gives you a 30 minute window of when it should be ready. It must of been slow, so they must have cooked my closer to the start of the 30 minute window, so it wasn't as hot. I believe this was my second time ordering here and I now remember why I didn't want to come back. The food itself was delicious. No complaints at all about the quality. The pizza and wings were great. The problem was the pizza was an hour late from the estimated delivery time. I understand it's an "estimate" but waiting two hours for a pizza delivery seems excessive. They need to provide a more accurate wait time, so I can decide if it's worth the wait. Pizza Factory is our family's favorite but we only get it a few times of year because we don't live by one. First time I ordered online we drove out there to pick up a pizza that was supposed to be ready around 12 pm. We wait about 15 minutes and ask about the pizza, they somehow forgot to make the order. We verify with our email confirmation and they say they are having trouble with online order. We stay calm and wait another 15 minutes for it to be ready. In total we waited about 40 to get a pick up pizza, but figured everyone has some bad days. About 6 months later we tried to order online again this time for 11:45. We pack up our two toddlers and their 78 year old grandpa in the car to pick it up. We get to the door at 11:40 but the doors are still locked and the place is empty even though the hours posted on the door says they open at 11:00, we wait about 18 minutes and leave. On the way home I call Grubhub to cancel the order because we think the place has shut down. I call the business around 12:15 to see if the place is still closed. The guy that answered tells me that the opener was 50 minutes late, which is what was causing them to be late. I explain that we were there past 11:50 and there was no one that we saw enter the building. I asked to speak to a manager, but he told me he was the owner of the place. Went there last night for a pizza. We were very disappointed with our pizza. It seems like there was no cheese on our pizza. All the toppings fell off while you were trying to put it on your plate.
