We must be honest here, I do not go to this little Caesars expecting good service. I keep returning because of one thing only PRETZEL PIZZA. As long as they have that I will have to put up with the service. Best to do the order ahead here and then whatever time it says it will be ready add 15-30min on to that . Great deal to try all the crazy puffs, got it for $9.99. Did an order pickup and when I got there to open up the self pick up, an employee happily came and helped me out instead. I ordered two crazy breads and was told it's gonna take 30 mins to get my order. I went in and got my order at 20 mins and when I bit inside the crazy bread it was raw dough it wasn't cooked thoroughly. I don't know if this store has new staff but they need to be retrained on how to bake these crazy bread sticks. I'm very disappointed and not satisfied. read more

If i made food as good as this place i wouldn't claim the business either. First and last time I'll be coming here. I ordered online and expected to pick up on time. I received an email stating my order is ready but speak to a cashier to claim my order. Upon entering i waited a few minutes until an associate asked for my order number. I said '971.' He goes to the kitchen, comes back and asks me for my name, returns to the kitchen, circles back and asks what i ordered, then he hands me my order which was previously made food probably sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. I've had a few pizzas from this location and, in general, it's been an okay experience. It's not my go to place for pizza when I'm really having cravings. It's more like the place I can go to if I don't have a lot of cash to through down on a pizza and I want it fast. The Hot n Ready large pizzas are definitely a huge convenience. I'm usually on the go and make pretty quick impromptu decisions on what to eat. I understand that it's not always the best quality because you may not get a pizza that was made most recently, but the last time I went was probably the worst I've gotten from Little Caesars. I'm not sure on the shelf life or what the standard is on how long they're allowed to hot hold a pizza before it becomes unsuitable to serve, but I felt like I got the oldest Hot n Ready I've ever gotten in my history of Hot n Readys. If I used my best judgement, tasted like it was at least a couple hours old. Possibly misrotated, I don't know. It had the feeling of a pizza that I bought earlier on in the day, then let it sit for a few hours, and then popped it in the oven to heat it back up. It was very dry. I mean, really dry. The pizza was not so much sliced, as it was more scored. And not enough for the slices to tear away clean. I stuggled and tore most of my slices in half just trying to separate it. I wasn't too pissed about it because I only paid like $9 and I knew I was getting a hot held pizza, but it was pretty disappointing. Makes me rethink about getting those. I'd rather just wait for something a little more fresh. Again, maybe a misrotated pizza or just need to have a tighter standard on when to throw them away. I'll probably be back to try again, but I recommend maybe paying attention to the time of day that you go. I came in close to 9pm, so it wasn't exactly busy anymore and the pizzas are more likely to have been there awhile. read more

Okayyyy...This is the worst and slowest service that I ever experienced coming from Little Caesars. I'm not a frequent customer but I just wanted to pick something up quick. I was told it was going to be a 30-45 minute wait. I was already there so I said ok. I was too tired to go elsewhere after running errands around town. I just wanted to get a pizza for the kid and go home. Anyhow, 1 hour passes and still no order for us was ready. Mind you, there were more upset customers waiting aside from me. So these 2 dudes standing next to me who only waited 15 minutes got their order really quick and left. Me and the lady sitting next me looked at each other and said "no...that isn't right"! We both got up and asked what the hold up was...along with many other customers. I was told that they were just boxing up the cheesy bread and my order should be ready. That was a lie. I had to ask again. And one of the ladies had the nerve to give everyone excuses that they were 4 ppl short. Well, apparently that's not our problem.
