So I had been here before and didn't have a good experience but decided to give them a 2nd chance as my friends really wanted Lil caesars pizza! so I stopped and picked up 3 of the lunch combos and this time around pizza was cooked right and was actually tasty but as we kept eating lost my appetite as 1 of my friends found a curly hair and that just killed it! this time for sure will never ever go back! I did call in and then stopped by and manager on phone (woman) and manager at store (man) both very apologetic but I was done! I don't recommend this place as they dont appear to care about our health! although manager at store was very professional and also gave me my money back without a fight I wasn't happy as he has a beard probably as big as old Abe Lincoln and definitely showed from his clothes he had been working with dough and not sure he was wearing any protection for contamination, pretty sure health code says no beard while working with food! I am very disappointed in the service I receive here! The employees are not welcoming at all. They will look at you and not even acknowledge that you are even standing there. I always call in my order before I go in. I go here quite frequently which is once a week almost. When I call in my order, I always have them repeat what I ordered so they have it right. My order has been wrong often when i pick it up. Well this past Saturday, I called in my order at 645pm and I was told it will be ready in 10 to 15 mins which was fine. I had them repeat my order as usual and even made it a point to let them know it's wrong most of the time and I asked if they can make sure the correct pizza gets made this time. So I send my daughter in about 705pm to pick it up and sure enough my order is wrong again! At that same time she is told it will take 2 minutes to make another one. About 10 minutes later my daughter comes back and says, "they said 2 minutes but they have helped so many other customers and our pizza is still not ready". I watched atleast 5 other customers go in and come out with their pizzas and leave. I go in and the first person I speak to is a guy behind the counter who had his hair in a ponytail. He was not very pleasant. I told him my situation and his excuse was, "we get busy". I asked him about all the other times that this has happened and when they are not busy and what is their excuse for that. He just shrugged me off so I asked for a managers contact info. That guy said the manager is here and asked if I would like to speak to him and I said yes. The manager comes over and I tell him my situation that this has happened time and time again. He just apologized and said it will be 2 minutes. I told him my daughter was told 2 minutes about 20 minutes ago. He did not have anything else to say. Finally at 737pm almost an hour later I got my pizzas and left! I understand that businesses get busy. But come on, 7 times that my order has been wrong. That is absolutely ridiculous! I will give this location 2 stars instead of 1 because I've had mostly good experiences here. But I called a while ago to place a take out order. I had to call more than 3 times for someone to finally answer the phone. I spoke with a young boy, and he could not hear a word I was saying... because there was music blasting in the background the whole time during the phone call. He couldn't hear my order, my name, or anything else I was saying. I had to yell and repeat my name 6 times for him to finally get it right. When I sent my bf to go in and pick our pizzas up, he came back and told me, "the music was still blasting in there. When the kid got off the phone from taking an order, he yelled to his friend working in the back to "turn that shit up!" To make the experience even worse, when we got home and checked our pizzas, the order was wrong. I ordered 1 pepperoni extra most bestest and 1 deep dish combo. Both pizzas were burnt and my deep dish combo was a plain pepperoni. Maybe if they turned the music down, they would be able to take orders correctly. I understand wanting to have a good time while working, but if it's interfering with providing good quality and accurate service, then something needs to be done. Little Caesar's go crazy and my family and I have always loved it, but I don't think I'll be returning to this location if they don't get a more attentive and efficient team together. Ordered online, paid extra for stuffed crust 2-topping pizza for my son's birthday dinner that he requested... picked up my pizza, went home, and was highly disappointed with a regular pepperoni pizza that looked like it had been sitting out for a while. I used to love this little caesars but I came in tonight 7/03/18 at 8:30 pm. And I walk in and there's 4 people waiting already I'm standing there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and there's two kids in the back that clearly see us and there just standing there talking the whole time not even saying anything just talking to each other . And the poor kid up front doing everything by himself .. these kids either need to be trained more or fired because they weren't helping that poor boy up front at all. Just witnessed the supposed manager be super rude to a young boy (4-2-18) who came in for the little free pizza and a drink. She refused to give him his pizza because his mom got one for her and another young child saying one per fam. But yet she gave one to the boy a couple people in front of them with his mom and one to my daughter a couple people behind them. Horrible service. I walked in and there were about 5-6 employees working in the back. 4 of them saw me come in and stand there. No one else was there buying pizza. The $5 is not $5 it's $7, I called the main office of Little caesar's to ask about it and they said thats what they are recommending to all owners to sell it at that price but still it's the prerogative of the owner to follow the price, Just like what other reviews says on top of it they charge additional $1 if you use your card. Tracy is the best you can use Card without charge and $5 is $5 anytime. Will never go back to this store. I'd rather drive far than to support this kind of business. read more
