I'm a big fan of Chili's now that they have this wonderful "3 for Me" deals, where you get a burger or crispy chicken sandwich, either one served with fries, a side salad or soup and even a drink of your choice. All of just $10.99! That's better than most fast food places for all that food and drink. Then on top of all that since I'm a Chili rewards member, I get a free refillable order of chips and salsa for the table. And I'll tell you, the guys on my crew and demolish that bowl of chips in no time, so we always get a refill for free! Last time at Chili's I decided to try this crispy chicken sandwich option after seeing a review on YouTube, looked good there, but when I got it, it was really dry and not nearly as good as the burger option. We go in here for lunch after getting gas and checking out the Costco nearby. Seated fine and the inside looks like most Chili's or even an Applebee's. The server is friendly. I think the service here is better then at Applebee's. I order my 3 for me "QP" burger with fries and the loaded potato soup for my side. I used to get the salads, but the portion size has gotten super dinky, so the soup is a better deal as far as filling tasty food goes. I ordered my burger "pink" (Chili's term of doneness). The other guys got burgers too, except the one other girl on my crew, she got some sort of Mexican chicken salad with guacamole. Service was fast enough we got in and out in less than an hour. I generally like Chili's and I've always enjoyed the food there. This was the first time I ordered fajitas at Chili's and I liked them too. The portions are huge and very filling. The kids menu was also more than enough. The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness. There were sauce stains and leftovers around the edges of the table from previous customers. Even the promotional menus sitting on the table looked dirty, and the game console felt sticky. Food wise, no complaints. I just think the cleaning could definitely be better. read more

I came today for a lunch after 4yrs. I ordered chicken and shrimp fajitas, chips and guacamole, and watermelon tea. My take: Chips and guacamole: love it, I could have finish it and call it as my lunch, the guacamole was very fresh, the chips are perfectly seasoned and not burnt to crisp. The watermelon is very refreshing. The fajitas, not as I expected. The chicken looks like it was heated and looks like cake from a freezer.. the sizzling plate is smoking indeed but the shrimp and chicken was not as hot.. you can look at the pictures I took. I finish eating the shrimp though, the chicken... 3slices I'm done. The service was so-so... I tip still... you need to engage with your customers. Lots of people for a Tuesday. Several items were ok by the family. The Fajita's were good and the bbq wings. Another got the bacon hamburger that she liked. I got the Cajun Pasta...with chicken....which is not the right title ...should be Cajun mac&cheese...with no flavor. I have better spices at home . We used to order and come here. I usually eat in the bar area and had had the same server the 5 times I've already came. He's a good server and I have no complaints. I love the drink specials and enjoy that I get to keep some of the cute stir sticks that came with the drink for the theme of the month. When they had the Wicked drinks, I wanted to get both but he said I needed to get them one at a time. Their parking area is busy especially during lunch time. Came in here yesterday for an earlier dinner and saw they had a new crispy chicken sandwich, the honey chipotle crispy chicken. Well, it was crispy alright and very saucy. Probably too much honey chipotle sauce as it was drenching the bun and french fries. It made for a very messy sandwich. That was not the worst part though, the chicken was very rubbery and biting through the chicken white meat had this sort of crunch through the meat which made it quite unappetizing. One half of the chicken was okay to eat and the other half wasn't so that was the reason I didn't bother trying to have it remade. I've had their chicken sandwiches before and this was the first time it wasn't cooked right. Everything else was great, the service, the server came around to check up on us for drinks, and they provided more chips and salsa when they didn't need to. Our visit on June 13, 2026, was very disappointing due to poor service and unprofessional behavior. Our server, Aiden, seemed completely overwhelmed and inattentive throughout the visit. He forgot several of the drinks we ordered, and another employee ended up bringing them to our table. When he asked if we needed anything else, we provided a list of items, but most of those requests were also forgotten and had to be delivered by someone else. To make matters worse, the food I received was not what I ordered. During our meal, a young woman came into the bar area and appeared to have a heated argument with Aiden in front of several customers. The bartender was loudly calling his name to get his attention, and many guests stopped to watch what was happening. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness what appeared to be a personal dispute taking place during service hours. After that incident, it felt like our table was completely forgotten. When we requested to-go containers, we waited so long that I eventually got up and got them myself. The checkout process was equally frustrating. When we experienced issues with the payment kiosk, Aiden simply said, "Oh yeah, that doesn't work," and walked away without offering any alternative solution. I then asked the hostess for assistance. She told me she would bring another kiosk because the battery was dead, but I had to ask her three additional times before one was finally provided. Overall, the experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and far below the level of service we expected. We understand that mistakes happen, but the combination of forgotten orders, lack of attention, public employee conflicts, and poor customer service made for a very unpleasant dining experience. read more

(I can't recall her name but she had her hair braided and the most beautiful ring necklace) she was on top of the service, checking in frequently and very friendly. Last few times I've been here I've been sorely disappointed in the food quality. Chicken crispers are cooked entirely too long and left aside to sit u til they're cold again and then finally served. Anything dipped in the Nashville hot sauce is just terrible. No matter how many times I say well well well done on my burger, They always seem to make it pink. Not to mention the prices are crazy nearly $100 every time me and my husband go here. We won't be going here again at least not at the Manteca location.
